| 摘 要： | 通过分析在高技术武器装备下的现代战争中环境监测工作的特点,提出要提高仪器设备的科技含量、监测应急机动能力和区域性监测能力,建立高技术环境决策支持系统,积极动员地方监测力量和增强现有技术人员素质,才能够适应战场环境,开展系统完整的环境检测工作,充分发挥环境监测作用,为战争结束后环境和生态恢复提供帮助。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the features of environmental monitoring in modern war equipped with high-tech weaponry,the paper proposed to implement environmental monitoring systematically and bring it into full play,increase technology content of equipments,monitor emergency mobile capability and regional monitoring capability,build high-tech environment decision support system,encourage local monitoring forces and improve professional quality,which can offer help to the restoration of ecological environment in postwar period. |
