| Abstract: | Comprehensive Decision-making System of Environmental and Development is a very importantmeasure to achieve sustainable development strategem. This article discuss the necessity of building and imple-menting the Comprehensive Decision-making System of Environmental and Development and some correspond-ing measures to consummate this system on the basis of summarizing city environmental management practice.This article also discuss the detail responsibility that some corresponding departments should do during theprocess of city environmental management according to this system. |
