| 摘 要： | 选址合理性是建设项目审批的基本原则之一,是环境影响评价文件中不可或缺的内容。在环境影响评价工作中,需从法律法规制度、规划符合性分析、畜禽养殖场内外环境的影响、环境安全风险以及环境容量等方面,多角度、全方面地分析论证畜禽养殖场建设项目选址的合理性。

| Abstract: | Rationality is one of the basic principles of construction project examination and approval, also is the indispensable content of environmental impact assessment documents. In environmental impact assessment, it is necessary to fully analyze and demonstrate the ra- tionality of site selection of poultry and animal plants project with different angle, from the aspects of laws and regulations, whether conform to the planning, the impact of inside and outside environment of poultry and animal plants, environmental safety risk and environmen- tal capacity. |
