| Abstract: | Digital Library construction, not only brought a revolutionary change for librarianship, but also opened a new era for the rapid dissemination of literature information. This article elaborated the features of digital library, digital information resources construction, digital library resource sharing model, digital document use and ＂ hackers＂ impact, legal property of digital document , personnel structure of digital library, etc. so as to quicken the steps of digial library construction and global information resources sharing. |
