经济全球化对我国工业污染的影响

本文从定性描述和定量描述的角度，就外商投资和国际贸易对我国工业污染的影响进行分析。通过研究发现，从总体上看。外商投资和国际贸易对我国环境污染的影响不大，且有逐渐减缓的趋势。但就具体产业而言，外商投资确有转移污染的倾向，而且环境影响具有长期性和不确定性，所以，对外资和外贸必须进行严格的环境管理，以确保我国经济的持续、稳定发展。

Impact of foreign direct investment and international trade on the environment of China

Since the opening and reform in 1978,China has experienced the fastest economic growth in the world,which can be partly attributed to the participation of the country in the economic globalization.In the meantime,the pressures from environmental degradation in China have been getting increasingly intensified as a result of fast economic growth.Thus,it is very important for decision-makers to understand the contributions of FDI inflow and export growth to the intensified environmental pressures.It is from such a point of view that we will analyze the relationship between FDI inflow and international trade and the industrial wastes discharge in China. Our major findings are that, in general, FDI-involved enterprises and exports have contributed less than domestic enterprises and domestic sales to the intensification of environmental pressures in the terms of the amount of industrial wastes discharge.However, as the special manufacturing sectors are concerned, the inflow of FDI to the pollution-intensive industry is steadily increasing. Furthermore, the effects of industrial wastes discharge exist in the long run, and sometimes have caused unimaginable results to the environment and human beings. So, we must impose higher environmental requirements on the FDI-involved enterprises and international trade.
