| Abstract: | Developing recyding based economy is an important measure of sustainable development strategy. This article analyzes the theory development of recycling based economy and its implication in practice. It maintains that developing recycling based economy is an important way of realizing sustainable development. It points out that recycling based economy's emphasis to develop ecology industry, carry out cleaner production and environment management, and cultivate rubbish industry. It also puts forward the major measure of developing recycling based economy. |
