| Abstract: | Based on the analyses of the current situation of water resource of the nation, this article put forwards suggestions from such aspects as changing management notions on water resources, establishing suitable institutions for property rights of water, strengthening centralized management for water resources of river basins, enhancing information sharing mechanisms for water resources management, and facilitating public participation. |
