| Abstract: | The base of the legal protection of resource security is its relative laws, which mainly have four characters, namely, fundamentality, divergency, comprehensiveness, and sociality. The coontination of the legal protection of resource security with its relative laws meets the needs of sustainable development of economy, society and environment, the modern transform of legal system in China, and the legal system construction. Furthermore.this cooniination bears scientific feasibility. |
