| Abstract: | The paper discusses a new way to sustainable development of energy system to develop windfarms on a large scale ,through which the sustainable development of the energy system can be realized. So the author makes the contrasting analysis between them ,and then points out that the problems must be resolved for China by leasing windfarms on a large scale. |
