| Abstract: | This paper starts with the analyses of the water problems in China, and concludes that the key to solve the problems is to construct and practise a suitable system of water demand management policies with Chinese characteristics. Key Word sustainable utilization; demand management; water resources in Chinaunproducer was raised.Thus,the foundamental establishment demands of the enterprises with different staff amount to the unproducer can be satisfied. |
