| Abstract: | s As China's entry into WTO and the strategy of the big development of the west regions, managing the nation by laws is no doubt one of the efficient means to better the investment conditions and encourage the west regions in China to develop. This paper discusses how WTO principles affect the west regions, analyzes the influences, risks and opportunities that are confronted with, and proposes corresponding strategies , based on the mutual relationships between WTO principles and law economy. |
