资源约束与发展中国家的可持续发展战略

The article says that environmental crisis, not supply crisis is now endangering human existence. Environmental deterioration is now more fatal to the existence and development of human beings than supply shortage. The happiness from protection of resources and environment is more than the happiness from total supply increase. During the time when the contradiction in human existence and development changes, we need to re-order economic growth and environment protection. Sustainable development strategy is the only rational choice for our human beings.
