| 摘 要： | 低碳经济的核心内容就是要研究低碳技术,开发低碳产品,利用低碳能源。新民居建设是实现社会主义新农村的重要途径,只有通过发展低碳经济,利用清洁能源,才能有别于传统民居,实现真正意义上的新民居。低碳经济形势下新民居建设应选择如下路径,即强化政府对新民居建设的规划和示范推广;发展低碳技术,革新建筑材料;推行清洁能源和加强农村环境教育,增强农民的低碳意识。
