| 摘 要： | 本文基于土地利用协调度评价模型,构建了南京市土地利用协调发展度评价指标体系,以南京市各区县为评价单元,综合分析了南京市各区县土地利用协调发展状况与影响因素。对于属于环境提前型的区县,可在环境容量允许的条件下重点加强经济建设,适当通过加大土地资源的开发力度而提高土地利用程度,提升土地利用的社会经济效益水平;属于经济提前型的区县则需更加关注生态环境质量的改善,加强生态环境建设。
