湖北省金属矿产资源产业可持续发展研究

对湖北省金属矿产资源开发利用现状及产业发展现状进行了分析研究，用区位商指标分析湖北省金属矿产资源产业经济基础和结构，从产业集中度、市场占有率及产品结构方面分析资源产业的市场结构。主要结论是：①金属矿产资源产业经济基础规模较大，钢铁工业具有相对优势，需确立金属矿产资源产业的经济基础地位；②提高产业集中度，形成集约化生产，重点发展钢铁和有色金属加工业；③优化产品结构，提高自主开发创新能力，增强产业的竞争力；④利用两种资源、两个市场，保障金属矿产资源的需求与供给；⑤加强环境保护，提高矿产资源利用效率．走可持续发展道路；⑥开发新的金属矿产资源和非传统矿产资源产业，形成金属矿产资源产业新的经济增长点。

STRATEGIES FOR EXPLOITATION OF METALLIC ORE RESOURCES IN HUBEI PROVINCE

The paper examined the current status of exploitation and utilization of metallic ore resources and the related industries in Hubei Province.Local quotient was employed to evaluate the economic foundation and structure of the metallic ore processing industries;and centralization degree of industries,market occupancy and product structure were used to analyze the market structure of the metallic ore resources industries in the province.The main conclusions of the research are:(1)Metallic ore resources industries should be the economic foundation of Hubei Province based on the large-scale metallic ore resources industries in the province and its comparative advantages of iron-and-steel industry;(2)To raise the centralization degree of industry to form centralized production and develop steel making and non-ferrous metal processing industries;(3)To optimize its product structure,enhance originally creating,developing and competitive abilities;(4)To utilize two kinds of resources and two markets to meet the requirements for metallic ore resources;(5)To strengthen environment protection,improve the utilization efficiency of the metallic ore resources for sustainable development;(6)To exploit new metallic ore resources and non-traditional ore resources to form new growing points for the metallic ore resources industries.
