摘    要:以实地考察和水文资料分析结果为依据,阐述了三峡工程对武湖地区防洪,春旱时灌溉和航运带来的有利影响,及枯季1~5月排水所产生的不利影响。建议加强湖区水利建设,提高电排能力;将地面高程18M以下耕地退田还湖,以提高湖泊调蓄功能。

Abstract:Being the result of an on-the-spot investigation coupled with an analysis of hydrological data,this paper dwells on beneficial as well as adverse effects of the Three-Gorge Project on the environmenta1 condition of the Wuhu Lake area.The beneficia1.effects include floodcontrol in the wet season,irrigation and navigation during the period of spring drought.Theadverse effect will be the hindrance of drainage from this area in the dry season(fromJanuary to May),which would aggravate the problem of water-logging in the lake area.Ascountermeasure,the author proposes strengthening the hydrotechnical construction of thelake area,augmenting the capacity of electrical drainage,and reconverting the lowland cropfields(down to 18 m under land surface elevation )into lake proper to improve the wateraccommodation function of the lake.
