香溪河流域资源环境状况及开发策略探讨

位于湖北省西部濒临长江三峡坝区的香溪河流域，环境秀美，自然资源极为丰富，在地方经济的发展过程中，存在着水土流的，洪涝灾害和环境恶化等系列问题。

PRESENT SITUATION AND STRATEGY ABOUT THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE XIANGXI RIVER BASIN

The Xiangxi River Basin (including part of Shennongjia forest, Xingshan and Zigui counties) with its graceful environment and bountiful natural resources,located in the west of Hubei province, abuts on the area of the Three Gorge Dam on Yangtze River.In the development of local economy, a series of problems arose just as occurred in other place, such as soil erosion, flood disaster and deterioration of environment. Based on the advantage of abundant natural resource in the basin, and the feature of its location which is in mountainous area, the article puts forward a new strategy to enable the local economy to develop sustainably, to exploit reasonably the natural and cultural scenery, abundant forest and resources of wild and exploit mineral resources and to develop relevant enterprises at the same time. Foster agricultural ecosystems according to the local condition.
