混合基质添加对土壤种子库萌发特征的影响

摘    要:为了探究基质添加在土壤种子库用于植被恢复方面的可行性,参考日本种子库应用的实践经验,以草炭与珍珠岩、稻壳炭与蛭石为混合基质,探究混合基质间体积比、混合基质与表土配比等因素对土壤种子库萌发特征的影响,并利用冗余分析法(RDA)分析基质添加后土壤环境因子与植物种类、基质配方的关系.结果表明:①混合基质的添加对土壤种子库密度以及Shannon-Wiener多样性指数有显著促进作用,并且草炭与珍珠岩混合基质在较大程度上促进了多年生草本植物的生长,更有利于植被恢复的进行,尤其是当草炭与珍珠岩体积比为1∶1并与表土配比为30%时,土壤种子库密度达到最大值(36.3×105粒/m2),其多年生草本植物的数量比对照组增加了73.15%;②土壤环境因子与植物种类的冗余分析中,土壤含水率和w(TC)(TC为全碳)对植物种类的影响有显著性解释作用(占全部变量解释方差的72.34%),并且植物物种对土壤环境因子有明显偏好;③土壤环境因子与基质配方的冗余分析中,稻壳炭与蛭石混合基质能更好地改善土壤含水率、w(TC)、w(AP)(AP为速效磷)、w(AK)(AK为速效钾)等土壤环境因子.研究显示,混合基质的添加可有效改善土壤理化性质,促进目标物种的萌发.

Influence of Germination Characteristic on Soil Seed Bank by Adding Different Mixed Substrates

Abstract:In order to explore the feasibility of substrates applied in a soil seed bank′s vegetation restoration, we explored the influence of key factors on the germination characteristics of soil seed banks, referring to the practical experience of the Japanese Soil Seed Bank. Taking peat and perlite, rice husk charcoal and vermiculite for mixed substrates, two factors were selected-mixed substrates volume ratio and ratio of mixed substrates to topsoil.Redundancy analysis(RDA) was applied to evaluate the relationship between soil environmental factors and plant varieties, along the lines of the relationship between soil environmental factors and substrates formulation. The results showed that:(1) The mixed substrates clearly stimulated the density of the soil seed bank and Shannon-Wiener diversity index.Moreover, the mixed substrates of peat and perlite significantly improved the herbaceous perennial′s growth and vegetation′s restoration.When the peat and perlite(1∶1) were mixed with soil at 30%, the maximum density of the seed bank was observed to be 36.3×105 particles/m2 and the number of the perennial herb increased 73.15%, when compared with the control group.(2) More interestingly, soil water content and total carbon(TC) had significant influence on plants(accounting for 72.34% of the total variance), and plants species had obvious preference on soil environmental factors, shown by redundancy analysis between soil environmental factors and plant varieties.(3) In addition, the rice husk charcoal mixed with vermiculite visibly improved the soil environmental factors, such as soil moisture content(WC), total carbon(TC), available phosphorus(AP) and available potassium(AK), which was demonstrated by redundancy analysis between soil environmental factors and substrates formulation. In conclusion, mixed substrates could effectively improve soil physical and chemical properties, and promote the germination of target species.
