| 摘 要： | 以地处铅锌储量居世界第二位、亚洲第一位的兰坪金顶铅锌矿区下游河流——江的水体重金属污染为研究对象，通过实地调查采样，采用室内试验和相关分析等方法，分别对水体中的ρ(Pb)和ρ(Cd)以及底泥中的w(Pb)和w(Cd)进行测定. 结果表明:江流域水体中ρ(Pb)和ρ(Cd)平均值分别为0.448和0.167 mg/L，均已超过国家Ⅴ类水质标准(GB3838—2002)；水体中ρ(Pb)和ρ(Cd)与采样点及矿区的距离呈正相关，即距矿区越近污染越严重，距矿区越远则污染越轻；水体中的ρ(Pb)和ρ(Cd)与底泥中的w(Pb)和w(Cd)呈正相关；重金属Pb和Cd的生态危害系数属于很强生态危害范畴，严重威胁流域的生态安全.
