| 摘 要： | 以NaO·3．2SiO2、H2SO4和Al2(SO4)3为原料，制备出高稳定活性硅酸絮凝剂SPSA，研究了它在污泥脱水应用中的絮凝特性。实验结果表明，向生化处理产生的剩余活性污泥中投加相对于污泥量2．0％的SPSA，在5×104Pa真空度下过滤脱水，污泥含水率由99．4％下降为70．0％，污泥体积降为原体积的1／50，燃烧热值增大50倍，污泥比阻下降，并且所得滤液澄清，透光率高。

| Abstract: | Stabilized Polysilicic Acid(SPSA)has been prepared by using NaO·3.2SiO2,H2SO4 andAl2(SO4)3.The flocculation property of SPSA in sludge dewatering was studied.The experimentalresults showed that after filtered at the vacuum of 5(104 Pa,the water ratio of sludge was decreasedfrom 99.4%to 70.0%,the sludge volume reduced to 1/50,its calorific value increased by 50 times,its specific resistance reduced obviously and the filter liquor was clarified when 2.0%SPSA with respect to the weight of dried sludge was added to the sludge taken from the sewage treatment work. |
