基于静电吸附技术对废润滑油净化再生

摘    要:环保而有效的废润滑油净化再生技术是解决环境污染和能源短缺的有效途径。介绍了目前各种废润滑油处理工艺的优势与不足,并利用了基于静电吸附技术的再生工艺对工业用齿轮油进行了净化再生回收。针对静电吸附装置处理废润滑油的处理要求和纳污能力,采用真空脱水处理与三级并联式循环过滤处理方式。整个处理过程在密闭装置下进行,避免了油液再次受到污染的可能。实验证明,经多级过滤和静电吸附技术处理后,齿轮油的污染等级由NAS10下降到NAS7。通过对废齿轮油处理前后含有的主要元素和性能指标进行检测,废润滑油中的主要污染元素有效地减少,并且润滑油性能有所改善,说明该技术的应用能够有效的处理废润滑油中的污物,处理后的废润滑油已经达到了再次循环利用的标准。

Abstract:An environmentally friendly and effective technology to purify and regenerate waste lubrication oil is an efficient path to solve problems of environmental pollution and energy shortage. This paper introduces advantages as well as disadvantages of various processes for disposing waste lubrication oil at present, and uses a purification and regeneration technology based on electrostatic adsorption to recycle industrial gear oil. Cyclic pre-filtering and vacuum dewatering processes were conducted in the early stage of the treatment of waste lubrication oil, utilizing vacuum dewatering treatment and level 3 parallel loop filtering approach. The whole processing was conducted under sealing conditions to prevent oil liquid from further pollution. Experimental results show:with the application of electrostatic adsorption technology, the pollution grade of gear oil is lowered to NAS7 from NAS10.By testing main elements and performance indexes of waste gear oil before and after the treatment, it is found that main pollution elements in the waste lubrication oil are effectively reduced and lubricating performance is improved to a certain extent, which means that this technology can effectively dispose contaminants in the waste lubrication oil, and that disposed lubrication oil reaches the standards for cyclic utilization.
