摘    要:为了解焚烧炉渣应用于潜流园林湿地污水处理系统的可行性,采用苹果酸、柠檬酸和腐殖酸模拟根系分泌的有机酸,考察了其对焚烧炉渣中重金属的溶出特征。结果表明:有机酸对炉渣中重金属Cu、Cr、Cd、Pb、Zn溶出具有促进作用,苹果酸略强于柠檬酸,腐殖酸作用弱;重金属Cu、Cr、Cd、Pb、Zn溶出量与其碳酸盐结合态、铁锰氧化物结合态、有机结合态含量显著相关,炉排渣(PZ)中重金属溶出量大于流化床炉渣(LZ);炉渣中Cu、Cr、Pb、Zn在有机酸作用下的溶出率低于4%,仅PZ中Cd溶出率高达40%左右,为LZ的6~11倍。重金属初始含量、有机酸种类对炉渣中重金属溶出有显著影响,柠檬酸、苹果酸对LZ中重金属溶出率的影响无显著性差异,与腐殖酸的影响存在显著差异,炉排渣无此特征。流化床炉渣具有潜在可应用性。

Abstract:The dissolution characteristics of heavy metals in the incinerator slags(FZ) were investigated under the action of malic acid, citric acid and humic acid, which were used to simulate the organic acids exuded by the root system in this paper.The incinerator slags can be applied to subsurface-flow garden constructed wetlands. The results indicated that the organic acids promoted the dissolution of Cu, Cr, Cd, Pb and Zn in the slags, and the effect of malic acid is slightly stronger than citric acid, while the effect of humic acid is weak. The dissolution of Cu, Cr, Cd, Pb and Zn is significantly correlated with their portions which are bound to carbonates, iron and manganese oxides and organic matter, the dissolution amount of heavy metals in the furnace slag is larger than that in the fluidized bed slag.The dissolution rates of Cu, Cr, Pb and Zn in FZ are no more than 4%, and only the dissolution rate of Cd in PZ reaches up to about 40% which is 6 to 11 times of that in LZ. The initial contents of heavy metals in FZ and the species of organic acid significantly affect the dissolution of heavy metals. Malic acid and citric acid do not show significant effects on the dissolution rate of heavy metals in LZ but significant differences are found in humic acid system, however, this feature does not be found in the PZ. The LZ has potential applicability.
