摘    要:畜禽粪便中包含很多有害成份在自然条件下分解速率慢、效率低。以发酵产物的蛋白酶活、对吲哚和粪臭素降解能力为评价指标,采用混料试验设计优化4株优良菌种的复配条件并建立数学回归方程,通过软件拟合优化和实验验证,最后得到发酵床使用的菌剂最优配比为放线菌G10%、光合细菌H40%、光合细菌L23%和枯草芽孢杆菌Y27%;根据此配比得到的发酵菌剂其蛋白酶酶活、吲哚和粪臭素降解率分别为11.3 u/g、61.8%和41.3%。

Abstract:Livestock manure contains many harmful components,which decompose slowly under natural conditions.In this study,mixture design method was applied to determine protease activity in fermentation products,degradation ability of indole and skatole.As results,the optimal proportion of compound microbial inoculants were determined to be Cellulomonas sp.G 10%,photosynthetic bacteria H 40%,photosynthetic bacteria L 23% and Bacillus subtilis Y27%.Under these optimal conditions,the experimental values for protease activity in fermentation products,degradation ability of indole and skatole were 11.3 μ/g,61.8% and 41.3%,respectively.
