2016-2019年夏季长江口海域大型底栖动物群落结构的变化及其原因分析

摘    要:笔者于2016-2019年夏季对长江口海域进行了4个航次的生态环境调查,分析了大型底栖动物群落结构的现状及变化,并对其变化的原因进行了探讨。结果表明,2016-2019年夏季调查海域大型底栖动物的种类数量、丰度、生物量和多样性指数均呈现一定程度的下降。大型底栖动物的种类由2016年的38种下降为2019年的15种;丰度由189.88 ind/m2下降为81.25 ind/m2;生物量由11.60 g/m2下降为5.33 g/m2;多样性指数由1.72下降为0.72。中蚓虫(Mediomastus sp.)、索沙蚕(Lumbrinereis sp.)等为调查海域的主要优势种,多毛类为主要的优势类群。相关性分析表明,富营养化加重和浮游植物初级生产力的下降,是2016-2019年夏季长江口海域大型底栖动物数量和群落结构发生变化的主要原因,而底层低氧以及沉积物底质的变化也对大型底栖动物的群落结构产生了一定的影响。

Abstract:To better understand the changes of macrobenthic communities, 4 surveys were carried out in Yangtze Estuary during summer from 2016 to 2019. The results showed that, the number of species, biodiversity, abundance and biomass of macrobenthos had changed significantly in Yangtze Estuary during summer from 2016 to 2019.The number of species dropped from 38 in 2016 to 15 in 2019, abundance decreased from 189.88 ind/m2 to 81.25 ind/m2, biomass decreased from 11.60 g/m2 to 5.33 g/m2, Shannon-Weaver index decreased from 1.72 to 0.72. Mediomastus sp. and Lumbrinereis sp. were the main dominant species, Polychaetes were the dominant group. The correlation analysis shows that: increase of eutrophication and the reduction of primary productivity of phytoplankton were the main reason for the changes of macrobenthos in Yangtze Estuary during summer from 2016 to 2019. And the community structure of macrobenthos was also affected by hypoxia and the change of sediment.
