对不同UV光氧化工艺降解水溶液中阿特拉津(ATZ)的动力学和机理,以及对后续氯化处理过程中溶液需氯量和消毒副产物生成势(DBPFP)的影响规律与机理进行了系统研究.结果表明,ATZ在不同UV光氧化工艺中的降解均符合准一级反应动力学.ATZ在单独UV辐照工艺中的去除效率相对较低;UV/H2O2工艺对ATZ具有相对较高的去除效率,且其去除率随H2O2浓度的增大呈现出先增加后降低的变化趋势;UV/TiO2工艺降解去除ATZ的效率较单独UV辐照和UV/H2O2工艺低,ATZ在UV/TiO2工艺中的降解与溶液透光率和氧化活性物种(ROS)生成量存在直接关系;UV/H2O2/TiO2工艺中,ATZ的降解速率较UV/TiO2工艺有所提高.ATZ水溶液经不同UV光氧化工艺预处理和氯化处理后,均检出了5种消毒副产物(DBPs),其中三氯甲烷(TCM)和三氯丙酮(TCP)为主要氯化DBPs.本研究表明,在不同UV光氧化预处理过程中,ATZ具有不同的降解路径,进而对ATZ水溶液在后续氯化过程中的DBPPF产生显著影响. 相似文献

以长江上游重庆、中游武汉、下游上海等大城市的长江饮用水源为研究对象,在对溶解性有机物分子量和亲疏水性分离的基础上,分别采用氯和氯胺两种方式消毒,对比分析了相同时期沿江这些城市原水中氯(胺)化常规和新兴含氮消毒副产物生成潜能的分子组成规律.研究表明,重庆、武汉、上海三地的溶解性有机物均以小分子前体物为主,主要分布在<1kDa的区间内,且以强疏水性成分和亲水性成分为主,原水经氯(胺)化可产生三卤甲烷、卤乙酸、卤乙腈、三氯硝基甲烷等类型的消毒副产物;三地的氯(胺)化主要的含碳消毒副产物(C-DBPs)和含氮消毒副产物(N-DBPs)生成潜能均在<1kDa的区间内最大,从上游到下游,在<1kDa的区间内的生成潜能占各自总潜能比例逐渐增加.三地的氯(胺)化的C-DBPs和N-DBPs生成潜能均以强疏水性组分或亲水性组分为主,且氯胺化可导致亲水性组分C-DBPs和N-DBPs生成潜能所占总量比例增加. 相似文献

The removal of disinfection by-products formation potential(DBPFP) in artificially intensified biological activated carbon(IBAC) process which is developed on the basis of traditional ozone granular activated carbon was evaluated. By IBAC removals of 31% and 68% for THMFP and HAAFP were obtained respectively. Under identical conditions, the removals of the same substances were 4% and 32% respectively only by the granular activated carbon(GAC) process. Compared with GAC, the high removal rates of the two formed potential substances were due to the increasing of bioactivity of the media and the synergistic capabilities of biological degradation cooperating with activated carbon adsorption of organic compounds. A clear linear correlation ( R^2 = 0.9562 and R^2 = 0.9007) between DOC HAAFP removal rate and Empty Bed Contact Time(EBCT) of IBAC process was observed, while that between THMFP removal rate and EBCT of GAC was R^2 = 0.9782. In addition certain linear correlations between THMFP, HAAFP and UV254 ( R^2 = 0.855 and R^2 = 0.7702) were found for the treated water. For IBAC process there are also more advantages such as long backwashing cycle time, low backwashing intensity and prolonging activated carbon lifetime and so on. 相似文献

焦化废水经生化处理后的尾水中含有多种溶解性有机物(DOM),可能成为消毒副产物的前体物,进而影响受纳水体下游给水厂的水质安全.因此,对焦化废水外排水(尾水)的消毒副产物生成潜能进行了分析,以实际焦化废水厂尾水为基质,采用气相色谱(GC)考察了O3氧化深度处理前后卤乙腈和三卤甲烷的生成潜能,并结合分子质量分布法和三维荧光光谱法分析了O3氧化处理尾水过程中前体物的转化规律.GC结果表明,焦化废水尾水各个分子质量范围的卤乙腈和三卤甲烷生成潜能分别达到1950.5~3965.1μg.L-1和1498.2~2571.2μg.L-1,表明工业废水排放之前需要考虑其对水体消毒副产物生成潜能的贡献.O3氧化作用可以实现尾水中消毒副产物前体物的削减,相同反应时间的条件下O3浓度越高其削减越有效.溶解性有机碳(DOC)及在254nm波长下的吸光度值(UV254)分析结果表明,O3氧化能部分矿化尾水中的有机物,并优先分解不饱和芳香性有机组分.分子质量和荧光光谱分析结果表明,O3氧化优先矿化小分子组分(<1kDa),并将尾水中大分子有机物分解为小分子(<1kDa),对活泼基团进行预氧化,从而实现氯消毒副产物生成潜能的削减. 相似文献

按照UFC方法对水体中3种常见细菌Acinetobacter junii、Staphylococcussciuri和Escherichia coli进行纯细菌加氯消毒处理,同时考察水中溴离子对纯细菌物质生成DBPs的影响.结果表明,3种细菌均为DBPs前体物,加氯消毒生成的DBPs除水合三氯乙醛(CHD)外,生成的三卤甲烷(THMs)物质主要为氯仿(TCM),卤乙腈(HANs)物质主要为二氯乙腈(DCAN).氯仿的生成量与细菌物质TOC浓度无明显关系,但HANs和CHD生成量均随细菌TOC浓度增大而增加.其中革兰氏阳性细菌Staphylococcus sciuri生成的DCAN和CHD比革兰氏阴性细菌Acinetobacter junii和Escherichia coli生成的要高,说明细胞壁的化学组分可能是DCAN和CHD生成的影响因素之一.Escherichia coli细菌反应液中溴离子(Br-)存在时,除生成CHD、TCM及DCAN外,THMs和HANs中的溴代种类CHBr3随Br-增多而持续增加,相反TCM持续减少.当Br-浓度为4mg.L-1时,TBM浓度增至最高127.9μg.L-1;HANs和CHD生成量随Br-浓度增加先有所增加,随后持续降低至低于检测限;Br离子存在时THMs为主要DBPs种类. 相似文献

Benzophenones (BPs) are a class of widely used UV filters, which have been frequently detected within multiple environmental matrices. Disinfection is a necessary process in water treatment processes. The transformation behaviors and toxicity changes of 14 BP-type UV filters during chlorination disinfection treatment were investigated in this study. A new index, the acute toxicity formation potential, was proposed to evaluate the toxicity changes and potential risks of BP-type UV filters during chlorination treatment. It was found that 13 of 14 BP-type UV filters exhibited toxicity decreases in the chlorination disinfection process, more or less, while one showed a toxicity increase. The toxicity changes were dependent on substitution effects, such that 2,4-di-hydroxylated or 3-hydroxylated BPs exhibited significant toxicity decreases after chlorination treatment due to the ready cleavage of the aromatic ring. Importantly, the acute toxicity changes could be duplicated in an ambient water matrix. 相似文献

The formation potential of four trihalomethanes (THMFP) and seven haloacetic acids (HAA7FP) in 13 source waters taken from
four major water basin areas in China was evaluated using the simulated distribution system (SDS) chlorination method. The specific
ultraviolet absorbance (SUVA254: the ratio of UV254 to dissolved organic carbon (DOC)), which ranged between 0.9 and 5.0 L/(mg m),
showed that the organic compounds in di erent source waters exhibited di erent reactivities with chlorine. The HAA7FP of source
waters ranged from 20 to 448 g/L and the THMFP ranged from 29 to 259 g/L. The HAA7FP concentrations were higher than the
THMFP concentrations in all but one of the samples. Therefore, the risks of haloacetic acids (HAAs) should be of concern in some
source waters. TCM (chloroform) and BDCM (bromodichloromethane) were the major THM constituents, while TCAA (trichloroacetic
acid) and DCAA (dichloroacetic acid) were the major HAA species. Br-THM (brominated THM species) were much higher than Br-
HAA (brominated HAA species), and the formation of Br-DBP (Br-THM and Br-HAA) should be of concern when the bromide

The characteristics of dissolved organic matter (DOM) and bromide ion concentration have a significant influence on the formation of disinfection by-products (DBPs). In order to identify the main DBP precursors, DOM was divided into five fractions based on molecular weight (MW), trihalomethane formation potential and haloacetic acid formation potential were determined for fractions, and the change in contents of different fractions and total DBPs during treatment processes (pre-chlorination, coagulation, sand filtration, disinfection) were studied. Moreover, the relationship between bromide concentration and DBP generation characteristics in processes was also analyzed. The results showed that the main DBP precursors were the fraction with MW < 1 kDa and fraction with MW 3−10 kDa, and the DBP''s generation ability of lower molecular weight DOM (< 10 kDa) was higher than that of higher molecular weight DOM. During different processes, pre-chlorination and disinfection had limited effect on removing organics but could alter the MW distribution, and coagulation and filtration could effectively remove organics with higher MW. For DBPs, trihalomethanes (THMs) were mainly generated in pre-chlorination and disinfection, while haloacetic acids (HAAs) were mostly generated during pre-chlorination; coagulation and sand filtration had little effect on THMs but resulted in a slight removal of HAAs. In addition, the results of ANOVA tests suggested that molecular sizes and treatment processes have significant influence on DBP formation. With increasing bromide concentration, the brominated DBPs significantly increased, but the bromine incorporation factor in the processes was basically consistent at each concentration. 相似文献

This work investigated the formation of carbonaceous and nitrogenous disinfection by-products (C-DBPs, N-DBPs) upon chlorination of water samples collected from a surface water and a ground water treatment plant (SWTP and GWTP) where the conventional treatment processes, i.e., coagulation, sedimentation, and filtration were employed. Twenty DBPs, including four trihalomethanes, nine haloacetic acids, seven N-DBPs (dichloroacetamide, trichloroacetamide, dichloroacetonitrile, trichloroacetonitrile, bromochloroacetonitrile, dibromoacetonitrile and trichloronitromethane), and eight volatile chlorinated compounds (dichloromethane (DCM), 1,2-dichloroethane, tetrachloroethylene, chlorobenzene, 1,2-dichlorobenzene, 1,4-dichlorobenzene, 1,2,3-trichlorobenzene and 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene) were detected in the two WTPs. The concentrations of these contaminants were all below their corresponding maximum contamination levels (MCLs) regulated by the Standards for Drinking Water Quality of China (GB5749-2006) except for DCM (17.1 μg/L detected vs. 20 μg/L MCL). The SWTP had much higher concentrations of DBPs detected in the treated water as well as the DBP formation potentials tested in the filtered water than the GWTP, probably because more precursors (e.g., dissolved organic carbon, dissolved organic nitrogen) were present in the water source of the SWTP. 相似文献

卤代苯醌(HBQs)是一类新型的消毒副产物,广泛存在于国内外饮用水中,与膀胱癌高度相关.由于我国对HBQs的研究时间不长,因此,对饮用水中HBQs的研究不够充分.本研究对天津市某自来水厂处理工艺出水及供水系统中HBQs的浓度进行了调查,共检出3种HBQs(二氯苯醌、二溴苯醌及二氯甲基苯醌),首次报道了我国饮用水中二氯甲基苯醌的浓度.此外,由于HBQs在水中易发生水解反应,识别HBQs在不同pH值和温度下的水解特性可以更好地描述HBQs的环境行为.因此,本研究以4种HBQs为代表,考察了HBQs在不同pH值和温度下的水解特性.结果表明,偏碱性的环境和较高的温度有利于HBQs的水解,氯代苯醌的稳定性高于溴代苯醌,异构体在水中的稳定性也有差别. 相似文献

Formation and cytotoxicity of a new disinfection by-product (DBP) phenazine by chloramination of water containing diphenylamine 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Disinfection by-products (DBPs) in drinking water have caused worldwide concern due to their potential carcinogenic effects. The formation of phenazine from diphenylamine (DPhA) chloramination was studied and its cytotoxicities for two human cancer cells were also investigated. Phenazine was detected synchronously with the consumption of DPhA by chloramination, which further confirmed that the new DBP phenazine can be produced along with N-nitrosodiphenylamine (NDPhA) from DPhA chloramination. The formation of phenazine had a maximum molar yield with solution pH increasing from 5.0 to 9.0, with phenazine as the main product for DPhA chloramination at lower pH, but higher pH favored the formation of NDPhA. Thus, solution pH is the key factor in controlling the formation of phenazine and NDPhA. Both the initial DPhA and chloramine concentrations did not show a significant effect on the molar yields of phenazine, although increasing the chloramine concentration could speed up the reaction rate of DPhA with chloramines. The cytotoxicity assays showed that phenazine had significant cell-specific toxicity towards T24 (bladder cancer cell lines) and HepG2 (hepatic tumor cell lines) cells with IC50 values of 0.50 and 2.04 mmol/L, respectively, and T24 cells being more sensitive to phenazine than HepG2 cells. The IC50 values of phenazine, DPhA, and NDPhA for T24 cells were of the same order of magnitude and the cytotoxicity of phenazine for T24 cells was slightly lower than that of NDPhA (IC50, 0.16 mmol/L), suggesting that phenazine in drinking water may have an adverse effect on human health. 相似文献

In the 1980 s, a case–control epidemiologic study was conducted in Iowa(USA) to analyze the association between exposure to disinfection by-products(DBPs) and bladder cancer risk. Trihalomethanes(THMs), the most commonly measured and dominant class of DBPs in drinking water, served as a primary metric and surrogate for the full DBP mixture.Average THM exposure was calculated, based on rough estimates of past levels in Iowa. To reduce misclassification, a follow-up study was undertaken to improve estimates of past THM levels and to re-evaluate their association with cancer risk. In addition, the risk associated with haloacetic acids, another class of DBPs, was examined. In the original analysis, surface water treatment plants were assigned one of two possible THM levels depending on the point of chlorination. The re-assessment considered each utility treating surface or groundwater on a case-by-case basis. Multiple treatment/disinfection scenarios and water quality parameters were considered with actual DBP measurements to develop estimates of past levels. The highest annual average THM level in the re-analysis was156 μg/L compared to 74 μg/L for the original analysis. This allowed the analysis of subjects exposed at higher levels( 96 μg/L). The re-analysis established a new approach, based on case studies and an understanding of the water quality and operational parameters that impact DBP formation, for determining historical exposure. 相似文献

考察了高锰酸钾/亚硫酸氢钠(PM/BS)氧化体系对天然有机物(NOM)组分富里酸(FA)的结构变化及消毒副产物(DBPs)生成势的影响.通过紫外-可见光谱、总有机碳(TOC)、三维荧光光谱对FA结构变化进行了表征.结果发现,经PM/BS预氧化之后,PM的光谱特征峰及FA的荧光强度峰均消失.三氯甲烷(TCM)及二氯乙腈(DCAN)分别是FA生成的主要的含碳及含氮类DBPs.在PM单独氧化中,TCM与DCAN的浓度随PM投加量的增大都呈现先略微上升后下降的趋势;而在PM/BS体系中,随着PM/BS投加量的增大,TCM的浓度呈现先降低后升高的趋势,而DCAN的浓度则显著上升.反应pH也显著影响FA的DBPs生成势,在PM体系中,除TCM和DCAN外其他DBPs(1,1-二氯丙酮(1,1-DCP)、1,1,1-三氯丙酮(1,1,1-TCP)、三氯乙腈(TCAN)、三氯硝基甲烷(TCNM))浓度总体随pH的增大而下降.在PM/BS体系中,随着pH的升高,C-DBPs及N-DBPs总浓度总体呈现先降低后升高再降低的趋势,pH 7.5时达到最大值.在pH 7.5时,无预氧化的条件下生成的TCM浓度约为100.7μg·L~(-1),DCAN浓度约为7.5μg·L~(-1);在PM预氧化条件下二者浓度分别为127.5μg·L~(-1)和9.7μg·L~(-1);而在PM/BS预氧化条件下生成的TCM高达217.1μg·L~(-1),DCAN为9.3μg·L~(-1).PM/BS氧化工艺在加速降解微量有机物的同时,亦将改变NOM结构,进而有可能提升NOM的DBPs生成势,在实际工程应用中应予以关注. 相似文献

以云贵高原典型喀斯特湖库红枫湖取水口溶解性有机质(DOM)为研究对象,调查不同组合方式下高锰酸钾-聚合氯化铝(KMnO4-PAC)对消毒副产物的生成潜能(DBPsFP)变化和平均组成分布,并通过红外光谱(FTIR)和三维荧光光谱(3D-EEM)对部分样品进行化学表征,推断其影响机制.结果表明:在0.1,0.2,0.4mg/L KMnO4投加量下,DBPsFP降低17.5~73%,DOM的卤代活性化学结构和官能团部分被有效钝化;PAC的网捕和卷扫效应使DBPsFP进一步减少27.9~86.1%,组合工艺对DBPs的生成潜能影响大小为:三卤甲烷(THM4) > 卤乙酸(HAA9) > 卤乙腈(HAN4)/卤代酮(HK2)/三氯硝基甲烷(TCNM).FTIR的结果表明预氧化后3300cm-1处的透过率降低,指纹区1000~1300cm-1处的峰频提升,表明分子中的O-H、COOH和C-O官能团增加,共轭不饱和结构在KMnO4作用下部分消失.3D-EEM验证了外源有机物(腐殖酸)在DOM中占比随KMnO4浓度梯度升高而下降,同时类蛋白结构的吸收峰强度增加,说明最终DBPs贡献可能源于DOM中剩余的小分子类蛋白(氨基酸). 相似文献

Characteristics of toluene decomposition and formation of nitrogen oxide(NOx) by-products were investigated in a dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) reactor with/without catalyst at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. Four kinds of metal oxides, i.e., manganese oxide(Mn Ox), iron oxide(Fe Ox), cobalt oxide(Co Ox) and copper oxide(Cu O), supported on Al2O3/nickel foam, were used as catalysts. It was found that introducing catalysts could improve toluene removal efficiency, promote decomposition of by-product ozone and enhance CO2 selectivity. In addition, NOx was suppressed with the decrease of specific energy density(SED) and the increase of humidity, gas flow rate and toluene concentration, or catalyst introduction. Among the four kinds of catalysts, the Cu O catalyst showed the best performance in NOx suppression. The Mn Ox catalyst exhibited the lowest concentration of O3 and highest CO2 selectivity but the highest concentration of NOx. A possible pathway for NOx production in DBD was discussed. The contributions of oxygen active species and hydroxyl radicals are dominant in NOx suppression. 相似文献
