某污灌区土壤与蔬菜重金属污染状况及健康风险评价   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
对安徽蚌埠某污灌区的土壤及蔬菜进行取样调查,分别测定其重金属As、Pb、Cr、Cd和Hg含量,利用单因子污染指数和内梅罗综合污染指数评价污灌区土壤及蔬菜的污染状况,并结合EPA MMSOILS模型评价了当地食用蔬菜对人体造成的健康风险。结果表明,研究区土壤中As、Pb、Cr、Cd和Hg含量平均值分别为4.182、3.685、1.397、0.381和0.151 mg·kg-1,与GB 15618—1995《土壤环境质量标准》中的Ⅱ级标准(pH值为6.5~7.5)相比,Cd含量超标,其单因子污染指数为1.27。土壤内梅罗综合污染指数为0.931,表明土壤污染情况已处于警戒范围内,主要因素是Cd污染。蔬菜中各重金属含量符合GB 2762—2012《食品中污染物限量》,各重金属含量由高到低分别为Pb、As、Cr、Cd和Hg。食用蔬菜中Pb、Cd、Hg和Cr对人体造成的健康风险均较低,风险指数分别为0.40、0.07、0.12和0.06,而As的风险指数达1.12,暴露风险较大。  相似文献

以保定市市售莲藕和雄安新区白洋淀野生藕苗为研究对象,采用硝酸-高氯酸消解体系,电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)和原子荧光分光光度计(AFS)测定了莲藕中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)的含量,对比分析了市售莲藕和野生藕苗不同部位(藕肉、藕皮、藕节)重金属的含量特征,并运用内梅罗综合污染指数法和单因子污染指数法及目标危害系数法评价了莲藕重金属污染状况及其对人体的健康风险.结果表明,采集的莲藕样品中Pb、Cd、As均有不同程度超标,其中Pb超标最高,且变异系数最大(100%),藕肉、藕皮、藕节中Pb超标率分别为23.08%,53.85%和38.46%.市售莲藕中重金属平均含量表现为:藕节藕皮藕肉,其中藕皮和藕节中重金属含量达轻污染(P_综分别为1.02和1.55),藕肉中3种重金属含量达警戒级(P_综为0.85);野生藕苗藕皮中重金属污染较为严重,属于轻污染(P_综为1.44).市售莲藕和野生藕苗中单一重金属的目标危害系数(THQ)均表现为AsPbCd,且无论是成人还是儿童,其TTHQ值均1,说明不存在明显的健康风险,考虑到藕皮和藕节中重金属含量较高,因此建议在食用莲藕时,应削去藕皮和藕节,以降低对成人和儿童的健康风险.  相似文献

在分析拉萨河水体重金属污染现状以及水质理化参数的基础上,对重金属含量进行Pearson相关性分析,并运用水环境健康风险评价模型对其进行了健康风险的初步评价.结果表明Cd、Pb、Cu、Mn、Ni和Zn未超过我国生活饮用水卫生标准(GB 5749—2006)的限值,As和Fe严重超标.8种重金属含量与pH值间均不存在显著相关性,其中Zn、Ni与Pb污染存在一定的同源性,而Ni与Cd来源不同,As、Mn、Fe、Cu之间污染具有多源性.污染物通过皮肤接触途径所造成的危害要远小于饮水途径,致癌物风险比非致癌物高2—8个数量级.其中As对总风险贡献率为99.60%,成为主要的风险污染物.拉萨河水体中污染物引起的总健康风险高于EPA推荐的标准值,具有显著的风险,应引起环境监测和环境管理部门的关注.  相似文献

本文分析了粤北星子河12种水生生物样品中Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb、Ni和Zn等6种金属元素的含量水平。利用综合污染指数法和目标危害系数法对水生生物中重金属的污染特征及其健康风险进行评价。结果表明:不同水生生物对重金属的富集程度存在明显差异,重金属的含量水平从低到高顺序依次为:CdNiPbCrCuZn;鱼类富集重金属明显低于贝类。在贝类样品中,Cr、Pb和Zn的含量均出现超标现象。鱼类重金属综合污染指数低于1,属于微污染;而田螺重金属综合污染指数大于1,属于轻度污染水平。不同鱼类中重金属的复合健康危害系数(TTHQ)均小于1,且每周评估摄入量(EDI)均远低于暂定每周允许摄入量(PTWI),居民通过鱼类摄入重金属的健康风险较低;田螺中重金属对人的复合健康危害系数大于1,长期食用田螺存在较高的健康风险,风险较高的重金属元素为Cr、Pb和Zn。  相似文献

对桂林岩溶地区毛村地下河的重金属进行了检测,并应用水环境健康风险评价模型对其进行了健康风险的初步评价.结果表明,地下河表层水中Cr未检出,Cu、Pb、Zn及Cd的平均浓度分别为68.90μg·1-1、58.63μg·1-1、23.73μg·1-1和0.11μg·1-1,Cd、Cr、Cu和Zn未超过我国生活饮用水卫生标准(GB5749-2006)的限值,Pb严重超标.5种重金属对人体健康危害的年总风险为2.36×10-6a-1,其中致癌污染物Cd通过饮水途径所引起的平均个人年风险平均值为3.11 ×10-7 a-1;非致癌污染物Pb、Cu和Zn所引起的平均个人年风险在所有采样点均表现为Pb>Cu>Zn.在本次研究中,Cd是主要的风险污染物,其次为Pb.  相似文献

为评价小麦籽粒重金属含量污染特征及其健康风险,以河南省北部某县为研究区,采集小麦籽粒样品283个,测定样品中As、Pb、Cd、Cr含量,采用污染指数法、健康风险评价等方法分析研究区小麦籽粒中重金属污染程度,揭示空间分布特征,并评价人体健康风险.结果表明,小麦籽粒中As、Pb、Cd、Cr的平均含量分别为0.063、0.053、0.193、0.177 mg.kg-1,Cd的超标率最高;小麦籽粒中重金属综合污染指数为1.435,达到轻污染程度;空间分级特征结果表明,附近交通和钢铁化工企业等因素是产生高污染的主要原因;As、Cd、Cr对成人和儿童健康风险系数最小值为6.32×10-4,均超出USEPA推荐的最大可接受标准,存在较高的致癌风险.  相似文献

为全面了解河南省禹州市煤矿周边土壤和农作物中的重金属污染现状.对禹州市的某3个典型矿区(下文称为A、B和C矿区)周围土壤和主要谷类农作物(玉米和小麦)进行了调研和采样分析,并采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定其重金属含量,同时通过单因子指数法和内梅罗综合指数法评价了煤矿周围土壤的污染状况,并利用MMSOILS风险评价模型评价了食用当地谷类农作物对成人和儿童造成的重金属健康风险.结果表明:研究区土壤受到了重金属不同程度的污染,污染程度排序:小麦地玉米地,且就单个重金属污染程度来说, Cd Cu Co Ni Zn Cr;内梅罗综合污染指数分析结果表明,玉米地的污染程度为安全,小麦地的污染程度为重污染,均以Cd对污染指数P_(综合)值的贡献最大;研究区农作物玉米籽粒中Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn和Cd的平均含量分别为25.03、0.54、2.87、21.52、118.68、1.97 mg·kg~(-1);小麦籽粒中Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn和Cd的平均含量分别为1.04、0.11、1.17、9.55、61.51、0.06 mg·kg~(-1).Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn和Cd富集系数大小的顺序均为玉米小麦;健康风险评价表明,研究区农作物籽粒中存在高重金属污染风险,尤其以Cd最为明显,食用当地谷类农作物对人体造成健康风险的顺序依次为Co Cd Cu Zn Ni Cr,其中Co、Cd对成人风险较高,Co、Cu、Zn、Cd对儿童风险较高,对儿童造成的健康风险要明显高于成人;土壤重金属含量与谷类农作物可食部分重金属含量间无明显相关性.  相似文献

Heavy metals are widely concerning because of their toxicity, persistence, non-degradation and bioaccumulation ability. Human health ambient water quality criteria (AWQC) are specific levels of chemicals that can occur in water without harming human health. At present, most countries do not consider the effects of aquatic vegetables in deriving human health AWQC. Therefore, the intake of aquatic vegetables (Brasenia schreberi) was added to the derivation of human health AWQC and a health risk assessment for 13 heavy metals in Taihu Lake. The human health AWQC (consumption of water, fish and aquatic vegetables) values of 13 heavy metals ranged from 0.04 (Cd) to 710.87 μg/L (Sn), and the intake of B. schreberi had a very significant effect on the human health AWQC for Cu, with a more than 62-fold difference. The hazard quotients of As (2.8), Cd (1.6), Cr (1.4) and Cu (4.86) were higher than the safe level (HQ= 1), indicating that As, Cd, Cr and Cu in Taihu Lake posed a significant health risk. Sensitivity analysis showed that the contribution rate of B. schreberi intake to the human health risk from Cu was 91.6%, and all results indicated that the risk of Cu in B. schreberi to human health should be of particular concern. This study adds the consideration of aquatic vegetable consumption to the traditional method of human health AWQC derivation and risk assessments for the first time, and this approach can promote the development of risk assessments and water quality criteria.  相似文献

Trace metals accumulation in soil irrigated with polluted water and human health risk from vegetable consumption was assessed based on the data available in the literature on metals pollution of water, soil, sediment and vegetables from the cites of Bangladesh. The quantitative data on metal concentrations, their contamination levels and their pollution sources have not been systematically gathered and studied so far. The data on metal concentrations, sources, contamination levels, sample collection and analytical tools used were collected, compared and discussed. The USEPA-recommended method for health risk assessment was used to estimate human risk from vegetable consumption. Concentrations of metals in water were highly variable, and the mean concentrations of Cd, Cr, Cu and As in water were found to be higher than the FAO irrigation water quality standard. In most cases, mean concentrations of metals in soil were higher than the Bangladesh background value. Based on geoaccumulation index (I geo) values, soils of Dhaka city are considered as highly contaminated. The I geo shows Cd, As, Cu, Ni, Pb and Cr contamination of agricultural soils and sediments of the cities all over the Bangladesh. Polluted water irrigation and agrochemicals are identified as dominant sources of metals in agricultural soils. Vegetable contamination by metals poses both non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks to the public. Based on the results of the pollution and health risk assessments, Cd, As, Cr, Cu, Pb and Ni are identified as the priority control metals and the Dhaka city is recommended as the priority control city. This study provides quantitative evidence demonstrating the critical need for strengthened wastewater discharge regulations in order to protect residents from heavy metal discharges into the environment.  相似文献

In this research, a risk assessment was undertaken in order to develop the remediation and management strategy of a contaminated gunnery site, where a nearby flood controlling reservoir is under construction. Six chemicals, including explosives and heavy metals, posing potential risk to environmental and human health, were targeted in this study. A site-specific conceptual site model was constructed, based on effective, reasonable exposure pathways, to avoid any overestimation of the risk. Also, conservative default values were adapted to prevent underestimation of the risk when site-specific values were not available. The risks posed by the six contaminants were calculated using the API’s Decision Support System for Exposure and Risk Assessment, with several assumptions. In the crater-formed-area (Ac), the non-carcinogenic risks (i.e., HI values) of tri-nitro-toluene (TNT) and Cd were slightly larger than 1, but for RDX (Royal Demolition Explosives) was over 50. The total non-carcinogenic risk of the whole gunnery range was calculated to be 62.5, which was a significantly high value. The carcinogenicity of Cd was estimated to be about 10−3, while that for Pb was about 5 × 10−4, which greatly exceeded the generally acceptable carcinogenic risk level of 10−4–10−6. It was concluded from the risk assessment that there is an immediate need for remediation of both carcinogens and non-carcinogens before construction of the reservoir. However, for a more accurate risk assessment, further specific estimations of the changes in environmental conditions due to the construction of the reservoir will be required; and more over, the effects of the pollutants to the ecosystem will also need to be evaluated.  相似文献

Seafood farmed in arsenic (As)-contaminated areas is a major exposure pathway for the ingestion of inorganic As by individuals in the southwestern part of Taiwan. This study presents a probabilistic risk assessment using limited data for inorganic As intake through the consumption of the seafood by local residents in these areas. The As content and the consumption rate are both treated as probability distributions, taking into account the variability of the amount in the seafood and individual consumption habits. The Monte Carlo simulation technique is utilized to conduct an assessment of exposure due to the daily intake of inorganic As from As-contaminated seafood. Exposure is evaluated according to the provisional tolerable weekly intake (PTWI) established by the FAO/WHO and the target risk based on the US Environmental Protection Agency guidelines. The assessment results show that inorganic As intake from five types of fish (excluding mullet) and shellfish fall below the PTWI threshold values for the 95th percentiles, but exceed the target cancer risk of 10?6. The predicted 95th percentile for inorganic As intake and lifetime cancer risks obtained in the study are both markedly higher than those obtained in previous studies in which the consumption rate of seafood considered is a deterministic value. This study demonstrates the importance of the individual variability of seafood consumption when evaluating a high exposure sub-group of the population who eat higher amounts of fish and shellfish than the average Taiwanese.  相似文献

Effluents collected from tanneries in Sialkot showed considerably higher levels of heavy metals. Sodium (12 660.91 mg/L) among macronutrients and Cr (592.20 mg/L) among heavy metals were found in the highest concentrations. Effluent parameters, i.e. biological oxygen demand (BOD; 12.40), chemical oxygen demand (COD; 16.53), Cd (5.90), Cr (592.20) and Fe (18.59) were the respective times higher than Pakistan National Environmental Quality Standards and their continuous unchecked discharge into agricultural soils poses a potential risk. Mean concentrations (mg/L) of Cr (592.20), Ni (2.66), Mn (1.16), Fe (37.17), Zn (0.90), Cd (0.59) and Pb (1.18) in this study exceeded levels recorded to date from different tanning hubs in Pakistan. Factor analysis/principal components analysis (FA/PCA) for the effluent parameters resulted in six varimax factors, i.e. VF1 (salinity, electrical conductivity, total dissolved solids, chloride, phosphate, BOD and COD; including characteristic tannery effluent features), VF2 (pH, Cr and alkalinity; tanning operations), VF3 (Cd and Pb; dyeing processes), VF4 (Mn and Fe; finishing operations), VF5 (Ni; retaining processes) and VF6 (hardness, Ca and Cu; bating processes). Cluster analysis performed on metal data resulted in three clusters confirming metal–metal relations obtained either from FA/PCA or a correlation matrix. The results of this study are useful for heavy metal source apportionment, assessment of risk to peripheral soils and the future management of environments around tanneries.  相似文献

Seven species of marine fish in the Persian Gulf and three species of marine fish in the Caspian Sea were collected from the local wholesale market in Mashhad, Iran. The mercury (Hg) concentration in muscle samples was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. High total Hg concentration was found in Anchovy sprat (2.04 ± 1.23 µg g?1) and Whitecheek shark (1.26 ± 1.85 µg g?1) and the lowest content was detected in common carp (0.24 ± 0.24 µg g?1) and Caspian salmon (0.25 ± 0.08 µg g?1). The mean Hg content in all samples was 0.91 ± 1.07 µg g?1. All samples of Persian Gulf and one sample of Caspian Sea had mean Hg concentration above 0.5 µg g?1, the level established by joint FAO/WHO on Food Additives. Results showed that the estimated weekly intake of total Hg by a 60 kg adult is below the provisional tolerable weekly intakes recommended by joint FAO/WHO on Food Additives. For prevention of health risks, populations in Iran need to consume fish in moderate amounts.  相似文献

为探究江西省市售草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)重金属元素蓄积水平及食用安全性,利用原子吸收光谱仪和电感耦合等离子体质谱仪分析了草鱼肌肉中的Mg、Ca、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Hg和Pb共12种重金属元素的含量.采用营养质量指数法、单项污染指数法、均值型综合污染指数法、目标危害系数法及每周可耐受摄入量对其营养价值、污染程度、健康风险与食用安全性进行评估.结果表明,样品中Mg、Ca、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Hg和Pb的含量均低于我国《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》(GB 2762—2017)中的标准.营养质量评价结果显示,草鱼是人体必需元素Mg和Cu的良好食物源.污染程度分析表明,有小部分样品中Zn(3.17%)和As (4.76%)处于微污染水平,As(1.59%)处于轻污染水平,其余重金属均处于无污染水平.健康风险评估结果显示,江西省市售草鱼中重金属对当地居民无明显的健康风险;但As、Zn和Cu对复合重金属目标危害系数的贡献率达到60.85%,是草鱼重金属污染中主要的风险因子; As、Cd和Cr致癌风险处于可接受水平,Pb无致癌风险;食用安全性结果显示,每周实际摄入重金属的量(EWI)占每周可耐受摄入量(PTWI)比值小于10%,表明江西省草鱼食用安全性较高.  相似文献
