以城市综合交通规划环境影响评价中大气环境影响预测为例,分析了战略环境评价(SEA)中环境影响预测的特点,提出了SEA中应用空气质量模型的基本原则。在此基础上,对现有的空气质量模型(主要包括箱模式、高斯模式、拉格朗日模式和欧拉型数值模式)分别讨论了模型的时空尺度、所描述的环境要素和因子、模型的复杂性和输入数据、模拟区的下垫面特征在城市综合交通规划环境评价中的适用性。  相似文献

为适应青岛和贵阳地区地形和大气流场复杂的特点,吸收高斯烟云模式和烟团模式的优点,建立高斯轨迹烟云模式,模式同时考虑静风条件下的扩散。应用青岛和贵阳的实测数据对模式的性能进行检验,结果证明,该模式可适用于地形和流场复杂的地区。该模式是环境决策支持系统的一部分。   相似文献

Recently, a building-based air quality model system which can predict air quality in front of individual buildings along both sides of a road has been developed. Using the Macau Peninsula as a case study, this paper shows the advantages of building-based model system in data capture and data mining. Compared with the traditional grid-based model systems with input/output spatial resolutions of 1–2 km, the building-based approach can extract the street configuration and traffic data building by building and therefore, can capture the complex spatial variation of traffic emission, urban geometry, and air pollution. The non-homogeneous distribution of air pollution in the Macau Peninsula was modeled in a high-spatial resolution of 319 receptors·km−2. The spatial relationship among air quality, traffic flow, and urban geometry in the historic urban area is investigated. The study shows that the building-based approach may open an innovative methodology in data mining of urban spatial data for environmental assessment. The results are particularly useful to urban planners when they need to consider the influences of urban form on street environment.  相似文献

通过分析区域空气质量监测网络(RAQMN)优化布点的各种限制因素,利用空气质量模型模拟数据构建综合评价浓度,建立以最大贴近度为优化目标,以建设成本、地形、行政区域、人口布局和空间覆盖率等为约束条件的RAQMN优化布点方法.以珠江三角洲为案例背景,利用此方法分析了考虑常规污染物(SO2、NO2和PM10)、区域特征污染物(O3和PM2.5)和同时考虑包括常规、区域特征污染物等多种污染物组合3种情景下的RAQMN的优化布点.结果表明,该方法能够成功地应用于RAQMN的优化选址.与仅考虑常规污染物和仅考虑区域特征污染物的优化结果相比,同时考虑多种污染物优化结果的空间代表性更好,更能满足RAQMN的监测目标与优化布点的要求.  相似文献

Air pollution Integrated Assessment Models (IAM) can be used for determining how emissions should be reduced to improve air quality and to protect human health in a cost-efficient way. The application of IAM is also useful to spread information to the general public and to explain the effectiveness of proposed Air Quality Plans. In this paper, the application of the RIAT+ system to determine suitable abatement measures to improve the air quality at a regional/local level is presented for two European cases: the Brussels Capital Region (Belgium) and the Porto Urban Area (Portugal). Both regions are affected with PM10 or NO2 concentrations that exceed the limit values specified by the European Union legislation. To properly assess air quality abatement measures a surrogate model was used, allowing the implementation of an efficient optimization procedure. This model is derived in both cases through a set of simulations performed using a Chemistry Transport Model fed with different emission reduction scenarios. In addition, internal costs (due to the implementation of emission reduction measures) and external costs (due to population exposure to air pollutant concentrations) of policy options were considered. The application of this integrated assessment modelling system in scenario (Brussels case) and optimization (Porto) modes contributes to identifying some advantages and limitations of these two approaches and also provides some guidance when urban air quality has to be assessed.  相似文献

环境监测的质量保证是监测数据准确性、可比性的重要保障.在区域大气联合观测项目中,完善的质量保证体系应包括管理机制和技术措施两部分,但目前我国对这类项目质量保证尚无统一标准.针对大气重污染成因与治理攻关项目(简称"大气攻关项目")外场观测任务量大、承担单位多、监测项目复杂的特点,为保证观测数据的质量,避免出现由于监测和质控方法不统一造成的数据可比性差、结果矛盾的问题,提出了大气攻关项目质量保证体系和管理机制.其中,质量保证体系包括制定总体要求(技术文件、监测项目及质控要求)、外场观测质量保证(内部质量管理体系、项目外场观测质量保证体系)、实验室分析质量保证(实验室遴选、项目实验室分析多级质量保证体系、实验室比对和飞行检查)和数据质量控制(数据线上审核、项目实验室分析质控报告、项目数据质量评价)4个方面.管理机制为项目管理办公室、质控实验室和承担单位三级主体,两级监督的分级管理模式.通过项目实践,项目质量保证体系达到了保证观测数据准确性、可比性的预期效果,为揭示区域雾霾形成机理、突破污染控制关键技术提供了有力的技术支持,同时为区域大气联合观测项目的数据质量保证提供了借鉴.   相似文献

A regional scale operational model for the simulation of air and precipitation quality originating from ammonia is presented. The aim of the simulation is to determine, quantitatively, the complex effects of the following: emission density of ammonia, wind pattern in the transport layer, mixed-layer height, precipitation conditions, transformation, dry and wet deposition, and hemispheric background value. The model estimates annual average concentrations and yearly depositions for ammonia species in rural areas of the country. Results were validated against 1 year of data measured at regional pollution stations in Hungary. The computed values agreed well with the measurements.  相似文献

大气环境容量理论在我国的空气污染控制政策研究和管理实践中一直作为重要的基础理论之一,但长期以来其概念定义和理论模型一直存在模糊之处,也未能建立公认的数学规划模型和算法.基于大气环境容量理论发展和应用回顾,对大气环境容量的定义和内涵进行了探讨,并对其理论和计算方法的实用性与局限性进行了分析.该研究基于不同的大气环境容量定义,提出了绝对大气容量、广义大气容量和狭义大气容量3种概念的区分,提出大气环境容量规划的主要理论困难是大气规划空间的开放性以及由此带来的空间边界定义和规划区外约束缺失问题,指出除一次空气污染物在局地尺度夜间边界层或山谷特殊地形等条件下可获得广义大气容量解以外,其他大部分情形往往并不能获得确定的广义大气环境容量解;指出因臭氧、二次细粒子复合污染存在二次污染物与前体物排放的非一一对应及非线性关系,传统的单物种大气环境容量理论和单目标线性优化规划方法不再适用.空气质量问题,特别是区域尺度空气污染问题并不一定是排放量超出大气容量所致,大气环境容量理论并不是一个普适理论.针对区域性复合空气污染控制问题,建议在全国或大区域尺度,基于排放状况与经济、技术可行性,采用空气质量模式情景分析与影响评估的规划方法,优化确定区域排放总量;长远可探讨建立包含技术、经济、社会变量的多物种和多目标规划方法.   相似文献

针对线源扩散的特点,在高斯扩散理论的基础上,建立了一种可用于城市开阔路、高架桥上层路的机动车尾气扩散模型,用C++语言实现了模型算法。该模型可用在风向与线源成任意角度(包含平行风)时线源在大气中的扩散计算上。模式的计算结果与城市空气质量模拟软件(ADMS)的计算结果吻合良好。  相似文献

基于区域空气质量数值模型和源示踪技术,构建污染来源预报系统,实现了京津冀地区污染来源的实时预报。针对预报中最迫切的时效限制,在系统的源排放预处理、污染物来源贡献计算方案、业务化运行等方面进行特别的设计,主要包括:开发出快速源排放前处理技术;通过试算确定了分区域和行业的污染来源追踪方案;采用目前2种主流的并行计算方式混合编译区域空气质量模型并运行;设计了业务化运行中多任务的分布式计算方案,以充分利用计算资源。这些优化措施有效地缩短了预报时间。目前系统已处于业务化运行阶段,每天08:00之前,预报出未来3 d的区域空气质量,同时给出关注区域主要污染物分区域和行业的来源贡献状况;系统已应用在庆祝抗战胜利70周年阅兵期间空气质量保障后评估,以及2015年11月底—12月初京津冀重污染预警等应急工作中。  相似文献

区域大气环境模拟系统RegAEMS是我国自主发展的空气质量模式之一,包含中尺度气象模式MM5/WRF/TAPM和大气环境模式AEM,并能与区域气候模式RegCM耦合,可以用于酸沉降、光化学烟雾、细颗粒物、重金属元素等大气污染的形成机理、模拟预测、管控对策、环境影响和气候效应研究.本文主要介绍RegAEMS的发展历程、框架结构和主要性能,重点介绍近期的模式改进和模拟验证情况.研究表明,改进的RegAEMS在硫酸盐、二次有机气溶胶、臭氧和氮沉降方面具有较强的模拟能力,可以用于区域大气复合污染模拟预测和管理控制的基础研究及业务应用.  相似文献

大气污染是一个区域性的环境污染问题,北京大气环境的质量与周边地区污染源的排放有密切关系.将气象模型高级区域预报系统(ARPS)与空气污染模型Models-3耦合进行模拟计算,从检验结果可以看出,模拟值与实测值有较好的一致性,表明该模式系统可以用来研究区域大气污染物传输及相互影响.模拟计算了2002年北京地区各季ρ(PM10)以及山西污染源对北京的贡献,结果表明,在特殊的天气条件下的典型时段,尤其是在西南风气流场控制下,山西污染源对北京空气质量有较大的影响.比较而言,夏季(8月)山西污染源的平均贡献率最大,约为15.44%;冬季(1月)最小,约为2.25%.表明控制北京大气污染不容忽视周边污染源的影响.   相似文献

基于预报气象条件、广州及周边城市的重点企业排放清单,采用CALPUFF模型模拟2010年亚运会开幕式期间重点企业对广州市内空气质量监测点的相对环境浓度影响,据此筛选得出预报不利气象条件下工业点源应急强化减排名单,并利用GIS可视化技术分析点源强化减排效果,为空气质量保障的专家会商提供依据.广州亚运会期间点源应急强化减排实施效果表明,有针对性地对测点环境浓度影响大的企业实施强化减排措施,可有效缓解个别点位的一定范围内超标问题.本文提出的研究方法和配套的GIS软件可为不利气象条件下工业点源的应急强化减排提供辅助决策服务和数据支持.  相似文献

High-resolution modeling approach is increasingly being considered as a necessary step for improving the monitoring and predictions of regional air quality.This is especially true for highly urbanized region with complex terrain and land-use.This study uses Community Multiscale Air Quality (CMAQ) model coupled with MM5 mesoscale model for a comprehensive analysis to assess the suitability of such high-resolution modeling system in predicting ozone air quality in the complex terrains of Osaka,Japan.The 1-km and 3-km grid domains were nested inside a 9-km domain and the domain with 1-km grid covered the Osaka region.High-resolution Grid Point Value-Mesoscale Model μgPV-MSM) data were used after suitable validation.The simulated ozone concentrations were validated and evaluated using statistical metrics using performance criteria set for ozone.Daily maxima of ozone were found better simulated by the 1-km grid domain than the coarser 9-km and 3-km domains,with the maximum improvement in the mean absolute gross error about 3 ppbv.In addition,1-km grid results fared better than other grids at most of the observation stations that showed noticeable differences in gross error as well as correlation.These results amply justify the use of the integrated high-resolution MM5-CMAQ modeling system in the highly urbanized region,such as the Osaka region,which has complex terrain and land-use.  相似文献

传统方法在评价大气环境质量中存在因素较为单一等缺点,文章综合考虑多评价单元的多种指标,运用熵权系数法对成都市各区域AQI进行计算,以区域AQI年均值,区域年污染天数两个评价参数,构建成都市现阶段各区域空气质量状况的指标体系。同时利用聚类分析方法对成都市21个区县,根据空气质量指数AQI日均值进行结果验证。研究结果表明:郫县,青白江区和新都区综合评价等级最高,均在8.5以上,体现出这三个区域空气质量状况较差,综合评价等级较低的都江堰和蒲江县AQI年均值也较低,污染天数很少,其余区域的评分和其AQI以及污染天数均相符合,可以得出该综合评价模型可以很好的很客观的反映出各区域的空气质量状况。聚类分析呈现出较好的聚类效果,整个成都市各区域空气质量均值分布分为四大区域,较符合实际结果,可以为其他城市的空气质量综合评价提供一定的参考。  相似文献

在自行开发完善的区域空气质量模式系统RegSRRMS中应用查表法,模拟中国典型城市群对流层大气主要污染物的浓度变化,评估该方法在大气复合污染事件预测和控制中的有效性.首先,利用具有国际先进水平的空气质量模式WRF-CHEM中的化学模块建立了包含完善气相化学、气溶胶过程的箱模式WRFBOX.其次,利用WRFBOX进行化学反应敏感性分析,基于影响污染物的重要因子分别建立了臭氧(O3)及其前体物、无机盐气溶胶和二次有机气溶胶(SOA)查算表数据库,并检验其有效性.最后,将此查算表数据库引入RegSRRMS,建立简化的查表算法.利用直接耦合机制法和查表法对2000年3月珠三角地区污染个例中主要大气污染物浓度进行模拟.通过比较2种方法的模拟结果,显示查表法计算效率提高了57%,能够反映大气光化学反应的非线性特征、气溶胶及其前体物的平衡关系,具有高分辨率、高时效性,能够方便快捷地给出源和受体之间的响应关系,结果可靠.在区域空气质量模式中应用查表法有利于大气污染事件的快速预测以及大气污染控制的快速决策.  相似文献

An air quality modeling system was used to simulate the effects on ozone concentration in the northeast USA from climate changes projected through the end of the twenty-first century by the National Center for Atmospheric Research’s (NCAR’s) parallel climate model, a fully coupled general circulation model, under a higher and a lower scenario of future global changes in concentrations of radiatively active constituents. The air quality calculations were done with both a global chemistry-transport model and a regional air quality model focused on the northeast USA. The air quality simulations assumed no changes in regional anthropogenic emissions of the chemical species primarily involved in the chemical reactions of ozone creation and destruction, but only accounted for changes in the climate. Together, these idealized global and regional model simulations provide insights into the contribution of possible future climate changes on ozone. Over the coming century, summer climate is projected to be warmer and less cloudy for the northeast USA. These changes are considerably larger under the higher scenario as compared with the lower. Higher temperatures also increase biogenic emissions. Both mean daily and 8-h maximum ozone increase from the combination of three factors that tend to favor higher concentrations: (1) higher temperatures change the rates of reactions and photolysis rates important to the ozone chemistry; (2) lower cloudiness (higher solar radiation) increases the photolysis reaction rates; and (3) higher biogenic emissions increase the concentration of reactive species. Regional model simulations with two cumulus parameterizations produce ozone concentration changes that differ by approximately 10%, indicating that there is considerable uncertainty in the magnitude of changes due to uncertainties in how physical processes should be parameterized in the models. However, the overall effect of the climate changes simulated by these models – in the absence of reductions in regional anthropogenic emissions – would be to increase ozone concentrations.  相似文献
