本文介绍了磁性组构的概念和常用的参数,并总结了苏胶地体北缘五个地区20块变质构造岩样品的岩石磁性组构测试分析结果:岩石磁化率各向异性度受不同的因素所控制,变质构造岩的磁各向异性与变质作用过程中的可塑性形变和变质重结晶作用具有相关联系.最大磁化率主轴平行于岩石线理,最小磁化率主轴垂直于岩石面理.同时证明了磁化率各向异性技术作为一种岩石组构因素的研究是有发展前景的,尤其是在应用于缺少常规应变分析标志的地区,更能显示这种方法的优越性.  相似文献

对不同轴比和不同瓣数的不锈钢扁球壳体进行了整体无模胀形成形实验研究及理论探讨。首先介绍了壳体成形的几何调节原理和材料调节原理 ,讨论了扁球壳体的应力分布特点和塑性变形顺序。对实验壳体的尺寸变化、变形过程中的内外表面应变分布、变形前后的壁厚变化规律进行了测试分析 ,探讨了各种壳体的趋球变形过程 ,壳体的长短轴变化趋势及塑性变形规律。实验证明 ,在封闭扁球壳体内塑性趋球规律仍然起作用 ,扁球无模液压整体成形是一项有发展前途的新工艺  相似文献

Mylonitic structures related to two orogenic events are described from the upper and lower contacts of the Combin zone and the immediately overlying upper Austroalpine Dent Blanche nappe/Mont Mary klippe and the directly underlying lower Austroalpine Etirol-Levaz slice. The first event, Late Eocene in age, commenced during blueschist facies PT conditions, but pre-dated the peak of subsequent greenschist facies overprint. The second event, Early Oligocene in age, took place during retrograde greenschist facies conditions. Most sense of shear indicators associated with the retrograde mylonites indicate top SE shearing, but subordinate top NW displacing shear sense indicators have also been mapped. Mylonitic top SE shearing appears to be restricted to the Combin zone and its upper and lower contacts. Within the Dent Blanche nappe and Mont Mary klippe and at the base of the Etirol-Levaz slice, structures were observed which developed during blueschist/greenschist facies conditions and are, in conjunction with the PTt history of these rocks, inferred to be older. Associated kinematic data indicate a top NW shear sense. Comparable blueschist/greenschist facies shear sense indicators have not been observed in the Combin zone. Nonetheless, the foliation in the Combin zone shows a progressive evolution from blueschist facies to greenschist facies to retrograde greenschist facies conditions. This indicates that the Combin zone and the immediately over- and underlying Austroalpine units shared a common tectono-metamorphic evolution since the Late Eocene. Finite strain data reveal oblate strain fabrics, which are thought to result from a true flattening strain geometry. Flow path modelling reveals a general non-coaxial deformation régime and corroborates significant departures from a simple shear deformation. In the study area, mylonitic top SE shearing in the Combin zone is attributed to Early Oligocene backfolding and backthrusting of the Mischabel phase. Temperature–time curves suggest slight reheating in the Monte Rosa nappe underneath and cooling in the Dent Blanche nappe above the Combin zone, hence confirming a thrust interpretation for this event. The top NW displacing structures are thought to result from Late Eocene emplacement of the Dent Blanche nappe and the Combin zone onto the Middle Pennine Barrhorn series along the Combin fault. As related structures initiated during mildly blueschist facies conditions in the Dent Blanche nappe and the underlying Combin zone and both were emplaced together onto the greenschist facial Barrhorn series, it is concluded that the structures developed as the nappes moved upward relative to the earth's surface. Thus the Combin fault is regarded as a thrust. The geometry of this structure indicates that the Combin fault is an out of sequence thrust that locally cut down section. Hence, top NW out of sequence thrusting caused local thinning of the metamorphic/structural section in association with horizontal shortening. Out of sequence thrusts cutting down section, and backthrusts, offer the possibility of explaining the pronounced break in the grade of metamorphism across the Combin fault, i.e. the contact between the eclogite facial Zermatt-Saas zone and the overlying lower grade Combin zone, by contractional deformation.  相似文献

The results of a lithostratigraphic, tectonic and kinematic study of the Karoo deposits of northern Malawi are reported. The objective of the lithostratigraphic study is to correlate the deposits of the Karoo basins of northern Malawi with the well-known deposits of southern Tanzania, thus establishing a stratigraphic framework through which the timing of faulting can be constrained. The kinematic analysis of faulting constrains the opening direction for the Karoo graben in this area and provides basic data to discuss the Karoo graben development within the regional tectonic framework of south-eastern Africa. The studied faults are defined by moderately to steeply dipping cataclastic zones with a width of up to 15?m and are characterized by an array of slickensided fault surfaces with different orientations and slip directions. In this study, small faults (offset <10?m) and meso-scale faults (offset >10?m, but generally not exceeding 30–40?m) have been distinguished. Methods used to analyse the kinematic data include the 'pressure tension' (PT) method, which estimates the principal axes for the bulk brittle strain, and the internal rotation axis (IRA) method, which estimates the axis of bulk internal rotation and the overall sense of slip at the faults. A mass balance calculation reveals a volume increase of up to 16% during cataclastic deformation in the fault zones. The PT method shows an approximately east trending extension direction for faults that occur only in the latest Carboniferous (?) and Early Permian strata, whereas the fault kinematics from faults that cut middle Permian to Early Triassic rocks is characterized by a ESE to SE trending extension direction. The small faults yield essentially the same kinematic results as the meso-scale faults. In a transport-parallel cross-sectional view, the principal extension axes are at an acute angle of approximately 60° to the major fault planes. Given the moderate fault density, the relatively high angle between the orientation of the principal extension axis and the fault planes suggest only a moderate amount of horizontal extension across the Karoo graben of northern Malawi. Riedel structures in the fault zones formed within two conjugate sets of localized shear zones; slip on one set was top to the W/NW and, on the other, top to the E/SE. The two conjugate sets of Riedel structures have an acute angle about the regional shortening axes, implying that no pronounced rotation of the strain axes occurred. The internal rotation axes for the Riedel structures reveal a largely bimodal distribution and inferred weakly monoclinic to orthorhombic symmetry. Therefore the overall deformation during Karoo rifting in northern Malawi is interpreted to be close to a coaxial deformation with a limited amount of horizontal extension.  相似文献

1株异养硝化-好氧反硝化细菌DK1的分离鉴定及其脱氮特性   总被引:7,自引:3,他引:4  
从某反应器活性污泥中分离筛选出1株假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas sp.)细菌,命名为DK1,并对该菌进行脱氮特性研究.在以葡萄糖为碳源,C/N量比为5时,分别以NaNO_3和NaNO_2为氮源,二者的好氧反硝化速率为4.09 mg·(L·h)-1和4.43mg·(L·h)~(-1).以二者同时为氮源脱氮率为100%;此外,菌株DK1具有异养硝化性能,NH_4~+-N平均去除速率为2.32mg·(L·h)-1.缺氧时以NO_2~--N为氮源菌株DK1可将一系列梯度浓度NO_2~--N(约100~300 mg·L-1)在36 h内降为0.当NO_3~--N和NO_2~--N同时存在时,菌株DK1会优先利用NO_3~--N进行反硝化.同时该菌株还具有同步硝化反硝化(SND)性能,可同时去除NH_4~+-N、NO_2~--N或NH_4~+-N、NO_3~--N,30 h内脱氮率分别达95.06%和94.69%.相同时间内在NH_4~+-N、NO_2~--N和NO_3~--N三者均存在时,脱氮效果最佳,达100%.菌株DK1的高效SND及反硝化性能表明其在处理含氮废水方面有一定的潜力和应用价值.  相似文献

本研究以天津泰达污水处理厂污泥浓缩间的污泥为接种物,启动并运行了微生物燃料电池(MFCs).从富集的阳极生物膜上分离得到了一株纯培养的微生物菌种,命名为P2-A-5.研究发现,菌株P2-A-5的16S rDNA序列与菌株Kocuria rhizophila DC2201具有100%的同源性,结合该菌的形态特征和生理生化实验,将其归属为嗜根考克氏菌(Kocuria rhizophila).通过化学剂处理、底物种类和浓度的优化,进一步提高其在微生物燃料电池中的产电性能.结果表明,菌株K.rhizophila P2-A-5经0.5 mg·L-1溶菌酶处理45 min后,接种到以2.0 g·L-1海藻糖为底物的阳极液中运行MFCs,其功率密度达到314.8 m W·m-2,比优化前(74.9 m W·m-2)提高了320.3%.这是首次对K.rhizophila种内微生物产电性能及其在微生物燃料电池中应用的报道,其成果对于丰富产电微生物的多样性,挖掘更多具有高电化学活性的微生物菌种,提高其产电性能具有重要的理论意义.  相似文献

为了提高菌株Trametes sp.LS-10C的漆酶产量并初步研究该酶对偶氮染料的脱色性能,本文通过单因素实验及均匀设计对菌株Trametes sp.LS-10C产漆酶培养基进行了优化,获得最优培养基配方为:葡萄糖14.4 g·L~(-1)、豆渣10.1 g·L~(-1)、麸皮100 g·L~(-1)、NH_4Cl_3g·L~(-1)、KH2PO41.4g·L~(-1)、CuSO_4’5H2O 1 g·L~(-1)、NaCl 1 g·L~(-1)、MgSO_40.8 g·L~(-1)、CaCl_20.5 g·L~(-1).菌株发酵至8 d时漆酶产量为595.15 U·m L~(-1),约是优化前的35.66倍.进一步研究表明,该漆酶-介体系统对酸性红GR、酸性蓝40和酸性铬蓝K等3种偶氮染料脱色10 h后脱色率分别高达96.86%、91.28%和86.31%.相比公开发表的文献,本研究所报道的Trametes sp.LS-10C利用优化培养基发酵产漆酶达到了较高水平,具有酶活力高和发酵时间短等特征,且该漆酶在处理偶氮染料废水脱色领域中具有进一步研发和应用价值.  相似文献

本文估算了阜山金矿区成岩成矿期构造差应力值 ,获得近 2km2 内主压应力和差异应力的空间分布规律 ,结果表明矿体部位往往对应于应力应变强烈变化区段 ,而并非极高值或极低值处。通过应变测量和磁组构分析 ,得到阜山金矿成岩期和成矿期构造应变场特征 ,指出阜山金矿构造应力场在成矿期经历了由NW向挤压转为NE向挤压转化的特征 ,这次转化对该区成矿意义重大  相似文献

猪粪堆肥中一株溶磷菌的筛选鉴定及溶磷能力初步测定   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
从猪粪堆肥中分离纯化得到一株具有较强溶磷能力的菌株PSM-1,进行了形态学和分子生物学鉴定,研究了其溶磷能力和遗传稳定性.结果表明:通过菌落形态和ITS基因序列分析鉴定,菌株PSM-1为产黄青霉(Penicillium chrysogenum);在3种不同无机磷源液体培养基中其溶磷量依次为Ca3(PO4)2(138.36 mg·L-1)Fe PO4(117.38 mg·L-1)Al PO4(113.76 mg·L-1),且PSM-1的溶磷量均与培养液p H值呈现出显著负相关性;以葡萄糖为碳源、硝酸铵为氮源时,菌株PSM-1的溶磷量最高可达195.67 mg·L-1,比初始有效磷高141.42%;该菌株对碳源和氮源的利用效率分别依次为:葡糖糖蔗糖麦芽糖淀粉,硝酸铵硝酸钾硫酸铵草酸铵;经过20次传代培养后PSM-1的溶磷量保持在(124.54±3.50)mg·L-1,说明其溶磷遗传稳定性良好.研究表明:PSM-1菌株具有良好的溶解无机磷的能力,在土壤微生态改良方面具有重要的应用潜力.  相似文献

芽孢杆菌具有降解有机氮的功能,但在养殖水体等低营养水体中,其降解效果可能受到影响.为研究低营养水体中有机氮的降解情况,通过模拟凡纳滨对虾中间培育过程配制低营养水体,分别接种芽孢杆菌NT9和YB3(NT9水体和YB3水体),然后研究水体中微生物的生长与有机氮的降解情况,并构建数学模型进行分析.结果显示,起始接种量为10×10~5 cfu·mL~(-1)时,NT9水体总菌量呈下降趋势,平均为(3.46×10~5±2.39×10~5) cfu·mL~(-1),YB3水体总菌量则上升到(25.43×10~5±8.84×10~5) cfu·mL~(-1),但均高于未接种的对照水体.NT9水体和YB3水体的有机氮降解率显著高于对照水体(p0.05),分别提高50.28%和119.41%,降解速率也分别提高65.22%和121.74%.对照水体、NT9水体和YB3水体单位菌量的有机氮降解效率分别为1.238、1.649和1.904 mg·L~(-1),降解模型分别为y=-6.40+1.39x_1+1.45x_2、y=2.11+8.21x_3-0.64x_4-1.26x_1x_3-0.32x_2x_4和y=1.73+6.11x_2(x_1、x_2、x_3、x_4分别表示总菌量、总菌增量、有机氮含量和时间).研究表明,在低营养水体中接种芽孢杆菌有利于有机氮的降解,但不同的菌株具有不同的降解模式,菌株YB3为能够适应低营养水平、增殖能力较强的菌株,可以更有效地促进有机氮的降解,提高降解效率.  相似文献

对椭球壳体的整体无模胀形成形工艺进行了实验研究。实验壳体采用单曲率椭球内接多面壳体。对实验壳体的尺寸变化、变形过程中的表面应变分布、变形前后的壁厚变化规律进行了测试分析,探讨了壳体的趋球变形过程,壳体的长短轴变化趋势及塑性变形规律。实验证明,在封闭椭球壳体内塑性趋球规律仍然起作用,椭球无模液压整体成形工艺值得进一步探讨研究。  相似文献

土壤盐碱化严重威胁土地可持续利用和温室气体排放.本研究选择内蒙古河套灌区3种盐碱土壤[S1:盐化土壤,电导率(EC)4.80 dS·m-1;S2:强度盐碱土壤,电导率(EC)2.60 dS·m-1;S3:轻度盐碱土壤,电导率(EC)0.74 dS·m-1].利用静态暗箱法野外原位观测研究盐碱土壤甲烷(CH4)吸收规律.结果表明,不同盐碱程度土壤CH4吸收每年均存在显著差异,2014年生长季(F=18.0,P<0.001),2015年生长季(F=23.6,P<0.001)和2016年生长季(F=28.4,P<0.001).轻度盐碱土壤CH4累积吸收量最高,盐化土壤累积吸收量最低.随土壤盐碱程度加重,土壤CH4累积吸收量降低.轻度盐碱土壤CH4累积吸收量在2014~2016年3个生长季(4~10月)分别为150.0、119.6和99.9 mg·m-2;重度盐碱土壤CH4累积吸收量比轻度盐碱土壤分别降低27%、28%和19%;盐化土壤CH4累积吸收量比轻度盐碱土壤分别降低35%、35%和53%.冗余分析表明,盐碱土壤CH4吸收通量与土壤EC的投影在第一主成分轴正方向和反方向,土壤EC越高,CH4吸收通量越低.土壤电导率EC是调控盐碱土壤CH4吸收的关键因子,相关系数r为-0.8809(P<0.01,n=9).  相似文献

以从西安污水处理厂筛选所得的3株布洛芬降解菌株I2(克雷伯氏菌)、I4(假单胞菌)和I14(不动杆菌)为研究对象,探索其生长特性及对布洛芬同系物降解的广谱性.结果表明,3株菌对7种选定的布洛芬同系物均有降解作用,但降解能力表现出一定的差异.I2、I4菌株的降解能力优于I14菌株,对7种布洛芬同系物的最高耐受浓度均在300 mg·L-1以上.3株降解菌都对布洛芬同系物中的间苯二酚有良好的耐受能力,最高耐受浓度均在1000 mg·L-1以上,I2菌株甚至达到2500 mg·L-1;3株降解菌对于邻苯二酚、对苯二酚的耐受程度最差,其中,I14菌株在对苯二酚达到100 mg·L-1时就会死亡.I2、I4菌株可作为布洛芬及其同系物降解的优良备选菌株,用于进一步研究多重污染治理的方式.  相似文献

为探究氟对斑马鱼甲状腺内分泌功能的干扰效应,本研究以雌性斑马鱼成鱼为研究对象,分别以不同浓度氟(0、20、 40、80 mg·L~(-1))暴露45 d和90 d,对斑马鱼的生长发育指数进行测定,用组织学方法对斑马鱼甲状腺组织结构进行显微观察,用酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆中T3和T4激素水平,并用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测HPT轴上内分泌相关基因的表达.结果显示,与对照组相比,氟暴露组雌性斑马鱼的生长发育指数随着暴露浓度和时间的增加而呈下降趋势(p0.05);甲状腺组织病变程度随着氟暴露浓度的增大和时间的延长而加重;氟暴露45 d时,T3和T4水平呈升高趋势,90 d时,T4水平呈下降趋势且在80 mg·L~(-1)组下降显著(p0.05);氟暴露45 d时,40 mg·L~(-1)组除crh处,其他mRNA表达均显著下降(p0.05),80 mg·L~(-1)组除tg、nis、ttr外其他mRNA表达均显著下降(p0.05);暴露90 d时tg、dio1、dio2的mRNA表达水平在40 mg·L~(-1)和80 mg·L~(-1)组显著上升(p0.05),ugt1ab mRNA表达在80 mg·L~(-1)组显著下降(p0.05).综上,氟可通过影响雌性斑马鱼的生长发育、甲状腺组织结构、激素水平及HPT轴上内分泌相关基因的表达,从而对其甲状腺内分泌功能产生一定程度的干扰,进而影响机体的生长发育.本研究结果对水环境中氟的生态毒性效应及风险评估提供了理论资料.  相似文献

The Tatricum, an upper crustal thrust sheet of the Central Western Carpathians, comprises pre-Alpine crystalline basement and a Late Paleozoic–Mesozoic sedimentary cover. The sedimentary record indicates gradual subsidence during the Triassic, Early Jurassic initial rifting, a Jurassic–Early Cretaceous extensional tectonic regime with episodic rifting events and thermal subsidence periods, and Middle Cretaceous overall flexural subsidence in front of the orogenic wedge prograding from the hinterland. Passive rifting led to the separation of the Central Carpathian realm from the North European Platform. A passive margin, rimmed by peripheral half-graben, was formed along the northern Tatric edge, facing the Vahic (South Penninic) oceanic domain. The passive versus active margin inversion occurred during the Senonian, when the Vahic ocean began to be consumed southwards below the Tatricum. It is argued that passive to active margin conversion is an integral part of the general shortening polarity of the Western Carpathians during the Mesozoic that lacks features of an independent Wilson cycle. An attempt is presented to explain all the crustal deformation by one principal driving force – the south-eastward slab pull generated by the subduction of the Meliatic (Triassic–Jurassic Tethys) oceanic lithosphere followed by the subcrustal subduction of the continental mantle lithosphere.  相似文献

从野外倒木上分离得到一株对直接染料具有高效脱色能力的白腐真菌CB1,采用形态学与分子生物学鉴定法对菌株CB1进行鉴定.结果表明,菌株CB1为变色栓菌(Trametes versicolor);在固体培养基上,利用T.versicolor CB1对5种直接染料进行脱色,结果显示,T.versicolor CB1对5种直接染料均可脱色,其中对直接大红的脱色效果最为明显;采用单因素分析方法对T.versicolor CB1脱色直接大红的培养条件进行优化,结果显示,以果糖为碳源、硝酸铵为氮源、p H=5、添加Cu SO_4和Ca Cl_2利于T.versicolor CB1对直接大红的脱色;通过正交试验优化T.versicolor CB1对直接大红的脱色条件,优化结果为:果糖10 g·L~(-1)、硝酸铵2 g·L~(-1)、Cu SO_41 mmol·L~(-1)、Ca Cl_23 mmol·L~(-1)、p H=5.优化条件下第7 d时的脱色率为78.23%,与优化前相比,脱色率提高了24.04%.  相似文献

工业废水中的有机物、硫化物和含氮化合物是废水处理面临的重大挑战.利用生物技术,可以实现在废水处理系统中同时去除这3种污染物.在污水处理反应器中,分离出1株异养反硝化硫细菌HDD1.基于16S rRNA基因的系统进化分析和生理特征显示菌株HDD1为Thauera属的一个种.菌株HDD1能够利用乙酸盐和硫化物作为电子供体,硝酸盐作为电子受体进行呼吸作用.在15h之内,CH3COO-(300 mg·L~(-1))、S2-(200 mg·L~(-1))和NO-3(487 mg·L~(-1))被完全代谢去除.扫描电子显微镜和能量色散谱结果显示硫化物氧化的主要产物为单质硫.菌株HDD1能够同时应用于工业废水处理和硫元素的资源化回收.  相似文献

A promising bacterial strain for biodegrading microcystin-LR (MC-LR) as the sole carbon and nitrogen source was successfully isolated from Lake Dianchi, China. The strain was identified as Sphingopyxis sp. USTB-05, which was the first isolated MCs-biodegrading Sphingopyxis sp. in China. The average biodegradation rate of MC-LR by Sphingopyxis sp. USTB-05 was 28.8 mg·L−1 per day, which was apparently higher than those of other bacteria reported so far. The optimal temperature and pH for both strain USTB-05 growth and MC-LR biodegradation were 30°C and 7.0, respectively. The release of MC-LR from the cyanobacterial cells collected from Lake Guishui and the biodegradation of MC-LR by both strain and cell-free extract (CE) were investigated. The results indicated that MC-LR with the initial concentration of 4.0 mg·L−1 in water was biodegraded by Sphingopyxis sp. USTB-05 within 4 d, while MC-LR with the initial concentration of 28.8 mg·L−1 could be completely removed in 3 h by CE of Sphingopyxis sp. USTB-05 containing 350 mg·L−1 protein. During enzymatic biodegradation of MC-LR, two intermediate metabolites and a dead-end product were observed on an HPLC chromatogram. Moreover, the similar scanning profiles of MC-LR and its metabolic products indicate that the Adda side-chain of MC-LR was kept intact in all products.  相似文献

Electrohydraulic forming (EHF) is a high energy rate forming process in which the strain rate in the sheet metal can vary from 5 × 102 to 105 s−1 depending on various factors. Several mechanisms have been reported to cause an improvement in formability in EHF such as material deformation mechanisms, inertial effects and the dynamic impact of the sheet against the die. EHF is a complex high speed forming process and experimental work alone is not sufficient to properly understand this process. To understand the variation of some influential variables in EHF, electrohydraulic die-forming (EHDF) and free-forming (EHFF) of DP590 dual phase steel were simulated in ABAQUS/Explicit by considering the fluid/structure interactions. Three-dimensional finite element simulations were conducted by modelling the water with Eulerian elements with a view to investigating the effect of released energy on the sheet deformation profile history, strain distribution, loading path and damage accumulation type. The Johnson–Cook constitutive material model was used to predict the sheet behaviour and the parameters in this model were calibrated based on experimental test results available for DP590 at various strain rates. The Johnson–Cook phenomenological damage model was also used to predict the ductile failure (damage accumulation) in both EHDF and EHFF. Predicted final strain values and damage accumulation type showed good agreement with the experimental observations.  相似文献
