以临安市为例，通过对该市社会经济发展现状及其制约“瓶颈”的分析，指出县域经济的进一步发展存在强烈的路径依赖，即必须按照可持续发展的基本原则，以清洁生产与绿色产业为目标取向，并相应提出一些设想和措施。

针对电子废弃资源的数量剧增与回收再利用的信息渠道和回收体系不完善的现状,分析了电子废弃资源信息综合管理和构建循环经济信息平台的必要性.以天津子牙静脉产业园区为例,使用网上报收和电话报收的方法,构建了电子废弃资源信息管理系统,实现电子废弃资源信息在循环经济示范园区内最大程度的共享和一定范围内电子废弃资源的有序流动,进而实现集中处理和利用,提高信息利用的效率,体现生态环保理念.     

中国产业转型升级示范区环境规制对产业转型升级的影响研究

选取2004—2017年18个产业转型升级示范区(以下简称示范区)的26个城市,构建评价体系测度了环境规制强度和产业高端化、合理化、集群化等6个方向的产业转型升级水平,利用聚类分析法和面板回归模型探究了环境规制对产业转型升级的倒逼影响机制。结果表明：(1)示范区产业转型升级水平和不同污染治理效果逐年上升,转型效果初显且生态环境逐步改善。(2)环境规制对于示范区产业转型升级具有明显推动作用,环境规制对低产业转型升级水平示范区的倒逼作用强于高产业转型升级水平示范区。(3)环境质量指标对于示范区产业转型升级的影响强于污染控制指标。(4)环境规制对示范区产业信息化方向的促进程度最大,其次是产业国际化,再次是产业合理化和产业集群化,而对产业高端化和生态化的影响未通过显著性检验。

Releases and transfers from petroleum and chemical manufacturing industries in Korea

Considerable effort and expense have been devoted to the estimation and acquisition of Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) data. To reduce the effort required and the number of reporting mistakes in the calculation of emissions, we developed an estimation program named TRIWIN after standardization of emission estimation techniques. The program was distributed to 6 petroleum and 150 chemical manufacturing companies, and emission data for 62 chemicals were collected and analyzed. From the TRIWIN-based results obtained, it was found that more than 90% of releases from petroleum and chemical manufacturing industries in Korea were emitted to atmosphere in 1999. Volatile organic compounds are major aerial contaminants and are released primarily via fugitive emission sources such as valves, pumps, or flanges. In addition, the effect of the application of point-source management was noticeable on the emission quantities. Consequently, TRIWIN not only helped reporters to implement TRI easily and accurately, but also identified emission sources, major pollutants in facilities, and provided a standard method of assessing the environmental impact of facilities.     

绿色设计与绿色化学设计

Intellectual capital,financial resources,and green supply chain management as predictors of financial and environmental performance

This research examines the influence of intellectual capital on financial and environmental performance with a mediating role of green supply chain management and a moderating role of financial resources. Structural model estimation was conducted on the data set of 324 Pakistani manufacturing SMEs and showed that intellectual capital significantly encourages green supply chain management as well as significantly contributes to financial and environmental performance. Green supply chain management partially mediates the relationship between intellectual capital and performance both the financial and environmental. Financial resources significantly strengthen the relationship between intellectual capital and green supply chain management. In light of the results, we suggest that firms should encourage intellectuality among their managers and employees to adopt green practices that can improve their financial and environmental performance. In addition, it is also suggested for managers and CEOs to effectively manage financial resources that are necessary for green practices.
