四氟乙烷(HFC—134a)急性,亚急性毒性的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文研究了四氟乙烷(HFC-134a)和二氟二氯甲烷(CFC-13,氟利昂12)的急性.亚急性毒性,给大鼠吸入高浓度HFC-134a或CFC-12,观察和记录体重,心电图,血象,生化指标,脏器系数和病理组织学变化,结果显示:实验动物均无病理改变,无死亡,二者的毒性相近,属基本无毒,因此以毒性为指标,HFC-134a可作为CFC-12的替代品。  相似文献

煤矸石是采煤过程之废料。本文利用煤矸石制备出了聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC):一种新型无机高分子絮凝剂,探讨了Fe^3+的稳定性与溶液离子强度之间的关系,发现溶液的离子强度越大,则产生Fe(OH)3沉淀时的PH越高。研究了PAFC水解产物的ζ电位及絮凝效果随PH的变化情况,比较了PAFC、PAC和PFS的除浊性能,PAFC在PH为7.0-8.2范围内除浊效果最佳,PAFC的除浊效果优于PAC。  相似文献

本文采用模拟水厂混凝沉淀-过滤处理工艺,进行了ClO2投量和投加点对水中酚类化合物的去除效果试验研究,并与液氯做了对比,结果表明,ClO2对酚类化合物的去除效果优于液氯,且后投ClO2的效果好于中间投和预投ClO2,双层滤料过滤好于单层滤料,这为ClO2在饮用水中的应用提供了科学依据。  相似文献

研究了改性方法和改性条件对用于降氟的亚粘土除氟性能的影响,得出了每 种改性方法的最佳改性条件,探讨了改性亚粘土的吸附机理,研究表明,改性亚粘土除氟率高、工业产换容量大,除氟率最高达100%,最大工作交换容量达243.30mg.kg^-1,改性亚粘土降氟功能归因子于所含针铁矿和伊利石对于F^-的专性吸附。  相似文献

采用HPLC和GC/MS的方法,对国产PCP及其钠盐中的PCDDs,PCDFs进行了分析。测定了所有2,3,7,8-取代同系物。此外,还根据各CDDs,CDFs的毒性当量因于TEFs,计算了其毒性当量I-TEQs,分别为142,92ng.g^-1。在前述基础上,仨算了由于PCP及其钠盐的应用,引起的PCDDs,PCDFs环境输入。约为240kg/a。  相似文献

本文应用气相色谱。富里叶红外光谱和紫外,可见光谱等技术研究了253.7mm紫外光照射睛CBF3Br-O2体系听光化学反应过程。实验结果表明,当作为自由基捕促剂的O2足量时,CF3Br的光解离呈一级反应,其反 速率常数2.67*10^-5s^1,CF3Br的表观量子产额近似为1,主要的反应产物是CF2O,Br2,在此基础上上讨论了CF3Br光氧化反应的机理。  相似文献

采用HPLC和GC/MS法对六六六热解废渣中的PCDDs和PCDFs进行了测定,使用此种方法,于废渣中检出了所有2,3,7,8-取代的同系物。此外,还根据各CDDs,CDFs的毒性当量因子TEFs,计算了废渣的毒性当量TEQs,约为612-924μg/g。分析表明,OCDD是含量最丰富的导构体,而1,2,3,4,6,7,8-HpCDD,1,2,3,4,6,7,8-HpCDF和1,2,3,4,7,8  相似文献

采用计数物种法模拟氟氯碳化合物在大气中的分解行为,研究结果表明,HCFC-22及CFC-11在在气中分解总量的2.77%6和98.23%是在20km以上区域分解,正是这一部分的分解产物向平流层引入了Cl原子、破坏了O3,对其臭氧消耗潜势(ODP)有着主要的贡献;研究结果还表明,HCFC-22与CFC-11在平流层破坏O3的效率有极大的差别,在本计算的条件下,平流层上部单个Cl原子破坏O3的相差近6  相似文献

The west plain region of Jilin province of northeast China is one of the typical endemic fluorosis areas caused by drinking water for many years. Investigations of hydrogeological and ecoenvironmental conditions as well as endemic fluorosis were conducted in 1998. Results show that the ground water, especially, the water in the unconfined aquifer is the main source of drinking water for local residents. The fluoride concentration in groundwater in the unconfined aquifers is higher than that in the confined aquifer in the west plain of Jilin province. The fluoride concentration in the unconfined aquifer can be used to classify the plain into fluoride deficient area, optimum area and excess area, which trend from west to east. High fluoride (>1.0 mg L(-1)) in drinking water resulted in dental and skeletal fluorosis in local residents (children and pregnant women). There exists a positive correlation between fluoride concentration in the drinking water and the morbidities of endemic fluorosis disease (r1 = 0.781, r2 = 0.872). Health risks associated with fluoride concentration in drinking water are assessed. It has been determined that fluoride concentration in excess of 1.0 mg L(-1) exposes residents to high health risks based on risk identification. The study area is classified into five health risk classes as shown in Figure 4. The risk indexes of this area more than 1.0 are accounted for 68% of the total west plain region.  相似文献

高效除氟材料的应用能降低饮用水中的氟质量浓度.采用静态吸附实验,比较了天然沸石和实验室制得的氢氧化铝、硫酸铝、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)改性天然沸石的除氟性能.结果表明,PFS改性的天然沸石具有良好的除氟效果,静态除氟容量可达25 mg·g~(-1).通过动态吸附试验,进一步探讨了饮用水的氟质量浓度、流速、停留时间、床层高度等因素对PFS改性天然沸石除氟性能的影响.研究发现,原水氟质量浓度越低,最佳除氟停留时间越短,PFS改性天然沸石滤柱床层高度越小.当停留时间为68 s,滤柱床层高度为47 mm时,含氟为5.8 mg·L~(-1)的模拟水样经吸附滤柱后,其氟质量浓度降到0.95 mg·L~(-1),低于国家生活饮用水标准的上限值1 mg·L~(-1).当含氟为4.14 mg·L~(-1)时,停留时间缩短为58 s,最小床层高度为40 mm;含氟为2.5 mg·L~(-1)时.停留时间为47 s,最小床层高度为32 mm,出水即可符合国家生活饮用水标准.因此,可根据不同高氟水地区的氟质量浓度来确定停留时间和床层高度,从而确定材料的适宜用量和流量.  相似文献

This study was carried out to measure the fluoride levels of water consumed in the Njoro division of Nakuru district, Kenya. The sources of drinking water, methods of water storage and utilisation, as well as the perceptions of the local community towards dental fluorosis and the percentage of children with moderate to severe dental fluorosis were also determined. Rainwater had mean fluoride levels of 0.5 mg L-1, dams 2.4 mg L-1, wells 4.1 mg L-1, springs 5.5 mg L-1, and boreholes 6.6 mg L-1. Water stored in plastic and cement containers did not show appreciable reduction in fluoride content with storage time; water stored in metal containers reduced fluoride by up to 8.2%; water stored in clay pots had the highest reduction in fluoride content, ranging between 34.3 and 64.7%;. Forty eight point three percent of children observed in the area had moderate to severe dental fluorosis, even though most people in the area did not know the cause of the problem.There is need to educate the community on the causes of fluorosis, and to lay strategies for addressing the issue, such as encouraging more rainwater harvesting, treating drinking water with alum, or using clay pots for storage of drinking water.  相似文献

经对呼和浩特盆地西部深层水1000km ̄2、浅层水600km ̄2范围内进行水质检测分析,发现其深、浅两层地下水均富砷,浅水有18.8%、深水有40.9%的水样砷含量超过国家饮用水卫生标准。测得水体总砷中以三价砷为主。溶解氧含量低,铁、锰离子为痕量,硫酸盐、亚硝酸盐氮含量也均低,同时有低硒、高氟现象,提示该地区为富含有机质的强还原环境,有利于砷的迁移富集,对饮水型砷中毒起着促进作用。  相似文献

Drinking water quality should remain constant from the drinking water treatment plant to the consumer's tap. However, water quality characteristics might be affected by interactions with pipe materials. This review describes the iron, copper, lead, zinc, aluminum, chromium, and cadmium in drinking water leached from the pipe material present in drinking water, as well as the factors and mechanisms that affect leaching processes. Data analysis suggests that monitoring the water quality in distribution systems is important for their proper management; however, the low measured concentrations highlight the need for sensitive sensors. In addition, further research is necessary to anticipate possible future effects before the installation of new materials/infrastructure or changes in water source/treatment.  相似文献

目前一般利用各指标合格率评价饮用水水质,由于指标繁杂,不利于消费者了解水质整体概况,也不利于对外发布公报。本文建议采用水质指数法来对饮用水水质进行综合评价。本文介绍了目前采用的水质指数的不同评价方法,综述了不同的水质指数的原理和计算方法,根据我国国情,对我国城市供水的饮用水水质指数进行了修正,首次在水质指数中增加了超标项目“惩罚项”。修正后的饮用水水质指数具有很强的科学性和可操作性,可以从整体上对饮用水水质进行综合评价。  相似文献

Arsenic (As) spills occurred more frequently and sometimes polluted water sources in recent years in China. It is as urgent need to develop emergency treatment technologies to address the arsenic threat for large-scale water treatment plants. In response, we developed a chemical sedimentation technology to remove arsenic contaminants for water treatment plants. Bench-scale experiments were conducted to investigate the efficiency of arsenic removal and the influencing factors of the chemical sedimentation treatment process. The influencing factors included the choice and dosage of coagulants, the valence of arsenic and pH value of solution. The As(V) contaminants can be almost completely removed by ferric or alum coagulants. The As(III) contaminants are more recalcitrant to chemical sedimentation, 75% for ferric coagulant and 40% for alum coagulant. The quantitative results of arsenic removal load by different ferric or alum coagulants were presented to help determine the parameters for arsenic treatment technology. The dominant mechanism for arsenic removal is static combination, or adsorption of negative arsenic species onto positive ferric hydroxide or alum hydroxide flocs. The efficiency of this treatment technology has also been demonstrated by a real production test in one water treatment plant with arsenic-rich source water and one emergency response. This technology was verified to be quick to set-up, easy to operate and highly efficient even for high concentration of arsenic.  相似文献

High levels of fluoride (beyond 1.5 ppm) in ground water as source of drinking water are common in many parts of Andhra Pradesh, India, causing fluorosis. The study carried out in endemic Nalgonda District, Andhra Pradesh, has indicated that the fluoride-rich ground water present in the wells located down stream and close to the surface water bodies is getting diluted by the low-fluoride surface water. Encouraged by this result, check dams were constructed upstream of the identified marginally high fluoride bearing ground water zones in Anantapur District to reduce fluoride levels as an alternate solution for safe drinking water.In this paper, an attempt is made to study the utility and effect of these check dams in dilution of fluoride concentration in drinking water and its resultant impact on the health aspects of certain villagers of Anantapur District through the analysis of their blood serum and urine. Ground water samples from three fluoride-affected villages, blood and urine of males and females from the same villages were collected and analyzed for fluoride using ion selective electrode method. The results indicated that the fluoride levels in blood serum and urine of males in the age group of 5–11 years are found to be the highest. The concentration of fluoride in ground water is directly proportional to the concentration of fluoride in blood serum and urine. The concentration of fluoride in ground water with depth of the aquifer is a function of lithology, amount and duration of rainfall, rate of infiltration, level of ground water exploitation in the area etc. The construction of check dams upstream of the identified marginally high fluoride waters will not only cause additional recharge of ground water but also reduces the fluoride concentration eventually improving the health of the villagers.  相似文献
