Based on the significant enhancement of fluorescence intensity of carbaryl in inclusion complex, a spetrofluorimetdc method with high sensitivity was developed for the determination of carbaryl in aqueous solution. Under the optimum conditions, the complex had excitation and emission maxima at 278 nm and 332 nm, respectively. The linear range of the method was 7.0 ng/ml-1500 ng/ml with a detection limit of 1.2 ng/ml. The proposed method was successfully used to determine quantitativelv of carbarvl in cottonseeds.  相似文献

Passive techniques are a constantly evolving approach to the long-term monitoring of micropollutants, including pharmaceuticals, in the aquatic environment. This paper presents, for the first time, the calibration results of a new CNTs-PSDs (carbon nanotubes used as a sorbent in passive sampling devices) with an examination of the effect of donor phase salinity, water pH and the concentration of dissolved humic acids (DHAs), using both ultrapure and environmental waters. Sampling rates (Rs) were determined for the developed kinetic samplers. It has been observed that the impact of the examined environmental factors on the Rs values strictly depends on the type of the analytes. In the case of β-blockers, the only environmental parameter affecting their uptake rate was the salinity of water. A certain relationship was noted, namely the higher the salt concentration in water, the lower the Rs values of β-blockers. In the case of sulfonamides, water salinity, water pH 7–9 and DHAs concentration decreased the uptake rate of these compounds by CNTs-PSDs. The determined Rs values differed in particular when the values obtained from the experiments carried out using ultrapure water and environmental waters were compared. The general conclusion is that the calibration of novel CNTs-PSDs should be carried out under physicochemical conditions of the aquatic phase that are similar to the environmental matrix.  相似文献

The effect of β-cyclodextrins(β-CDs) on the enzymatical hydrolysis of chiral dichlorprop methyl ester (DCPPM) was studied.Four kinds of β-cyclodextdns(β-cyclodextrin, Partly methylated-CD(PM-β-CD), hydroxypropyl-cyclodextdn(HP-β-CD) and carboxymethyl-cyclodextdn(CM-β-CD) ) were used. Compared with 100% DCPPM in the absence of β-cyclodextrins, the activity of lipase decreased with the increase of β-cycledextrin and PM-β-cyclodextrin. However, CM-β-cyclodextrin stimulated the lipase activity. The inhibition effect of cyclodextrin and PM-β-cyclodextdn on the hydrolysis of DCPPM is affected by many factors other than degree of the methylation blockingthe active site of lipase. UV-Vis and Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy studies of the complexation of aqueous DCPPM with β-CDs provide fresh insight into the molecular structure of the complex and explain the effects of β-CDs on enzymatical hydrolysis of chiral DCPPM. Data showed that inclusion complexes had formed by complexation of the CM-β-CD with DCPPM and the solubility of DCPPM was increased in water, which leaded to the increased lipase activity.  相似文献

Bio-availability of different forms of selenium and its rate of volatilization from soils in Chinese low-selenium belt were examined. Adding directly solutions of either inorganic or organic selenium compounds to soil could only slightly increase the rate of selenium volatilization from soil. Volatilization of selenium from soil was largely enhanced when certain nutritional solutions along with selenium compounds were added. Garlic water extract and seleno-amino acids, i.e., seleno-methionine and seleno-cysteine, were found more effective for their bio-availability to the volatilization process. Under laboratory simulating conditions, the volatilization rate of selenium from different types of soils in Chinese low-selenium belt was found in the range of 0.10-0.27 ng.kg-1 soil.day-1 over a 17 days period, generally followed by a decline with time of incubation.  相似文献

A Gram-negative, chromium(VI) tolerant and reductive strain CTS-325, isolated from a Chinese chromate plant, was identified as Ochrobactrum anthropi based on its biochemical properties and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. It was able to tolerate up to 10 mmol/L Cr(VI) and completely reduce 1 mmol/L Cr(VI) to Cr(III) within 48 h. When the strain CTS-325 was induced with Cr(VI), a protein increased significantly in the whole cell proteins. Liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) analysis revealed that this protein was a superoxide dismutase (SOD) homology. The measured superoxide dismutase activity was 2694 U/mg after three steps of purification. The SOD catalyzes the dismutation of the superoxide anion (O2·−) into hydrogen peroxide and molecular oxygen. This protein is considered to be one of the most important anti-oxidative enzymes for O. anthropi as it allows the bacterium to survive high oxygen stress environments, such as the environment produced during the reduction process of Cr(VI).  相似文献

Fe–Mn binary oxide(FMBO) possesses high efficiency for As(Ⅲ) abatement based on the good adsorption affinity of iron oxide and the oxidizing capacity of Mn(Ⅳ), and the composition and structure of FMBO play important roles in this process.To compare the removal performance and determine the optimum formula for FMBO, magnetic graphene oxide(MRGO)–FMBO and MRGO–MnO_2 were synthesized with MRGO as a carrier to improve the dispersity of the adsorbents in aquifers and achieve magnetic recycling.Results indicated that MRGO–FMBO had higher As(Ⅲ) removal than that of MRGO–MnO_2,although the ratios of Fe and Mn were similar, because the binary oxide of Fe and Mn facilitated electron transfer from Mn(Ⅳ) to As(Ⅲ), while the separation of Mn and Fe on MRGO–MnO_2 restricted the process.The optimal stoichiometry x for MRGO–FMBO(Mn_xFe_(3-x)O_4) was 0.46, and an extraordinary adsorption capacity of 24.38 mg/g for As(Ⅲ) was achieved.MRGO–FMBO showed stable dispersive properties in aquifers, and exhibited excellent practicability and reusability, with a saturation magnetization of 7.6 emu/g and high conservation of magnetic properties after 5 cycles of regeneration and reuse.In addition, the presence of coexisting ions would not restrict the practical application of MRGO–FMBO in groundwater remediation.The redox reactions of As(Ⅲ) and Mn(Ⅳ) on MRGO–FMBO were also described.The deprotonated aqueous As(Ⅲ) on the surface of MRGO–FMBO transferred electrons to Mn(Ⅳ), and the formed As(Ⅴ) oxyanions were bound to ferric oxide as inner-sphere complexes by coordinating their "–OH" groups with Mn(Ⅳ)oxides at the surface of MRGO–FMBO.This work could provide new insights into highperformance removal of As(Ⅲ) in aquifers.  相似文献

At petrochemical complex industrial sites in the southwestern suburb of Beijmg,oil has been the major energy source.The air particulate samples were collected separate!y for 3-4 consecutive days every month.The results showed that there are apparent correlations among monthly changes of weight of extracts,their mutagenicities and concentrations of PAHs.The weights for the day-time samples were higher than those for the night-time.Wights of extracts.revertant numbers.BαP concentration etc.were all lower for the petrochemical complex industrial site(PCIS)than for iron-steel complex site(ISCS).However,mutagenicities per unit weight of extracts were higher for PCIS than for ISCS.  相似文献
