在广东省河台金矿矿山采取岩石、土壤、植物样品,并对其中的稀土元素含量采用ICP-MS法测定,研究了金矿矿山岩石、土壤、植物的根、茎、叶稀土元素含量分布和迁移积聚特征.结果表明:在金矿区稀土元素在岩石、土壤、植物样品中含量均高于背景对照区.在成矿和表生地球化学过程中金矿土壤各层的稀土元素发生迁移和分异,在表土层和心土层含量高于底土层和成土母岩;矿山土壤各剖面层轻重稀土发生分异,轻稀土富集,重稀土相对贫乏,且均有不同程度的Eu亏损和Ce的负异常.蕨类植物芒萁(Dicranopteris dichotoma)表现极强的积累富集稀土元素能力.稀土元素在植株体内的分布规律不同,对于芒萁而言:叶>根>茎,而马尾松(Pinas massoniana)为:根>叶>茎.金矿区植物稀土元素地球化学和生物地球化学异常反映出所在金矿特殊成矿地质背景以及生境的地球化学特点.稀土元素的生物吸收系数和生物转移系数表征出植物对稀土元素的吸收富集能力以及在各个器官的迁移状况,金矿区各植物体形成对金矿环境不同的适应机制和各自独特的稀土元素生物地球化学特征.  相似文献

海南省土壤中稀土元素的生物有效态含量和总量   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用高灵敏度、低检出限的ICP-MS研究了海南省土壤中稀土元素总量和有效态含量.结果表明:海南土壤中各稀土元素总量均高于全国背景值,是全国背景值的110160%,各稀土元素的有效态含量与总量之间的相关系数在0.6630.949范围内变化(p<0.01,n=63),具有明显正相关性.为深入探讨和评估土壤中稀土元素的生态和环境效应,制定农用稀土开发利用过程中的环境保护对策提供科学依据,将土壤中稀土元素总量和有效态含量结合起来研究是很有必要的;文章研究首次得出如下结论:海南土壤中生物有效态稀土元素含量占总量的23`%,显示出稀土元素生物有效性程度很高,所以稀土微肥在农业上的应用,在海南省应该区别不同的土壤类型,避免盲目向土壤中添加稀土,对保护土壤环境,维护农业生态系统有积极的科学指导意义.  相似文献

Leaching behavior and gastrointestinal bioaccessibility of rare earth elements (REEs) from hospital waste incineration (HWI) fly and bottom ash samples collected from Beijing and Nanjing Cities were assessed. In the same ash sample, the leaching concentrations of individual REEs determined by the Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) were higher than those detected by the European standard protocol (EN-type test), thereby suggesting that the low pH value of leaching solution was an important factor influencing the leachability of REE. The REE bioaccessibility results, which were evaluated using the physiologically based extraction test (PBET), indicated that REEs were highly absorbed during gastric phase by dissolution; and subsequently precipitated and/or re-adsorbed in small intestinal phase. The relative amounts of the total REEs extracted by the TCLP method, EN-type test and PBET test were compared. In addition to the pH value of extraction solutions, the chelating role of REEs with organic ligands used in the PBET method was also an important parameter affecting REE adsorption in human body. Additionally, this study showed that REEs were extracted by these methods as concomitants of heavy metals and anions (NO3 , F, SO4 2–, and Cl) from HWI ash, which probably caused the remarkably complex toxicity on human body by the exposure pathway.

Rare earth element (REE) content in suspended and dissolved phases from the Strait of Sicily (Central Mediterranean Sea) has been measured. Vertical profiles of several dissolved REEs along the water column reflect the 3-D oceanographic features of the studied area and identifies the different water masses present there. Shale-normalized REE distribution patterns and derived parameters calculated for the suspended particulate show different atmospheric dust-surface inputs and their interactions with seawater. Finally, combined information from [La/Yb]N, ratios, REE/La ratios and Eu anomalies measured in the suspended particulate suggest an important contribution of volcanic materials from the Etna volcano and Saharan dust to the lithogenic fraction of the suspended particulate.  相似文献

Rare earth elements in our environment are becoming important because of their utilization in permanent magnets, lamp phosphors, superconductors, rechargeable batteries, catalyst, ceramics and other applications. This study was conducted to evaluate the level of rare earth elements (REE) and the variability of their anomalous behavior in groundwater samples collected from Lagos and Ogun States, Southwest, Nigeria. REE concentrations were determined in 170 groundwater samples using inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry, while the physicochemical parameters were determined using standard methods. Lagos State groundwater is enriched with REE [sum REEs range (mean ± SD)]; [0.365–488 (69.5 ± 117)] µg L?1 than Ogun State groundwater [sum REEs range (mean ± SD)]; [1.14–232 (22.6 ± 41.1)] µg L?1. Boreholes are more enriched with REEs than wells. Significant (P < 0.05) positive correlation (R = Pearson) was recorded in Lagos State groundwater between sum REEs and Fe (R = 0.55). However, there were no significant correlations between sum REEs, pH (R = 0.073) and HCO3 2? (R = 0.157) in Ogun State groundwater. Chondrite-normalized plot shows that Lagos groundwater exhibits positive Ce anomaly, while Ogun State groundwater does not. The source of REE in Lagos State may be from the ocean and leaching from wastes dumpsites, while the source in Ogun State groundwater may be from the rocks.  相似文献

黄河中下游表层沉积物磷的赋存形态及生物有效性   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
利用磷的连续分级提取方法,研究了黄河中下游16个沉积物样品中磷的赋存形态分布特征,并探讨了沉积物中磷的生物有效性.结果表明,黄河沉积物中总磷的含量为83.79~132.35 μg·g~(-1),其中主要以无机磷的形式存在,而无机麟中以钙结合态磷为主.线性回归分析结果表明,NaOH-P的含量与活性态Fe、BD-P,NaOH-P含量的总和与活性态Fe、BD-P,NH_4Cl-P含量的总和与活性态Fe、Al含量总和,均有一定的线性关系;沉积物中的总无机磷含量与沉积物的总有机质含量呈正相关关系.磷的生物有效性分析结果显示,潜在的生物有效性磷主要包括弱结合态磷、氧化还原敏感态磷、金属(水台)氧化物结合态磷3种赋存形态,黄河沉积物中潜在的生物有效性磷含量在9.02~37.20 μg·g~(-1)范围内,平均值为24.47 μg·g~(-1),平均占沉积物总磷的22.43%、占总无机磷的35.59%.  相似文献

黄河口潮间带表层沉积物重金属和营养元素的分布特征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
于2010年5月采集了5个断面的黄河口潮间带高、中和低潮滩的表层沉积物样品,对沉积物的理化性质、重金属和营养元素的空间分布特征进行了研究,并采用单因子污染指数法和综合潜在生态风险指数法,参考加拿大安大略省环境和能源部关于沉积物质量指南,对黄河口潮间带沉积物质量进行了评价。结果表明,除Cu和Pb外,其它重金属和营养元素质量分数均表现为河口北侧高于南侧;除Hg外,高、中和低潮滩的表层沉积物重金属和营养元素质量分数无显著差异,没有表现出成熟潮滩明显的垂岸分带特征。Pb质量分数高于渤海表层沉积物的高值,是该区域的首要污染因子;Hg在河口北侧近河口的两个站位低潮滩质量分数达到海洋沉积物质量一类标准的1.7和1.8倍,存在一定的潜在生态风险;TN和TOC质量分数范围在安全级别,TP质量分数在20%的站位超过最低安全级别,存在一定的安全风险。与国内其它潮滩相比,黄河口潮间带重金属Zn、Cd、Hg和As的质量分数处于较低水平,Cu和Pb质量分数处于中等水平,TOC和TP质量分数与长江口潮间带相当,TN质量分数较低。研究结果将为黄河三角洲地区生态保护、环境管理和污染治理提供基础数据。  相似文献

对现代黄河三角洲22个表层土壤样品中类二嗯英类多氯联苯(PCBs)进行双毛细管柱GC.ECD结合MS测试,并使用相关数学统计学分析方法一相关性研究方法研究了现代黄河三角洲地区土壤特性对PCBs分布的影响,结果表明:土壤有机质量分数与其类二嗯英类PCBs的总质量浓度呈弱的正相关关系。土壤粒径组成中粘粒质量分数与其类二嗯英类PCBs的总质量浓度呈相关性关系,且达到极显著的水平;粉砂粒的质量分数与类二嗯英类PCBs的总质量浓度无相关关系;砂粒质量分数与类二嗯英类PCBs的质量浓度呈负相关关系,达到显著相关的水平。土壤溶解盐质量分数及pH值与类二嗯英类PCBs的总量没有明显的相关性。可见,土壤中有机质、土壤颗粒组成中粘粒和砂粒质量分数是影响现代黄河三角洲地区土壤中PCBs分布的主要因素。  相似文献

选择江西赣县大田稀土矿区,研究了矿区耕作农田土壤中稀土元素的含量、分布及赋存形态特征。结果表明,该区土壤中稀土元素含量明显高于对照区和全国土壤平均含量,且相对富含重稀土元素。土壤中稀土元素的分布模式受成土母岩及元素性质控制,呈现Eu和Ce负异常。稀土元素主要以可交换态和有机结合态(特别是松结有机态)形式存在,具有较高的活性和生物有效性,可能影响生态环境安全。  相似文献

对2006年1月采自松花江红旗渡口到同江7个样点的浮游生物群落进行了RAPD指纹分析,进而探讨了河流生态系统浮游生物群落DNA指纹与物种组成之间的关系.筛选出的8条随机引物扩增的谱带全为多态性带,其中特有条带所占比例最大(30.2%);形态分类共检测到浮游生物66种,且没有检测到7个样点的共有种类;这些结果显示研究区域浮游生物群落相似性比较低,环境差异性较大.基于DNA指纹的聚类进一步表明,同江、红旗渡口和佳木斯的浮游生物群落较为相似而聚为一枝,哨口、肇源和哈尔滨为一枝,而松原成为单独的一枝.物种组成则将上游的红旗渡口与哨口,下游的同江与佳木斯分别划为一类,位于中间的3个样点为一类.DNA指纹主要揭示相对优势类群DNA的多态性,因此主要反映的是浮游生物群落与环境的关系;而物种组成在这里更多是反映与空间距离的关系,水流是重要的影响因素,上游的部分个体随水流带到了下游.由此可见,浮游生物群落DNA指纹分析在河流生态系统大空间尺度研究中具有重要意义,尤其是在揭示群落与环境关系方面,并能为水环境分子生物学评价体系的建立积累基础资料和提供蘑要依据.图4表3参21  相似文献

The Yellow River Delta region in China is a land area of 1,200,000 ha with rich natural resources. Adverse environmental conditions, such as low rainfall and high salinity, promote the dominance of black locust trees for afforestation. With the increase of CO2 in the atmosphere, this forest and others throughout the world have become valued for their ability to sequester and store carbon. Forests store carbon in aboveground biomass (i.e. trees), belowground biomass (i.e. roots), soils and standing litter crop (i.e. forest floor and coarse woody debris). There are well-developed methods to sample forest ecosystems, including tree inventories that are used to quantify carbon in aboveground tree biomass. Such inventories are used to estimate the types of roundwood products removed from the forest during harvesting. Based on standard plot inventories and stem analyses, carbon sequestration estimates of trees were 222.41 t ha?1 for the Yellow River Delta region accounted for 67.12% of the whole forest. Similarly, carbon storage by herbaceous matter and soil was 0.50 and 50.34 t ha?1, respectively. The results suggest that carbon sequestration in the forest ecosystem was performed by most of the forest, which plays an increasingly important role in sequestering carbon as the stand grows.  相似文献

The content levels, distribution characteristics, and health risks associated with 15 rare earth elements (REEs) in urban street dust from an industrial city, Zhuzhou, in central China were investigated. The total REE content (∑REE) ranged from 66.1 to 237.4 mg kg?1, with an average of 115.9 mg kg?1, which is lower than that of Chinese background soil and Yangtze river sediment. Average content of the individual REE in street dust decreased in the order Ce > La > Nd > Y > Pr > Sm > Gd > Dy > Er > Yb > Eu > Ho > Tb > Tm > Lu. The chondrite-normalized REE pattern indicated light REE (LREE) enrichment, a relatively steep LREE trend, heavy REE (HREE) depletion, a flat HREE trend, a Eu-negative anomaly and a Ce-positive anomaly. Foremost heavy local soil and to less degree anthropogenic pollution are the main sources of REE present in street dust. Health risk associated with the exposure of REE in street dust was assessed based on the carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic effect and lifetime average daily dose. The obtained cancer and non-cancer risk values prompt for no augmented health hazard. However, children had greater health risks than that of adults.  相似文献

The characteristics and sustainable management of water resources on a basin scale require that they should be managed using a holistic approach. In this study, a holistic methodology called the holistic approach in a basin scale (HABS) is proposed to determine the ecological water requirements of a whole basin. There are three principles in HABS. First, ecological water requirements in a basin scale indicate not only the coupling of hydrological and ecological systems, but also the exchange of matter and energy between each ecological type through all kinds of physical geography processes. Second, ecological water requirements can be divided into different types according to their functions, and water requirements of different types are compatible. Third, ecological water requirements are related to a multiple system including water quality, water quantity, and time and space, which interact with each other. The holistic approach in a basin scale was then used in the Yellow River Basin and it suggested that 265.0 × 108 m3 of water, 45% of the total surface water resources, should be allocated to ecological systems, such as rivers, lakes, wetlands and cities, to sustain its function and health. The ecological water requirements of inside river systems and outside river systems were respectively 261.0 × 108 and 3.65 × 108 m3.  相似文献
