为增强饮用原水中藻类的混凝去除效果,以铜绿微囊藻和水华鱼腥藻为对象,在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应曲面法考察了壳聚糖(CTS)投加量、聚合氯化铝(PAC)投加量、pH值及CTS和PAC的投加顺序对CTS联合PAC混凝除藻的影响.结果表明,混凝去除铜绿微囊藻(叶绿素a含量为45~55μg/L)的最佳条件为:CTS 0.40mg/L、PAC 1.19mg/L、原水pH值7.5、CTS和PAC混合均匀后投加,该条件下模型预测叶绿素a去除率为96.1%(实测值为95.7%);混凝去除水华鱼腥藻(叶绿素a含量为80~90μg/L)的最佳条件为:CTS 0.25mg/L、PAC 2.00mg/L、原水pH值7.9、先投加CTS后投加PAC,该条件下模型预测叶绿素a去除率为97.9%(实测值为97.0%).当原水pH值9.0时(模拟高藻原水的碱性环境),混凝去除铜绿微囊藻和水华鱼腥藻的最佳投药顺序均为CTS和PAC混合均匀后投加,实测叶绿素a去除率分别为94.9%和95.3%;混凝铜绿微囊藻的药剂方案为CTS 0.40mg/L、PAC 2.00mg/L,药剂成本为0.0215元/m3,混凝水华鱼腥藻的药剂方案为CTS 0.24mg/L、PAC 2.00mg/L,药剂成本为0.0149元/m3.  相似文献

The neural cell adhesion molecule L1 is a transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily of cell adhesion molecules (CAMs). Its expression is essential during embryonic development of the nervous system and it is involved in cognitive function and memory. Mutations in the L1CAM gene are responsible for four related L1 disorders; X-linked hydrocephalus/HSAS (H ydrocephalus as a result of S tenosis of the A queduct of S ylvius), MASA (M ental retardation, A phasia, S huffling gait, and A dducted thumbs) syndrome, X-linked complicated spastic paraplegia type I (SPG1) and X-linked A genesis of the C orpus C allosum (ACC). These four disorders represent a clinical spectrum that varies both between and within families. The main clinical features of this spectrum are C orpus callosum hypoplasia, mental R etardation, A dducted thumbs, S pastic paraplegia and H ydrocephalus (CRASH syndrome). Since there is no biochemically assayed disease marker, molecular analysis of the L1CAM gene is the only means of confirming a clinical diagnosis. Most L1CAM mutations reported to date are point mutations (missense, nonsense, splice site) and only a few patients with larger rearrangements have been documented. We have characterised a rare intragenic deletion of the L1CAM gene in a sample of DNA extracted from a chorionic villus biopsy (CVB) performed at 12 weeks' gestation. 某工业园区综合废水处理厂设计规模5.0×104m3/d,原设计出水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级B标准,需将出水标准提高到一级A排放标准.分别采用混凝沉淀法和高级氧化法深度处理二级生化出水.小试试验结果表明:二级生化出水CODcr在62~75 mg/L左右,PAC、Al2(SO4)3及PFS三种絮凝沉淀药剂处理出水CODcr去除效果均不明显,不能稳定达到一级A排放标准.芬顿催化氧化的pH=5,FeSO4+H2O2投加量为(200+100)mg/L;臭氧氧化的O3投加量33 mg/L,其出水CODcr均能达到一级A排放标准.  相似文献

在海南海涂沙滩(非耕地资源)对药用植物库拉索芦荟进行海水灌溉试验,设6种处理,淡、海水配比分别为A1(CK):100∶0;A2:90∶10;A3:75∶25;A4:50∶50;A5:25∶75;A6:0∶100。结果表明:①用一定浓度范围的海水灌溉时,库拉索芦荟苗期返青系数、根的综合生长量等植物生态指标为处理A3>A2>A1,超过一定海水浓度后则递减;连续3年的田间试验表明,芦荟叶片鲜重、干重A1、A2、A3三种处理间没有显著差异,而根干重A3显著高于A1,A4比A1处理叶片鲜重、干重减产均在20%以内,表明海水灌溉库拉索芦荟是可行的。②海水灌溉明显推迟芦荟从营养生长向生殖生长的转化时期,随着海水比例的增加,抽苔期明显推迟。③各种处理海水灌溉的沙滩深度在0~10cm范围内,盐分含量随深度迅速下降,10cm以下下降幅度变缓;经3年的海水灌溉试验,海涂沙滩在未作任何人为调控措施下,0~50cm沙滩含盐量仍在0.3%范围内。  相似文献

采用微生物定量风险评价的方法,结合北京市某城市污水回用工程,对再生水用于园林绿化、道路冲洗与降尘等市政用途时的病原微生物浓度限值进行了探讨.提出的限值为:大肠埃希氏杆菌70个/L、沙门氏菌0.5 CFU/L、志贺氏菌0.1CFU/100L、甲肝病毒0.001 PFU/100L、轮状病毒1.2×10-3PFU/100L、脊髓灰质炎病毒0.07 PFU/100L、柯萨奇病毒0.04PFU/100L、埃可病毒0.05 PFU/100L、隐孢子虫卵囊0.1个/100L、贾弟鞭毛虫卵囊0.03个/100L.  相似文献

本研究以实际猪场废水为原料,在中温(37±1)℃条件下利用浸没式平板膜生物反应器进行180d连续厌氧发酵试验,以水力停留时间5,3和2d的梯度变化逐渐增加容积负荷,研究反应器运行性能,污泥比产甲烷活性,膜过滤特性和膜的清洗效果.试验结果表明,随水力停留时间的缩短,反应器的容积产沼气率分别达到0.68,1.03和1.12L/(L·d),稳定运行期间出水的总挥发性脂肪酸分别为(169±41)mg/L,(15±3)mg/L和(114±45)mg/L,以乙酸为主.反应器中厌氧污泥的乙酸比产甲烷活性测试表明,以2000mg/L的乙酸为基质,HRT 3d时具有最大比产甲烷活性1.127g-COD/(g-VSS·d).本试验发生膜污染的周期约4个月.采用2%的柠檬酸浸泡3h,可以恢复膜的过滤性能.在较低通量下,反应器中7~32g/L的污泥浓度并不会明显的影响平板膜的过滤性能.本研究结果显示,厌氧膜生物反应器有处理猪场废水的可能性.  相似文献

研究了水热-碳酸钠法对医疗废物焚烧炉飞灰中重金属的稳定化效果及稳定化机制.结果表明,在水热条件下,碳酸钠能有效地降低飞灰中重金属的渗滤毒性,并且飞灰经水热处理后产生的废水中重金属的浓度也较低,避免了二次污染.原始飞灰中7种重金属的渗滤毒性为:Cd1.97mg/L,Cr1.56mg/L,Cu2.56mg/L,Mn17.30mg/L,Ni1.65mg/L,Pb1.56mg/L和Zn189.00mg/L,选择最佳工况对飞灰进行水热处理后(碳酸钠/干灰投加量:5/20,反应时间:8h,液固比:10/1),重金属渗滤毒性大为降低,Cd、Cr、Cu、Mn、Ni、Pb渗滤浓度均小于0.02mg/L,Zn的渗滤浓度为0.05mg/L,符合国家标准GB5085.3-2007,水热反应后废水重金属浓度均低于0.8mg/L.水热反应后飞灰重金属渗滤毒性和反应产生废水中重金属浓度均随着反应时间的延长而降低.反应时间的延长有利于硅铝酸盐的结晶与老化,使重金属在硅铝酸盐晶体中位置发生迁移,形成重金属稳定性很强的结构.重金属稳定化机制主要是由于硅铝酸盐胶体形成,结晶、老化过程中对重金属离子共沉淀与吸附作用.  相似文献

应用两阶段ASBR技术对厨房垃圾进行实验室规模的处理研究。结果表明:总COD的去除率为77 6%,而总TS的去除率为72 21%,系统的产CH4率以TS和容积负荷计分别为212mL g和0 67L (L·d)。同时,研究发现适宜的pH值水解相为4~5,甲烷相为7~8;适宜的HRT水解相为5d,甲烷相为13 3d;适宜的固体浓度水解相TS为8%,甲烷相TS为7%;适宜的负荷(以TS计)水解相为16g (L·d),甲烷相为5 23g (L·d)。   相似文献

针对某木材加工企业生产废水高COD、高氨氮、高色度、含甲醛等特点,采用“芬顿氧化+A/O+沉淀+气浮”组合工艺对原废水处理厂进行扩容提标改造。该工程设计处理规模为600 t/d,总投资为340万元,直接运行成本为4.83元/t。运行效果表明:采用芬顿氧化预处理洗胶废水可有效降解甲醛等高毒性的有机物,增设载体的A/O工艺可提高COD去除效果与抗冲击负荷能力,组合工艺出水COD<400 mg/L,氨氮<20 mg/L,TN<40 mg/L,TP<2 mg/L,甲醛<2 mg/L。  相似文献

再生水景观利用是解决城市景观用水短缺的有效途径之一。但较高氮磷浓度的再生水进入流动性较差的景观水体中极易发生水华现象。在现有再生水排放标准下,水力停留时间的调控是控制景观水体中微藻生物量的有效手段。根据微藻生长模型和水质动力学模型,提出了基于水力停留时间调控的景观水体水华控制方法及其阈值确定方法。通过计算,得到再生水氮、磷浓度执行GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》A标准(总氮15 mg/L,总磷0.5 mg/L)对应的水力停留时间阈值为2.477 d;执行DB11/890—2012北京市《城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准》A(总氮10 mg/L,总磷0.2 mg/L)对应的水力停留时间阈值为5.034 d;执行昆明市地方标准DB5301/T43—2020《城镇污水处理厂主要污染物排放限值》A级(总氮5 mg/L,总磷0.05 mg/L)对应的水力停留时间阈值为21.659 d, B级(总氮10 mg/L,总磷0.3 mg/L)对应的水力停留时间阈值为3.783 d, C级(总氮15 mg/L,总磷0.4 mg/L)对应的水力停留时间阈值为2.811 d;执行91/...  相似文献

An indirect competitive fluorescence immunoassay using a DNA/dye conjugate as antibody multiple labels was developed on 96-well plates for the identification and quantification of 2,2′,4,4′-tetrabromodiphenyl ether (BDE-47) in aqueous samples. A hapten, 2,4,2′-tribromodiphenyl ether-4′-aldehyde, was synthesized, and was conjugated to bovine serum albumin to form a coating antigen. Specific recognition of the antigen by anti-PBDE antiserum was confirmed by a surface plasmon resonance measurement. In the immunoassay, the coating antigen was adsorbed on a 96-well plate first, and a sample, antiserum and biotinylated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody were then added and reacted sequentially. A biotinylated, double-stranded DNA with 219 base pairs was attached to the secondary antibody by using streptavidin as a molecular bridge. In situ multiple labeling of the antibody was accomplished after addition of a DNA-binding fluorescent dye, SYBR Green I. The working range of the immunoassay for the BDE-47 standard was 3.1-390 μg/L, with an IC50 value of 15.6 μg/L. The calculated LOD of the immunoassay is 0.73 μg/L. The immunoassay demonstrated relatively high selectivity for BDE-47, showing very low cross-reactivity (< 3%) with BDE-15, BDE-153 and BDE-209. With a spiked river water sample containing 50 μup g/L BDE-47, quantification by the immunoassay was 41.9 μg/L, which compared well with the standard GC-ECD method (45.7 μg/L). The developed immunoassay provides a rapid screening tool for polybrominated diphenyl ethers in environmental samples.  相似文献

采用中试MBBR组合工艺处理深圳市布吉河道的城镇污水,进水平均氨氮浓度为(25.88±7.73)mg/L,出水平均为(1.11±1.93)mg/L.单因素小试研究表明,反应器中挂有生物膜的悬浮填料具有强化氨氮去除的效果,投加该填料时获得的比氨氧化速率比采用活性污泥进行反应提高了25.5%;试验条件下通过投加甲醇将COD从139mg/L提高至587mg/L,比氨氧化速率从2.55mg/(gMLVSS·h)下降至1.91mg/(gMLVSS·h);当MLVSS浓度从0.45g/L逐步提高到4.05g/L时,容积氨氧化速率从3.68mg/(L·h)线性增加至7.82mg/(L?h),拟合度R2为0.967,但比氨氧化速率随MLVSS浓度的提高反而逐渐下降,从8.24mg/(gMLVSS·h)降至1.93mg/(gMLVSS·h);当温度从5℃升高到35℃,比氨氧化速率从0.99mg/(gMLVSS·h)提高至2.89mg/(gMLVSS·h),采用Arrhenius经验方程描述时,拟合度R2为0.970;当DO浓度从0.5mg/L逐步增加至4.0mg/L时,比氨氧化速率从0.62mg/(gMLVSS·h)提高至2.28mg/(gMLVSS·h),Monod方程可以很好的描述DO浓度与比氨氧化速率之间的关系,拟合度R2为0.994,氨氧化半饱和常数值为3.0mg O2/L.  相似文献

This study was conducted to assess the effects of difenoconazole (DFZ), a triazole fungicide, on the hepatic biotransformation system and its bioaccumulation in marine medaka (Oryzias melastigma). Fish were exposed to DFZ (1, 10, 100, 1000 ng/L) for 180 days. The results showed that: (1) The mRNA levels of hepatic CYP1A1, CYP1B, CYP1C1, CYP27B and CYP3A40 were up-regulated, but those of CYP3A38 and CYP27A1 were down-regulated. (2) The activity of ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase (EROD) and the content of reduced glutathione (GSH) in the liver were increased in the DFZ-treated groups, and glutathione S-transferase (GST) activity was increased in the 100 and 1000 ng/L groups. (3) DFZ was accumulated in the muscle and the biological concentration factors in the 10, 100, and 1000 ng/L groups were respectively 149, 81 and 25. These results suggested that long-term exposure to DFZ at low concentrations would result in a bioaccumulation of this compound and disturb the biotransformation system.  相似文献

研究了分体浸没式膜生物反应器及其应用于厕所污水的再生回用.试验结果表明,在人水浓度COD440~970mg/L、BOD5 307~612mg/L、NH3-N59~111mg/L的情况下,出水水质稳定,平均COD<47mg/L、BOD5<8.5mg/L、NH3-N<20mg/L,处理水质达到建设部颁布的生活杂用水回用标准.研究了动力学参数污泥负荷、容积负荷和HRT对出水COD的影响,确定本试验较佳的污泥负荷和容积负荷分别为0.1kg/(kg·d)和1kg/(m3·d),HRT为7~8h.本文对污泥浓度、温度和产水时间与间歇时间比对膜通量的影响进行了测定与探讨.  相似文献

The toxicity of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) to Chlorella ellipsoidea and Aphanizomenon flos-aquae was tested and assessed for a 15-d incubation with concentrations of MTBE from high (2.00×104 mg/L) to low (2 mg/L). The results showed that the toxicity was low when the concentration of MTBE was in the range 1.00×104-2.00×104 mg/L (the greatest inhibition of growth-rate was 70%-71%, occurred during the day 1-5). Seasonal measurements of dimethylsulfide(DMS)in surface waters were carried out during 1993-1994 in the Jiaozhou Bay.A seasonal variation is observed for DMS concentrations in seawater,ranging from 0.6 to 8.97 nmol S/L with the highest values in spring.A factor of 4 was measured for DMS concentrations with mean concentrations of 5.85 nmol S/L or 6.58 nmol S/L in spring and 1.40nmol S/L in winter.A sea-to-air flux of DMS also showed a seasonal variation  相似文献

直接大体积进样,建立生活饮用水中卤氧化物溴酸盐(BrO3-)、亚氯酸盐(ClO2-)、氯酸盐(ClO3-)含量的离子色谱(IC)法。优化的色谱条件为:Metrosep A Supp 7(250 mm)色谱柱配以Metrosep A Supp1保护柱,淋洗液为3.6 mmol/L Na2CO3与1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3;流速为0.6mL/min;进样量为100μL,抑制型电导检测器。方法结果显示:卤氧化物与常见共存阴离子完全分离,标准曲线在(5.0~400)μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(r>0.999),精密度高(相对标准偏差RSD<5.0%),样品加标平均回收率在90.8%~105%之间。按S/N=3,BrO3-、ClO2-、ClO3-的检出限分别为(0.9、0.7、1.0)μg/L。该方法操作简单、分离效果好,可与常见阴离子实现同时分析,灵敏度高,重现性好,适合于饮用水中消毒副产物中溴酸盐、亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐的同时测定。  相似文献

碎米莎草(Cyperus iria L.)作为铀的超耐受植物,它的发现为探讨铀污染环境的植物修复和铀在植物体中的吸收和耐受机理提供了一种新的资源. 在Hoagland's营养液中加入铀标准溶液模拟铀污染水环境,以及直接在铀尾沙条件分析不同铀供应水平下碎米莎草对铀的耐受性能和富集特征. 结果表明:①碎米莎草对铀的富集特征依赖于生长介质中铀的供应水平和植物生长期等多重因素. 碎米莎草不同生长期各部位w(U)均高于生长介质中的铀供应水平,根系和地上部分w(U)最高可分别达(48 605±1 266)和(824±856)mg/kg. 根、茎和叶中w(U)基本随着铀供应水平的升高而增加,在开花期时较低,根系吸收的铀有1/10~1/5能转移至茎、叶、花籽部位,ρ(U)<250 mg/L的铀溶液对碎米莎草的生长无抑制作用. ②碎米莎草对铀尾沙具有很强的耐受性,但地上部分的富集系数在某些条件下可大于1;地上部分的w(U)在开花期相对较高,至成熟期时下降;在成熟期添加柠檬酸有助于碎米莎草根、茎和叶将铀转移至籽部位.   相似文献
