以巢湖表层沉积物为研究对象,利用BCR连续提取法研究了沉积物中Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、Cd、Zn、V和Pb等8种重金属元素的分布特征,同时运用潜在风险指数法和地累积指数法综合评价了巢湖沉积物中重金属的生态风险。结果表明,巢湖沉积物中的重金属含量在空间上表现出东西高、中间低的分布特征。巢湖表层沉积物中Cr、Co、Ni、V和Cu 5种重金属都主要以残渣态为主,Zn和Cd主要以弱酸提取态为主,Pb以可还原态为主,同时,Co和Cu 2种元素的可交换态及可还原态含量占有较高比例,具有潜在危害性。相关性分析显示,Cr、Cu、Pb、Ni、Zn和Cd 6种重金属元素的来源和分布可能具有相似性,Co和V 2种重金属元素具有相似的地球化学行为且其主要来源可能与其他几种重金属不同。潜在生态风险指数评价结果表明,巢湖表层沉积物中8种重金属元素构成的生态危害顺序为:Cd>Pb>Co>Cu>Ni>Zn>V>Cr,Cd具有高的生态危害等级,其他7种重金属元素均为低生态危害等级。地累积指数法评价结果表明:巢湖沉积物重金属元素的富集程度为Cd>Zn>Pb>Co>Cu>V>Ni>Cr,Cr属于清洁级别,Co、Cu、V和Ni处于轻度污染水平,Zn和Pb处于偏中度污染,Cd达到了重污染水平。 相似文献

对黄河全流域表层沉积物样品中重金属元素 (As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb、Zn、V、Co) 的赋存形态进行分析,发现Cd的可利用态占比较高,其余重金属以残渣态为主。基于可利用态重金属含量计算重金属风险评价标准、次生相和原生相分布比值,从而对表层沉积物中重金属的生态风险进行评估。结果表明,整个流域中Cd的生态风险最高。此外,Cd和Pb等重金属在M6点位迁移性较高,存在一定的生态风险。对可利用态重金属进行人体健康风险评价,发现M6点位儿童的致癌 (8.76×10 −6) 和非致癌风险总值 (0.32) 最高。成人与儿童非致癌健康风险总值中As的贡献率最大 (61.28%和62.71%) ,致癌健康风险总值中As的贡献率也最大 (75.91%和75.98%) ,但总体均未超过美国环境总署推荐的人体最大可接受范围。本研究可为识别黄河干流表层沉积物中重金属风险及制定相应污染防控策略提供参考。 相似文献

采样分析了内蒙古乌梁素海表层沉积物中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Cd、Hg和As的含量、分布特征和富集状况,分别以现代工业化前正常颗粒沉积物中重金属含量的最高背景值和河套地区土壤中重金属含量背景值为参照,采用瑞典科学家Lars Hakanson的潜在生态危害指数法对7种重金属的富集系数和生态危害系数以及各采样点的生态危害指数进行了评价。结果表明,乌梁素海表层沉积物中As和Pb的空间变异性较大;以2种背景值为参比得出的重金属污染水平顺序相近,Hg和As为对乌梁素海生态环境具有潜在影响的主要重金属元素;同时表明,以河套地区土壤重金属背景值为参照更能直观地反映出乌梁素海表层沉积物中重金属的污染程度。 相似文献

根据2009年对胶州湾东岸表层沉积物中重金属调查结果,对重金属含量分布及富集特征进行分析,并采用潜在生态危害指数(RI)法对其生态危害程度进行评价。结果表明,胶州湾东岸表层沉积物中的重金属含量,除7月的Cu、Cr平均含量略低于12月外,其他重金属(Cd、Zn、Pb、As)平均含量7月均高于12月。在表层沉积物中Cd的污染程度最高,7月平均污染指数达1.68。单个重金属潜在生态危害系数(Eir)表明,Cd的Eir大于其他重金属的Eir,其他重金属的Eir均小于轻微危害程度的划分标准,表明对胶州湾东岸生态环境具有潜在影响的重金属主要是Cd,从多个重金属的RI均值看,均小于150,属于轻微生态危害。 相似文献

Distributions of arsenic and metals in surface sediments collected from the coastal and estuarine areas of the northern Bohai and Yellow Seas, China, were investigated. An ecological risk assessment of arsenic and metals in the sediments was evaluated by three approaches: the Sediment Quality Guidelines (SQGs) of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), the degree of contamination, and two sets of SQGs indices. Sediments from the estuaries of the Wuli and Yalu Rivers contained some of the greatest concentrations of arsenic, cadmium, copper, mercury, lead, and zinc. Median concentrations of cadmium and mean concentrations of lead and zinc were greater than background concentrations determined for the areas. All sediments were considered to be heavily polluted by arsenic, but moderately polluted by chromium, lead, and cadmium. Current concentrations of arsenic and metals are unlikely to be acutely toxic, but chronic exposures would be expected to cause adverse effects on benthic invertebrates at 31.4% of the sites. 相似文献

Surface sediments were collected from 122 sites in the upstream of the Yellow River, China. The concentration of Fe, Mn, Cu, Ni, Zn, Cr, Pb, and Cd in sediments was investigated to explore the spatial distribution based on statistics and interpolation method. The results suggested that the concentrations of heavy metals were lower than potential effect levels (PEL). The samples above threshold effect level (TEL) for Pb and Zn were less than 10%, while almost 50% of samples for Ni exceeded PEL. Pb and Zn in sediments performed little or no adverse effects on the aquatic ecosystems. Higher concentrations of all heavy metals occurred in Qinghai and Gansu sections; the concentrations of Cu, Ni, and Zn were significantly higher than the Inner Mongolia section. Lower concentration of Fe, Mn, Cu, Ni, and Zn appeared in Qinghai section; the concentrations of Fe, Mn, Cr, and Pb manifested relatively steady and similar distributions and approximately decreasing tendency along the upstream of Yellow River. 相似文献

The degree of heavy metal contamination in the fine-grained (<63 microm) and sand-sized (2 mm-63 microm) fractions of surface sediments in 18 different mangrove swamps (144 random samples) in Hong Kong was examined. Higher concentrations of heavy metals were found in the fine-grained than the sand-sized fractions of the sediment; however, the differences between these two fractions became less significant when the swamp was more contaminated. The principal component analyses show that the 18 mangrove swamps, according to the median concentrations of total heavy metals, were clustered into four groups. The first group included three mangrove swamps in Deep Bay region which are seriously contaminated, with heavy metal concentrations in sediments around 80 microg g(-1) Cu, 240 microg g(-1) Zn, 40 microg g(-1) Cr, 30 microg g(-1) Ni, 3 microg g(-1) Cd and 80 microg g(-1) Pb. The second cluster, made up of another four swamps distributed in different geographical locations (two in Sai Kung district and two in Tolo region), also had elevated levels of Cu, Pb, Ni and Cr in the sediments. Field observation reveals that these seven stands received industrial, livestock and domestic sewage as well as pollution from mariculture activities, suggesting that anthropogenic input is the main source of heavy metal contamination in Hong Kong mangroves. Numerous indices have been developed to assess environmental risk of heavy metals in surface sediments, including the total content based geoaccumulation index ( Igeo), exchangeable fraction based risk assessment code (RAC), and biological toxicity test based sediment quality guidelines (SQGs). In this study, the three indices were applied to freshwater surface sediments from 10 sections along an urbanization gradient of the Grand Canal, China to assess the environmental risks of heavy metals (Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, and Cr) and to understand discrepancies of risk assessment indices and urbanization effects regarding heavy metal contamination. Results showed that Cd, Zn, and Pb were the most enriched metals in urban sections assessed by Igeo and over 95% of the samples exceeded the Zn and Pb thresholds of the effect range low (ERL) of SQGs. According to RAC, Cu, Zn, Cd, and Cr had high risks of adversely affecting the water quality of the Grand Canal due to their remarkable portions of exchangeable fraction in surface sediment. However, Pb showed a relative low risk, and was largely bounded to Fe/Mn oxides in the urban surface sediments. Obviously, the three assessment indices were not consistent with each other in terms of predicting environmental risks attributed to heavy metals in the freshwater surface sediments of this study. It is recommended that risk assessment by SQGs should be revised according to availability and site specificity. However, the combination of the three indices gave us a comprehensive understanding of heavy metal risks in the urban surface sediments of the Grand Canal. 相似文献

为了探究电子垃圾拆解区不同用地类型土壤重金属的空间分布特征及潜在生态风险,对广东某电子垃圾拆解区稻田、菜地、荒地和拆解地土壤重金属Cu、Zn、Cd和Pb的质量分数及形态空间分布特征进行了研究,并采用地累积指数法和潜在生态风险指数法分别评价重金属潜在的生态风险。结果表明,4种用地类型土壤的Cd质量分数全部超标,超标倍数为1.42~94.2倍,Cd是4种用地类型土壤潜在危害最大的重金属。拆解地土壤的4种重金属质量分数远远超过土壤环境质量标准限值,Cu、Zn、Cd和Pb质量分数分别为标准限值的8.79、1.38、27.6和6.20倍。各用地类型土壤的潜在生态风险指数介于165(荒地)~2 587(拆解地),拆解地土壤达到极强风险水平,其它用地类型土壤为中等风险水平。本研究结果可为电子垃圾拆解区土壤重金属污染防治与修复实践提供理论参考。 相似文献

选取滦河干流为研究对象,采集表层沉积物并分析其粒径分布、营养元素(N、P、C、S)及重金属(Cd、Ni、Cu、Zn、Cr和Pb)含量分布特征,对重金属采用富集系数法进行源解析,并利用地积累指数法、污染指数法和潜在生态危害指数法进行系统性的生态风险评价。结果表明:沉积物营养元素TN、TP、TC、TS均值为1 047.6、1 427.4、20 060.9和1 564.2 mg·kg-1,且分布存在空间差异性;粒径分布特征为粉砂或砂占比重大,黏土占比重小;重金属Cd、Cu、Ni、Zn、Cr和Pb含量均值分别为0.28、40.48、31.48、88.67、16.45和21.5 mg·kg-1,Cd、Cu、Ni、Zn超过河北省土壤背景值;Cd富集系数均值为2.31,其污染主要源是人为输入,其余重金属未见明显富集现象;相关性分析和主成分分析表明 Cd与Cr、Cu、Ni、Zn呈显著正相关,Cr与Cu、Ni、Zn呈显著正相关,Pb与Fe、TP呈显著正相关,Cu与Ni、Zn呈显著正相关,Ni与Zn呈显著正相关;基于地累积指数法得Cd为重金属首要污染物;单项生态危害指数均值大小顺序为Cd(94.39) > Cu(9.28) > Ni(5.11) > Pb(2.16) > Zn(1.13) > Cr(0.48);沉积物风险指数(SPI)相应等级为低风险级别(SPI=2.75<5),且整体潜在生态风险指数(RI)相应的亦为低生态风险(RI=112.561<150)。 相似文献

测定了淮河 (江苏段 )表层沉积物中重金属的含量 ,分析了重金属的含量分布及富集状况 ,采用 Lars Hakanson潜在生态危害指数法对重金属的生态危害进行了评价。结果表明 ,各种重金属的含量分布呈现出相似的特点 ,即安徽省进入江苏省境内断面 (肖嘴 )时含量较低 ;在江苏省盱眙县城内断面 (淮河大桥 )含量明显增高 ;汇入洪泽湖前断面 (红光化工厂 )稍高于肖嘴断面。从富集系数来看 ,Pb的富集程度最高 ,其次是 As、Cr、Cd、Zn、Cu;而 Hg的富集程度最低。重金属的潜在生态危害评价显示 ,除淮河大桥断面 Cd的污染属于中等生态危害外 ,其他各点重金属的生态危害都很轻微 ,污染程度顺序为 Cd>As>Hg>Pb>Cu>Zn。 相似文献
