为了研究活性污泥系统中丝状菌的存在与污泥气液传质的关系,实验测量了不同絮体结构丝状菌污泥对体积溶氧传质系数(kLa)的影响,并考察了改善气液传质效率对控制丝状菌膨胀的影响。实验结果表明,丝状菌对气液传质的影响主要取决于丝状菌的沉淀性能而不是丝状菌的数量。在由于溶氧不足导致丝状菌膨胀的条件下,可以通过改善丝状菌絮体结构提高系统的气液传质效率,即通过絮体结构调控消除溶氧不足的外在条件,从而实现了控制丝状菌膨胀的目的。研究成果以改善丝状菌结构为手段,从微生物本身出发提高系统曝气效果,为控制丝状菌膨胀提供了新的思路。  相似文献

湿地稻-鸭复合生态种养对甲烷菌种群数量影响的研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用厌氧培养箱技术.用最大或然数计数(MPN)法测定稻一鸭复合种养对水稻不同生育期土壤中的产甲烷菌种群数量的影响。结果表明,稻田土壤中产甲烷菌数量的变化规律与稻田甲烷排放的季节变化规律基本一致,早稻田土壤中菌数高峰期出现在孕穗期.晚稻田土壤中菌数高峰期出现在分蘖盛期。实行稻-鸭复合种养,显著降低了稻田土壤中甲烷细菌种群的数量。特别是减少了甲烷排放高峰期的甲烷细菌憨量。早稻田和晚稻田产甲烷菌种群数量分别比对照田降低20%-96.9%和94.3%~95.8%,且两系统土壤中甲烷细菌数量的差异达1%的显著水平。  相似文献

植物混种原位修复多环芳烃污染农田土壤   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
通过比较实验前后土壤微生物主要类群数量、PAHs降解菌数量、土壤PAHs含量和植物不同部位PAHs含量变化,评价植物单种和混种野外原位修复多环芳烃(PAHs)污染农田土壤的效果。结果显示,150 d天生长期内,黑麦草/小麦混种及黑麦草/蚕豆混种修复效果最好,对土壤PAHs总量的降解率分别达到了59.4%和64.8%。同时,这2个混种处理土壤细菌、真菌和PAHs降解菌数量分别显著高于相应的小麦、蚕豆和黑麦草单种处理。植物不同部位PAHs含量高低次序为根部>茎叶≈籽粒。混种模式下,蚕豆和小麦不同部位PAHs含量比单种模式的不同程度降低,特别是籽粒部。植物混种模式不仅显著提高了土壤PAHs的降解率,还降低了农作物体内PAHs含量,实现了边生产边修复,在污染农田土壤修复领域有着广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

红霉素对菲降解菌GY2B的毒性及抗生素后效应   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了解抗生素对环境污染物高效降解菌的生态效应,通过红霉素对菲高效降解菌GY2B的毒性实验以及抗生素后效应(PAE)的测定,研究了菌体细胞在红霉素作用下的生理、毒理指标以及后效应期间菌体的变化。结果表明,GY2B对红霉素的最高耐受(99.9%死亡率)浓度为25μg/mL,长期接触低于25μg/mL的红霉素可降低GY2B对药物敏感性,使其产生耐药性;当红霉素浓度高于最低抑菌浓度(0.25μg/mL)时,能显著降低菌体细胞的总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,引起活性氧对菌体的损伤,亦能显著降低乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力,但对菌体细胞有氧呼吸水平的影响会随着时间逐渐减弱;GY2B在短暂接触红霉素后2~3 h即可复苏生长(菌密度增加10倍),但红霉素能对GY2B产生明显的后效应,诱发细胞SOS修复机制和自溶现象,使得DNA含量发生显著变化。因此,环境中抗生素对污染物降解微生物的生态效应值得关注。  相似文献

抗生素菌渣堆肥进程中微生物群落的变化   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
将青霉素菌渣、林可霉素菌渣与牛粪等原料分别进行好氧堆肥实验,以考察堆肥过程中不同菌渣对微生物群落的影响。在堆制的41d里,根据温度变化分阶段采集堆肥样品,采用稀释倒平板法测定细菌、放线菌和真菌的数量。结果表明,菌渣不同,其堆肥中的微生物群落变化趋势不同。青霉素菌渣堆肥中细菌数量变化趋势为高一低,真菌数量变化趋势为高一低.高,放线菌数量为逐渐增加;林可霉素菌渣堆肥过程中细菌数量变化趋势为低一高一低,放线菌和真菌数量变化趋势为高.低.高。依据真菌菌落形态观察,菌渣堆肥中的真菌种类比对照牛粪堆肥单一,表明两种菌渣对堆肥中的微生物多样性均产生了不利影响。林可霉素菌渣堆肥初始时的细菌数量比对照低1个数量级,放线菌数量在整个堆肥进程中都明显低于对照,堆肥结束时,随着菌渣含量的增加,放线菌数量逐渐下降,高温期真菌数量下降幅度随着菌渣含量增加而加大,表明林可霉素菌渣对细菌、放线菌和真菌均有不同程度的抑制。堆肥化后菌渣中林可霉素残留量的减少表明,在一定条件下堆肥处理可以将抗生素菌渣无害化和资源化。  相似文献

对颗粒污泥中的微生物菌群进行了分离和鉴定,并确定纯种微生物的脱氮能力。颗粒污泥中含假单胞菌属5株。亚硝化单胞菌属7株,硝化杆菌属4株,气单胞菌属3株,黄单胞菌属2株,孢杆菌属4株,黄色杆菌属2株和产碱菌属2株。这些菌属中包含了参与硝化反应的亚硝化单胞菌属和硝化杆菌属微生物,以及有好氧反硝化能力的Pseudomonas和Alcaligenes菌。29株微生物摇瓶混合培养的脱氮试验结果表明,30h内有机物去除率为75%,氮去除率近50%。  相似文献

分别利用小麦、发光菌毒性测试技术研究了模拟丙烯腈废水以及几种处理工艺出水对小麦芽伸长、根伸长、发芽率和发光菌发光度的毒性效应差异。结果表明,丙烯腈对小麦芽伸长的毒性影响最大;各类物质对小麦根伸长和发芽率并未造成毒性影响;其他物质对发光菌发光度的毒性最大。模拟废水对小麦芽伸长、根伸长、发芽率和发光菌发光度的毒性效应分别为:部分相加、部分相加、协同和拮抗作用。几种处理工艺出水对上述指标的毒性影响顺序依次是:模拟废水加成出水活性炭吸附出水Fenton法出水;Fenton法出水模拟废水加成出水活性炭吸附出水;Fenton法出水活性炭吸附出水模拟废水加成出水;活性炭吸附出水加成出水Fenton法出水模拟废水。比较几种处理工艺出水的毒性发现,几乎每种废水的毒性都有所降低,这说明几种处理工艺能有效降低模拟废水的毒性,具有深刻的实际指导意义。  相似文献

陕北石油污染区土壤细菌群落结构解析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了解陕北地区石油污染对土壤微生物群落结构的影响,采用高通量测序对石油污染土壤中细菌群落结构进行研究,考察了石油污染土样的理化性质、可培养微生物数量及细菌群落结构,探讨石油污染程度与细菌群落结构间的关系。结果表明,石油污染土样中残油量为28.7~870.0mg/kg,相对于未污染土样,石油污染土样的总碳随残油量的增加呈增加趋势。石油污染土样中可培养细菌数量大于未污染土样,而可培养放线菌数量则相反。细菌群落结构分析表明,石油污染土样中细菌群落数量显著低于未污染土样,操作分类单元(OTU)数从未污染土样的7 707个最低下降到2 034个,且物种丰富度显著降低,其中厚壁菌门、放线菌门及变形菌门为优势菌群,随土壤残油量增加,厚壁菌门、变形菌门及拟杆菌门比例显著上升,而酸杆菌门、芽单胞菌门等比例则显著降低。  相似文献

反硝化抑制石油集输系统中硫酸盐还原菌的现场实验   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对长庆油田采油四厂艾家湾作业区集输系统中硫化氢气体浓度较高的问题,采用生物竞争抑制技术对该石油集输系统中H2S进行了处理和现场实验研究。研究结果表明,采用单井生物前端抑制可以使集输系统中沉降罐、污水罐中H2S气体浓度由最初的268mg/m^3降低至《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》(GBZ2—2002)要求的10mg/m^3以下。在实验周期内,系统中的反硝化细菌的数量随加药时间的延长逐渐增加,从最初的3000cfu/100mL增加至600000cfu/100mL,而此时系统内的ORP值由硫酸盐还原菌生存的最佳微环境(-300~-350mV)升高至反硝化细菌生存的最佳微环境(-50--100mV)。16SrDNA测序结果表明,反硝化微生物种群和数量增长很快,并得到适宜于艾家湾作业区集输系统中硫酸盐还原菌抑制的反硝化微生物主要是耐盐芽孢杆菌、产碱假单胞菌和奈瑟菌。完善了集输系统中硫酸盐还原菌次生H2S的生物抑制技术,证实了处理技术与实施工艺的可行性。  相似文献

小尺度水平上土壤污染物累积特征不仅与人们的生活直接相关,与社区环境管理和园林规划也有密切联系。选择北京市五环内具有不同植被格局(围绕式、行列式、混合式和群点式)的典型居民区为研究对象,通过小区内绿地的多点布点,调查分析表层土壤中的7种重金属元素(Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb、Mn)和16种优先控制多环芳烃(PAHs)的浓度;探究小尺度水平上,植被格局对绿地土壤重金属及多环芳烃累积的影响。结果表明:Cu、Zn、Cd和Pb为主要的重金属污染物;居民区土壤中,16种多环芳烃总量(Σ16PAHs)的浓度为88.1~2 844μg·kg~(-1),其主要来源于煤炭燃烧而非石油及其产物燃烧;行列式植被格局的绿地土壤中,主要重金属和PAHs污染物的浓度分布较为分散,高浓度污染物也往往出现在该类植被格局的土壤中;而群点式植被格局土壤中,主要重金属污染物以及本地指示性多环芳烃Ant、BaA和BaP的浓度中位值都较其他3种植被格局低。对行列式植被格局的小区进行土壤质量调查时,需要采集较多的样品数量才能获得代表性污染物浓度;同时,行列式植被格局有利于对污染物的截获,使绿地土壤起到吸纳污染物的作用,而群点式植被格局的绿地土壤环境质量较好,但是不利于发挥吸纳污染物的生态功能。  相似文献

The present study reports the effect of surfactants (rhamnolipids and triton X-100) on biodegradation of atrazine herbicide by strain A6, belonging to the genus Acinetobacter. The strain A6 was able to degrade nearly 80 % of the 250-ppm atrazine after 6 days of growth. The bacterium degraded atrazine by de-alkylation process. Bacterial cell surface hydrophobicity as well as atrazine solubility increased in the presence of surfactant. However, addition of surfactant to the mineral salt media reduced the rate and extent of atrazine degradation by decreasing the bioavailability of herbicide. On the contrary, addition of surfactant to atrazine-contaminated soil increased the rate and extent of biodegradation by increasing the bioavailability of herbicide. As compared to triton X-100, rhamnolipids were more efficient in enhancing microbial degradation of atrazine as a significant amount of atrazine was removed from the soil by rhamnolipids. Surfactants added for the purpose of hastening microbial degradation may have an unintended inhibitory effect on herbicide degradation depending upon contiguous condition, thus highlighting the fact that surfactant must be judiciously used in bioremediation of herbicides.  相似文献

A number of parasiticides are commercially available as companion animal treatments to protect against parasite infestation and are sold in large volumes. These treatments are not intended to enter the wider environment but may be washed off or excreted by treated animals and have ecotoxic impacts. A systematic literature review was conducted to identify the existing evidence for the toxicity of the six most used parasiticides in the UK: imidacloprid, fipronil, fluralaner, afoxolaner, selamectin, and flumethrin. A total of 17,207 published articles were screened, with 690 included in the final evidence synthesis. All parasiticides displayed higher toxicity towards invertebrates than vertebrates, enabling their use as companion animal treatments. Extensive evidence exists of ecotoxicity for imidacloprid and fipronil, but this focuses on exposure via agricultural use and is not representative of environmental exposure that results from use in companion animal treatments, especially in urban greenspace. Little to no evidence exists for the ecotoxicity of the remaining parasiticides. Despite heavy usage, there is currently insufficient evidence to understand the environmental risk posed by these veterinary treatments and further studies are urgently needed to quantify the levels and characterise the routes of environmental exposure, as well as identifying any resulting environmental harm.

The aim of this work was to evaluate effects of endophytic bacterium inoculation on plant growth and assess the possible mechanism of endophyte in heavy metal phytoremediation. Seeds of Solanum nigrum L. were inoculated with endophyte Serratia nematodiphila LRE07 and were subjected to Cd in the growing medium. Cd produced a significant inhibition on plant growth and a reduction in the content of photosynthetic pigments. The inoculation of endophytic bacterium alleviated the Cd-induced changes, resulting in more biomass production and higher photosynthetic pigments content of leaves compared with non-symbiotic ones. The beneficial effect was more obvious at relatively low Cd concentration (10 μM). Based on the alteration of nutrient uptake and activated oxygen metabolism in infected plants, the possible mechanisms of endophytic bacterium in Cd phytotoxicity reduction can be concluded as uptake enhancement of essential mineral nutrition and improvement in the antioxidative enzymes activities in infected plant.  相似文献

The role of vegetation in mitigating the effects of PM10 pollution has been highlighted as one potential benefit of urban greenspace. An integrated modelling approach is presented which utilises air dispersion (ADMS-Urban) and particulate interception (UFORE) to predict the PM10 concentrations both before and after greenspace establishment, using a 10 × 10 km area of East London Green Grid (ELGG) as a case study. The corresponding health benefits, in terms of premature mortality and respiratory hospital admissions, as a result of the reduced exposure of the local population are also modelled. PM10 capture from the scenario comprising 75% grassland, 20% sycamore maple (Acer pseudoplatanus L.) and 5% Douglas fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii (Mirb.) Franco) was estimated to be 90.41 t yr−1, equating to 0.009 t ha−1 yr−1 over the whole study area. The human health modelling estimated that 2 deaths and 2 hospital admissions would be averted per year.  相似文献

The organisms living on and in the sea floor, the benthos, represent an important ecological group. Although some (shellfish) have an economic value, most do not, and so little long-term data are available. We have identified three sources of historic benthic data for the North Sea, a regional sea that has been subjected to multiple human impacts for at least several hundred years. Each dataset has its limitations, but by their use together some issues emerge. Wider community shifts were observed in the shorter term and a number of extirpations at the scale of the North Sea were seen over longer time scales. The extirpated taxa share a number of characteristics consistent with an effect of fisheries such as fragile morphology. We must concentrate now on furthering our understanding of the ecological significance of shifts in dominance of particular functional units and protecting those habitats and species most vulnerable to fisheries-driven extirpation.  相似文献

A significant percentage of bisphenol A and nonylphenol removal in municipal wastewater treatment plants relies on biodegradation. Nonetheless, incomplete information is available concerning their degradation pathways performed by microbial communities in activated sludge systems. Hydroquinone dioxygenase (HQDO) is a specific degradation marker enzyme, involved in bisphenol A and nonylphenol biodegradation, and it can be produced by axenic cultures of the bacterium Sphingomonas sp. strain TTNP3. Proteomics, a technique based on the analysis of microbial community proteins, was applied to this strain. The bacterium proteome map was obtained and a HQDO subunit was successfully identified. Additionally, the reliability of the applied proteomics protocol was evaluated in activated sludge samples. Proteins belonging to Sphingomonas were searched at decreasing biomass ratios, i.e. serially diluting the bacterium in activated sludge. The protein patterns were compared and Sphingomonas proteins were discriminated against the ones from sludge itself on 2D-gels. The detection limit of the applied protocol was defined as 10?3 g TTNP3 g?1 total suspended solids (TSSs). The results proved that proteomics can be a promising methodology to assess the presence of specific enzymes in activated sludge samples, however improvements of its sensitivity are still needed.  相似文献

以地处贵州中部的红枫湖水库为研究区,2010年的ALOS影像为基础,利用B3、B4(三波段和四波段)的乘积影像研究红枫湖水库库区表面的叶绿素a分布情况。结果表明,库区水体叶绿素a浓度在空间分布上呈现自三岔河入水口到北湖逐渐降低,沿岸边向湖中心逐渐降低的态势。探讨了适宜该库区的水体叶绿素a的提取方法,并引入基于费歇尔准则的最优分割算法,利用计算机编程实现了该库区叶绿素a分布水平的最优分划。这一系列针对该库区水体叶绿素a提取、分析和监测的优化方法,对该水源地的污染监测和库区的生态治理有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

It has been increasingly recognized that taxonomic diversity indices have a number of desirable properties as an indicator for assessing ecological quality status, in particular their less sensitivity to natural habitat type and sampling effort but more to environmental stress and anthropogenic impact, and a statistical framework for the assessment of the significance of departure from expectation. Taxonomic patterns of macroinvertebrate fauna for assessing ecological quality status were studied based on six datasets collected from intertidal zones of the Yellow Sea, near Qingdao, northern China, during the period of 1989?C1998. The invertebrate communities were sampled yearly at five stations with different bottom types during summer season (June). A total of 141 macroinvertebrate taxa were identified belonging 119 genera, 81 families, 34 orders, 19 classes, and 10 phyla. Multivariate analyses demonstrated that the taxonomic patterns of invertebrate fauna represented a significant variation in long-term temporal scale during the study period. The average taxonomic distinctness indices (??+) decreased to a significantly low level, while the variation in taxonomic distinctness measures (??+) increased to a significantly high level compared with the expected values from 1989 to 1998. The pairwise indices of ??+ and (??+) showed a decreasing and increasing trend of departure from the expected taxonomic breadth in response to the environmental stress and anthropogenic impact, respectively. These results imply that the ecological quality status has been significantly deteriorated due to the increasing environmental stress and anthropogenic impact in intertidal zones of the Yellow Sea, northern China, and that the taxonomic distinctness indices of macroinvertebrate fauna are a robust indicator for evaluating ecological quality status.  相似文献
