酸性甲醛改性对花生壳吸附重金属离子的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
花生壳的酸性甲醛改性对重金属离子的吸附有较大影响.改性过程使花生壳中一些含有羟基、羧基、芳香环、C-O和C-O-C键的混合物被脱除.改性后花生壳的等电点略有升高,而和羧基有关的表面负电荷量则明显降低.混合物的脱除使Pb2 的吸附量明显降低,Cr3 、Cu2 的吸附量改变不大.改性使羧基减少的同时也暴露了新的Cr3 、Cu2 的吸附位点.改性还有利于增加重金属离子在花生壳内孔中的传质速率,从而使吸附达到平衡的时间略有减少.  相似文献

SRT影响MBR污泥体系去除污染物动力学研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
利用Eckenfelder公式得出了MBR系统中不同污泥停留时间底物降解速率和氨氮的去除速率,结果表明在对数增长阶段和减数增长阶段,SRT为17 d时,对有机底物的降解速率和氨氮的去除速率都高于SRT为8、27、37和42 d的污泥系统对两者的去除,说明SRT对MBR污泥系统的活性有较大影响,确定排泥时间应综合考虑污泥活性、污泥产量和膜通量等因素.  相似文献

研究了嗜酸性硫杆菌(Thiobacillus)生物沥滤法和1:1硫酸化学沥滤法分离回收制革污泥中的铬.比较了嗜酸性硫杆菌生物沥滤法和化学沥滤法回收制革污泥铬过程中pH、氧化还原电位(ORP)、沉降比(SV)以及铬的沥滤率的变化.试验结果表明,pH是影响制革污泥中铬的沥滤率的关键因素.生物沥滤法在使污泥pH大幅度降低的同时,能很好地改善污泥的沉降性能,对铬的沥滤效果好于化学沥滤法.  相似文献

机油高效降解菌群筛选及降解效果初探   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
从多处受石油污染的土壤中经过初步筛选、混合驯化得到以机油为唯一碳源进行生长代谢的混合菌群.利用此混合菌群进行的降解实验结果表明,该菌群对高浓度机油废水具有较强的降解能力,初始含机油约2.0 g/L的人工废水.接种量为0.1%(菌体湿重/培养液体积),经过7 d的降解,机油可降至403 mg/L,降解率达81.4%;对不同浓度机油废水的降解实验结果表明,在静态实验条件下,机油质量浓度在不高于1 000 mg/L(含1 075 mg/L),混合菌群在降解过程中能自行从降解产酸的不良环境中恢复,机油质量浓度在2 000 mg/L以上,初期产酸较多,pH下降幅度较大,在7 d的周期内,废水pH无法恢复,说明在降解后期仍有大量有机酸积累而未被彻底降解;与葡萄糖共基质的降解实验结果表明,经过7 d的降解.不超过150 mg/L,的葡萄糖与1 000 mg/L机油组成的共基质体系中,机油降解基本不受葡萄糖加入的影响,但可加强早期的降解速率.而葡萄糖高于150 mg/L时,则会对混合菌群的除油率产生抑制,抑制程度随着葡萄糖浓度的提高而加大.  相似文献

九寨沟公路和栈道降雨径流污染负荷过程的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对九寨沟国家公园中的公路和游客栈道进行了人工降雨试验的设计、操作和测试数据分析.模拟试验选择6处公路和栈道试验区,采用人工降雨方法模拟雨量出现概率60%、历时30 min的降雨.试验按3 min间隔对各试验场降雨径流带出的总磷负荷进行现场监测.研究结果提供了在具有代表性的降雨条件对总磷营养物输出的定量估计.尤其对公路和栈道降雨径流特征获得了认识:污染物初始冲刷浓度期延续约3 min;在降雨强度不变的情况下,污染物负荷率接近常量.大部分污染物负荷可由出现频率较大的小降雨事件输出.表明研究结果提供了一种思路,即可采用平均负荷方式取代过去的平均浓度方式去构建公路和栈道的负荷模型.  相似文献

根据混凝反应的基本原理,针对低浊度微污染原水的特性,设计了一种新型一体化水力强化混凝净水器.研究了使用该设备及相应混凝药剂处理低浊度、微污染珠江原水的最佳工艺条件.实验结果表明,该净水器在较高的进水流速范围内对低浊度原水有很好的处理效果.在适宜条件下,净水器的出水经过沙滤后浊度<0.12 NTU;在使用CGA和PAC的强化混凝条件下,净水器对原水中所含的有机物也有较好的去除作用.  相似文献

The research on ultrasound (US) enhanced electrochemical oxidation of Phenol (Ph) on boron-doped diamond (BDD) and Pt electrodes is studied. The enhancement by US on BDD is much greater than for Pt. With the assistance of US, the degradation rate and current efficiency on BDD are increased by 301% and 100%, respectively, while those on Pt are 51% and 49%. The difference of the enhancement on these two electrodes is caused by the fact that mass transport, adsorption amount and electrode reaction affected by US on BDD are different from those of Pt. The kinetics investigation on intermediates formed during electrochemical degradation show that the variety of intermediates produced on BDD is less than for Pt. In the presence of US, on both electrodes, no change occurred to the amounts of the intermediate species. However, time for intermediates to reach the highest concentration is cut down. This effect for degradation of Ph on BDD is more obvious than for Pt. The present research indicates that BDD is suitable for degradation of Ph by US assisted electrochemical oxidation.  相似文献

Rhizoremediation is a significant form of bioremediation for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). This study examined the role of molecular structure in determining the rhizosphere effect on PAHs dissipation. Effect size in meta-analysis was employed as activity dataset for building quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) models and accumulative effect sizes of 16 PAHs were used for validation of these models. Based on the genetic algorithm combined with partial least square regression, models for comprehensive dataset, Poaceae dataset, and Fabaceae dataset were built. The results showed that information indices, calculated as information content of molecules based on the calculation of equivalence classes from the molecular graph, were the most important molecular structural indices for QSAR models of rhizosphere effect on PAHs dissipation. The QSAR model, based on the molecular structure indices and effect size, has potential to be used in studying and predicting the rhizosphere effect of PAHs dissipation.  相似文献

Three different risk assessment procedures are described that aim to protect freshwater habitats from risks of the photosynthesis-inhibiting herbicides metribuzin and metamitron. These procedures are (1) the first-tier approach, based on standard toxicity tests and the application of an assessment factor, (2) the Species Sensitivity Distribution (SSD) approach, based on laboratory tests with a wider array of species and the application of a statistical model to calculate the HCx (the Hazardous Concentration for x% of the species), and (3) the model ecosystem approach, based on the evaluation of treatment-related effects in field enclosures. A comparison of the risk assessment procedures reveals that the first-tier approach is the most conservative for metamitron and metribuzin, and that HC5 values (and even HC10 values) based on acute EC50 values of algae and aquatic vascular plants may be used to derive maximum permissible concentrations for single applications. For both compounds these HC5 values were very similar to the ecological threshold concentrations in the enclosure studies. In contrast to model ecosystem experiments, however, HCx values based on lab toxicity tests do not provide information on the recovery potential of sensitive endpoints and on indirect effects, which may be important for regulatory decision-making. In the enclosure study, indirect effects of metribuzin on invertebrate populations were observed at an exposure concentration that was approximately 20 times lower than the corresponding HC5 value based on lab toxicity data for aquatic invertebrates.  相似文献

基于膜吸收技术自制双层平板式膜吸收器,搭建净化低浓度甲醛和氨气污染模拟系统,考察不同膜结构参数、进气流量、吸收剂流量等因素对其净化效果的影响。结果表明,聚偏氟乙烯PVDF对低浓度甲醛和氨气的净化效率高于聚四氟乙烯PTFE。对同一材质膜,随着膜孔隙率的增大,甲醛和氨气的净化率呈上升趋势。随着进气流量的增加。甲醛和氨气的净化效率降低;而吸收剂流量对其净化效率影响不大。对于所有实验条件,平均膜孔径为0.22μm的PVDF4#在进气流量ug=120L/h时,甲醛和氨气的净化效率最高,分别达94.7%和96.3%。  相似文献

In the preceding series of contributions to ESPR typical examples from actual fields of water chemistry were presented on various topics: integrated water quality management, diagnosis of water bodies, therapy of aquatic systems, and fitness for aquatic systems. These contributions clearly showed the need and importance of more intensive research. In the principle committee III 'Basic Research' of the Water Chemical Society, various expert groups work on scientific backgrounds in these fields. Some relevant topics are selected in this outlook, mainly on interactions of solids with water, the role of environmental colloids, the development of modern biochemical methods for diagnosis, the impact of chemical speciation on bioavailability and water technology, and the development of advanced methods in water treatment technology. Innovative approaches to understand the interactions between pollutants, water and solids are crucial for assessment of contaminants with biochemical and analytical methods, for the development of new efficient technologies and for application of treatment methods with little or no waste and by-product formation.  相似文献

Abstract

A method is described for the determination of organochlorine and organophosphate pesticide residues in fruits, vegetables and sediments. The concentrated solvent extract was sealed in a polymeric membrane tube, dialysed in cyclohexane and the solvent replaced with hexane. The organophosphates were analysed on a specific thermionic detector without further clean‐up. For the organochlorine pesticides the extract was eluted through 3 g of alumina and analysed on GC/ECD. The clean‐up for sediment extract was carried out on a10 g alumina column with 100 mL hexane containing 5% acetone and the eluate was concentrated to 5 mL.

The detection limit for organophosphates on a 40 g sample and a final volume of 10 mL was on the average 0.01 mg/kg. The detection limit for organochlorine pesticides, with the final volume of 25 mL, was 0.005 mg/kg for all pesticides except for p,p'‐DDT and endosulfan sulphate, which was 0.01 mg/kg.

The detection limit for oganochlorine pesticides in sediment, with the final volume of 2 mL, was less than 1 μg/kg and for organophosphate pesticides less than 10 μg/kg when the final volume was made to 0.5 mL. At the detection limits the method produced a very high coefficient of variation for both organochlorine and organophosphate pesticides.  相似文献

This simulated field study investigated patterns of spray deposition on the clothing of lawn care applicators using a tank truck and handheld spray gun. The purpose was to provide a basis for designing a protective garment for lawn care specialists. The influence of flow rate and experience level of applicators on spray deposition was studied. FD&C Blue #1 dye was sprayed simultaneously by novice and experienced applicators in timed walks. There were four replications at full and at reduced flow rates. Spray garments were cut into 23 pieces representing body parts. Dye was recovered using four rinses of distilled water and analyzed by standard spectrophotometric techniques. Significantly more dye was deposited on the lower portion of the body, both front and back legs, than on other body parts. The amount on the lower legs accounted for 59% of the total, while hands accounted for 28%. There was a tendency for experienced applicators to have more dye on their clothing than the novice applicators. The amount of dye deposition did not differ significantly with flow rate. The findings provide a basis for designing clothing and developing recommendations to improve protection for lawn care specialists.  相似文献

To determine the effects of concentration history on slow sorption processes, desorption kinetic profiles for trichloroethene (TCE) were measured for a soil at 100% relative humidity subject to different exposure concentrations and exposure times. Exposure concentrations ranged from 1% to 80% of the saturation vapor pressure (Ps) for TCE, and exposure times (i.e., time allowed for sorption before desorption begins) ranged from 1 to 96 days. A spherical diffusion model based on a gamma distribution of sorption rates and a gamma distribution of desorption rates was developed and applied to the data. At 80% P/Ps, the entire gamma distributions of sorption and desorption rates were available for TCE. In accordance with a micropore filling mechanism, the fraction of these distributions available for TCE sorption decreased with decreasing P/Ps. Experimental results are consistent with a micropore-filling mechanism, where the amount of slow desorbing mass decreased with decreasing exposure time, and the fraction of slow desorbing sites filled decreased with decreasing exposure concentration. Simulation results suggest that diffusion limits the rates that micropores fill, and that rates of sorption and desorption for soil contaminated at smaller values of P/Ps are, on average, less than those at larger values of P/Ps (i.e., slow desorption rates are a function of exposure concentration). Simulation results also suggest that the model adequately describes the effects of exposure concentration and exposure time on the rates of sorption and desorption, but not on the capacity of the slow sites for TCE. This work is important because contaminant concentrations in the subsurface vary in space and time, and the proposed model represents a new and mechanistically based approach to capture the effects of this heterogeneity on slow desorption.  相似文献

Rare-earth elements (REEs) have been used in fertilizers in the agriculture of China for about 20 years. They have been shown to be beneficial elements for plants. For example, they have improved the yield and quality for several kinds of crops. This paper reviews the current literature on studies of REEs being used as fertilizers. Some studies have focused on the effects of REEs on metabolic nutrients, photosynthesis and stress resistance of plants. Other studies have shown that the environmental behaviors of REEs in soil are dominated by their low solubility. Fluorides, carbonates, phosphates and hydroxides may form neutral complexes containing REEs with a low solubility. The amount of extraneous REEs demonstrate the following relationship: residual > bound to organic matter > bound to Fe-Mn oxides > bound to carbonate > exchangeable and water soluble forms. The adsorption capacity of REEs depends on the clay type and the content of amorphous and manganese oxides, whereas the desorption of REEs is usually very low. At the end of the paper, authors discuss the needs for future environmental research on REEs, which would shed new light on the effects of REEs on agriculture, environment and human health.  相似文献
