采用龙须眼子菜(Potamogeton pectinatus)干样为实验材料,研究了龙须眼子菜对溶液中镉、铅吸附的基本特征。相同浓度不同时间条件下的吸附实验结果显示,龙须眼子菜对溶液中镉、铅离子的吸附速度很快,大约20min就能达到平衡,吸附的限速过程是小孔扩散过程,随着时间的延长,吸附的动力学特征可用假二次方程描述。相同时间不同浓度条件下的吸附实验结果显示,龙须眼子菜对镉、铅的最大吸附量分别能达到32368和24776mg·kg-1,吸附的浓度动力学特征符合Langmuir曲线方程。所有结果都表明,龙须眼子菜能有效地从溶液中去除镉和铅,可以用于水体镉、铅污染的植物修复,也可把龙须眼子菜干样作为一种新的吸附剂用于去除工业废水中的镉和铅。  相似文献

Fluorochemicals (FCs) are oxidatively recalcitrant, environmentally persistent, and resistant to most conventional treatment technologies. FCs have unique physiochemical properties derived from fluorine which is the most electronegative element. Perfluorooctanesulfonate (PFOS), and perfluorooctanoate (PFOA) have been detected globally in the hydrosphere, atmosphere and biosphere. Reducing treatment technologies such as reverses osmosis, nano-filtration and activated carbon can remove FCs from water. However, incineration of the concentrated waste is required for complete FC destruction. Recently, a number of alternative technologies for FC decomposition have been reported. The FC degradation technologies span a wide range of chemical processes including direct photolysis, photocatalytic oxidation, photochemical oxidation, photochemical reduction, thermally-induced reduction, and sonochemical pyrolysis. This paper reviews these FC degradation technologies in terms of kinetics, mechanism, energetic cost, and applicability. The optimal PFOS/PFOA treatment method is strongly dependent upon the FC concentration, background organic and metal concentration, and available degradation time.  相似文献

模拟电子垃圾热回收处理过程,将丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)、四溴双酚A(TBBPA)分别与4种金属(Cu、Fe、Zn和Ni)进行混合,在自制的加热装置内开展了不同气氛、不同温度条件下热解实验研究。对产物溴代二噁英(PBDD/Fs)检测显示,2,3,7,8-TBDF、2,3,7,8-TBDD及1,2,3,4,7,8-与1,2,3,6,7,8-Hx BDD为主要产物,其中2,3,7,8-TBDF含量最高,约占总PBDD/Fs的12%~90%。反应生成的8种2,3,7,8-PBDD/Fs浓度范围为0.05~2 082 ng·g-1。在同等实验条件下,温度升高有利于ABS塑料混合物中PBDD/Fs的生成。Cu、Fe、Zn和Ni四种金属都具有催化效应。空气、氮气气氛下热解实验显示,空气气氛下PBDD/Fs的生成量大,2种条件下生成的二噁英总量比值在0.8~99.6之间变化。无金属催化条件下此比值变化范围较小,为0.8~1.5;在金属参与条件下,此比值变化范围加大,为1.2~99.6;其中,在Cu和Fe参与下,此比值较高。各种热解条件下形成的PBDD/Fs都具有PBDFsPBDDs的特征。研究结果说明,虽然无金属参与条件下含TBBPA的ABS热解生成溴代二噁英浓度较低,但金属(如Cu等)存在时,此类污染物的浓度显著增加。  相似文献

为了评价环境中五氯酚(PCP)和八氯代二苯并二噁英(OCDD)对水环境以及鱼类的影响,以斑马鱼为模式生物,研究了PCP和OCDD对其胚胎发育的单一及复合毒性效应.结果表明,PCP单独暴露(浓度25μg·L-1~5mg·L-1)对斑马鱼胚胎发育具有较强的毒性效应,可导致胚胎孵化率显著下降,死亡率、畸形率显著上升,而OCDD单独暴露(200、500μg·L-1)对斑马鱼胚胎发育没有明显的毒性效应;OCDD与环境浓度的PCP复合暴露(OCDD+PCP1:250μg·L-1+25μg·L-1;OCDD+PCP2:250μg·L-1+50μg·L-1)对斑马鱼胚胎的存活与发育等没有显著影响,对斑马鱼胚胎内CYP1A基因表达以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的酶活力也没有显著影响,在实验浓度下二者共存没有明显的复合毒性效应。  相似文献

Background, Goal and Scope

The plasticiser DEHP is suspected to affect the human reproductive system as an endocrine disruptor (Latini et al. 2004). A meta-analysis was performed to compare annual production amounts and daily uptake of DEHP.

Methods

For this purpose, production data were used from annual publications of the Federal Statistical German Agency (Statistiches Bundesamt) and daily uptake values on the basis of urinary secretion of DEHP metabolites from Wittassek et al. (2007a).

Results

It is shown that the daily uptake of DEHP by German university students is strictly and almost perfectly correlated with the industrial production of DEHP in Germany (correlation coefficient >0.9).

Discussion

The annual production amounts are reflected by the daily uptake values. When the production amount is high, the uptake increases; when the production amount is low, the uptake decreases.

Conclusions

This strict correlation allows the extrapolation of daily DEHP uptake for the 1970s years. On this basis it can be assumed that, at least for a part of the German population, the TDI of 50 μg/kg BW/day was exceeded. Because of their higher susceptibility and, therefore, higher uptake rate (Becker et al. 2004), a considerable exposure for infants might have occurred in these years.  相似文献

Husk of tur dal (Cajanus cajan) was investigated as a new biosorbent for the removal of Fe (III) and Cr (VI) ions from aqueous solutions. Parameters like agitation time, adsorbent dosage and pH were studied at different initial Fe (III) and Cr (VI) concentrations. The biosorptive capacity of the Tur dal husk was dependent on the pH of the chromium and iron solution, with pH 2 and 2.5 respectively being optimal. The adsorption data fit well with Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models. The practical limiting adsorption capacity (qmax) calculated from the Langmuir isotherm was 96.05 mg of Cr(VI)/ g of the biosorbent at an initial pH of 2.0 and 66.65 mg/g at pH 2.5. The infrared spectra of the biomass revealed that hydroxyl, carboxyl and amide bonds are involved in the uptake of Cr (VI) and Fe (III) ions. Characterisation of tur dal husk has revealed that it is an excellent material for treating wastewaters containing low concentration of metal ions.  相似文献

Predators can have significant nonlethal effects on prey by modifying prey behaviour through chemically mediated interactions. We examined behavioural responses of wood frog (Ranasylvatica) and American toad (Bufoamericanus) tadpoles to both direct and indirect chemical signals associated with a predatory odonate (Anaxjunius). In laboratory trials, tadpoles of both species responded strongly to water conditioned with Anax nymphs by decreasing foraging rates, becoming immobile, and moving away from the stimulus. The responses to water conditioned with starved Anax versus Anax that fed on conspecific tadpoles did not differ significantly; these results suggest that tadpoles rely primarily on direct signals to detect odonates. Rana did not respond to water conditioned with conspecific tissue extracts, while Bufo responded with behaviours that were indistinguishable from those of tadpoles exposed to Anax chemicals. In a field experiment, the responses of R. sylvatica tadpoles to Anax chemicals were similar to those of tadpoles observed in the laboratory. Collectively, our data indicate that tadpoles of both species use chemical cues to assess predation risk from other community members. Tadpoles can selectively distinguish members who pose a threat, and only evacuate food patches or reduce foraging rates when in danger. 磷系阻燃剂对人体的潜在毒性作用引起了国内外研究者的广泛关注。肾脏是机体重要的排毒器官,若肾脏细胞受损,可能影响肾脏功能的正常发挥。本研究以人胚肾细胞HEK293为研究对象,结合传统毒理学实验,筛选出磷酸三苯酯(TPP)及磷酸三(2-氯异丙基)酯(TCPP)诱导人胚肾细胞HEK293凋亡的关键靶标基因p53。在此基础上采用分子对接模拟和光谱法分析发现,TPP和TCPP分别以嵌插方式和沟槽方式结合p53-DNA,改变基因片段的框架结构,启动分子起始事件,通过影响相关基因(Bax、Hrk、Bcl-2和Bad)的表达量,导致线粒体途径释放cyt c,最终激活Caspase 7实现细胞凋亡。研究结果阐明了此类污染物诱导凋亡的作用机制,为毒害化学品的污染防控提供理论依据。  相似文献

城市大气总悬浮颗粒物是造成全球大部分城市空气污染严重的原因之一,世界各国对之已进行过很多的研究。大量的研究显示,总悬浮颗粒物的污染非常严重,是影响城市空气质量的首要污染物。总悬浮颗粒物的源以人为来源为主,其汇则以湿沉降为主。总悬浮颗粒物对城市气候的影响主要通过2种方式:一种是通过散射或吸收太阳辐射直接影响气候;另一种是以云凝结核的形式改变云的光学特性和云的分布而间接影响气候。但是总悬浮颗粒物与城市热岛相互关系的研究目前还未受到应有的关注,总悬浮颗粒物与城市热岛的相互作用尚未有定论,总悬浮颗粒物既有促进城市热岛形成,也有促进城市冷岛形成的研究报道。文章认为可从如下3个方面探讨总悬浮颗粒物与城市热岛的相互关系:(1)总悬浮颗粒物在城市热岛中的贡献;(2)总悬浮颗粒物影响城市热岛的作用机理;(3)总悬浮颗粒物与城市植被和城市热岛的相互关系及植被对总悬浮颗粒物的净化、对城市热岛的缓解。研究总悬浮颗粒物与城市热岛的相互关系为制定科学合理的城市大气总悬浮颗粒物污染防治措施,有效缓解现代城市热岛难题提供理论依据。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to evaluate polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) contamination levels in roe and red deer from north-western Poland and to assess environmental pollution in this area. A quantitative analysis was conducted using a capillary gas chromatography/mass spectrometry method. The mean concentrations of ΣPCBs (sum of PCBs: 28, 52, 101, 138, 153, 180) in liver samples were 30.24±12.35 ng·g?1 of lipid weight (l.w.) in roe deer and 60.13±14.23 ng·g?1 l.w. in red deer, compared with 24.21±10.02 and 45.22±9.77 ng·g?1 in the lungs of roe and red deer, respectively. PCBs 138, 153 and 180 were the dominant congeners in the liver samples of the analysed animals, whereas PCB 138 and 153 in the lungs. TEQs levels calculated for only dioxin-like PCBs were low: 0.32 and 0.29 pg WHO-PCB-TEQ·g?1 fat in liver of red deer and roe deer, respectively. The mean PCB concentrations obtained in our study for organs of roe deer and red deer were several times lower than those reported elsewhere. These findings show that the investigated roe and red deer originated from an area with low levels of PCB contamination.  相似文献

通过土培试验研究了10个来自不同产地的玉米(Zea mays)品种对重金属铅和镉的累积特性。结果表明,重金属铅(400 mg·kg-1)和镉(10 mg·kg-1)复合胁迫条件下,玉米不同生育期累积铅的能力从大到小依次为成熟期、拔节期和苗期,累积镉的能力从大到小依次为苗期、拔节期和成熟期。玉米各部位铅镉吸收量从大到小依次为根、茎、叶和籽粒。供试的10个玉米品种中籽粒铅含量均超过GB 2715—2005《粮食卫生标准》中的规定(≤0.2 mg·kg-1),广甜3号、国审浚79-5、兴黄单892、晋单51和北科4号籽粒镉含量符合GB 2715—2005中的卫生标准(≤0.1 mg·kg-1)。其中,广甜3号对镉的累积量最小,可以在中、轻度污染土壤上推广种植。  相似文献

While investigating the effect of fluoride on the green alga, Enteromorpha, healthy chains of the centric diatom, Melosira nummuloides appeared in cultures containing a small piece of Enteromorpha, nutrient medium and all concentrations of fluoride, as Na2SiF6 to 160 p.p.m. Both the Melosira alone and the Enteromorpha, accompanied by Melosira, were transferred into a culture medium (germ intercepting filtrate, S=30g./kg. to which 0.4 ml./1. of the plant nutrient 'Kerigrow' was added) with a normal fluoride content; after three weeks the Melosira alone was present only in short, broken chains, whereas that in the presence of Enteromorpha had formed long, healthy chains.  相似文献

研究了从污水处理厂的活性污泥和塑料厂排污口土壤中分离到的两株邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DE-HP)降解菌CQ0110Y和CQ0110G对DEHP的适宜降解条件以及其降解特性.结果表明,CQ0110Y和CQ0110G的适宜pH范围分别为6.0—8.0和6.0—7.5;适宜温度范围分别为20-35℃和25—35℃.当DEHP初始浓度小于1350mg/L时,它们对DEHP的降解反应符合一级动力学特征,DEHP半减期分别为:t1/2(CQ0110Y)=1.59d,t1/2(CQ0110G)=2.00d.,两株菌对DEHP均具有高效降解能力.图2表2参7  相似文献

A study was conducted on anaerobic digestion of potato waste and cattle manure mixture, inoculated with 12% inoculum and diluted to 1:1 substrate water ratio at 37 +/- 1 degrees C. Initially pH of substrate was found to be 4.5 to 5.0. Lime and sodium bicarbonate solutions were employed to adjust the pH to 7.5. Biogas production continued up to 10 and 7 days, when lime and sodium bicarbonate solutions were used to adjust the pH, respectively. Biogassification potential was studied in response to different ratio of waste and cattle manure. Biogas production rate was higher when potato waste and cattle manure were used in 50:50 ratio. Effect of two different concentrations (2.5 and 5.0 ppm) of three heavy metals viz. (Ni (II), Zn (II) and Cd (II)) on anaerobic digestion of substrate (potato waste--cattle manure, 50:50) was studied. At 2.5 ppm, all the three heavy metals increased biogas production rate over the control value. The percentage increase in biogas production over the control was highest by Cd, followed by Ni and Zn. In all the treatments, methane content of biogas increased with increase in time after feeding. Various physico-chemical parameters viz. total solids, total volatile solids, total organic carbon and chemical oxygen demand considerably declined after 7 days of digestion and decline was greater in presence of heavy metals as compared to control. The physico-chemical parameters revealed maximum decrease in the presence of 2.5-ppm concentrations of heavy metals with the substrate. Among all the three heavy metals employed in the study, Cd++ at 2.5 ppm was found to produce maximum biogas production rate. The use of three heavy metals to enhance biogas production from potato and other horticultural waste is discussed.  相似文献

Eichhornia crassipes (Ec) and Lemna minor (Lm) are aquatic plants. They are considered as weeds of the water and approach being a scourge in many parts of the world, choking waterways and hindering transport upon them. At the same time they are known to readily remove heavy metal ions from water. This paper considers the use of non-living plants as novel and inexpensive biosorbent for the removal of As(V) from watersheds. In the first place they were conditioned and characterised to determine their physicochemical and surface properties and in the second place their adsorption properties for As(V) from aqueous solution were evaluated considering the toxicity of this metalloid in the environment. It describes the methodology to prepare the non-living biomasses; the physicochemical characterisation by SEM, XRD, FTIR, TGA analyses and surface characterisation of Ec and Lm by specific surface, hydration kinetic, point of zero charge determination by mass titration, active site density and XPS analysis are described. Both studied biomasses were found to be potential bio-sorbents for arsenic ions from aqueous solution. According to their efficiency to remove arsenic, they can be used in a very low cost metalloid ions removal system.  相似文献
