A great step toward the improvement of safety at work was made when electrosensitive protective devices (ESPDs) were applied to the protection of press and robot-assisted manufacturing system operators. The way the device is mounted is crucial. The parameters of ESPD mounting that ensure safe distance from the controlled dangerous zone are response time, sensitivity, and the dimensions of the detection zone. The proposed experimental procedure of response time measurement is realized in two steps, with a test piece penetrating the detection zone twice. In the first step, low-speed penetration (at a speed vm) enables the detection zone border to be localized. In the second step of measurement, the probe is injected at a high speed Vd. The actuator rod position is measured and when it is equal to the value L registered by the earlier measurements, counting time begins as well as the monitoring of the state of the equipment under test (EUT) output relays. After the state changes, time tp is registered. The experimental procedure is realized on a special experimental stand. Because the stand has been constructed for certification purposes, the design satisfies the requirements imposed by Polski Komitet Normalizacyjny (PKN, 1995). The experimental results prove the measurement error to be smaller than ± 0.6 ms.  相似文献

自由飞行能够提高空域容量从而缓解空域拥挤问题,在保障自由飞行安全性的基础上尽可能减小飞机的安全间距,需要研究自由飞行条件下飞机的安全评估问题。分析了所需CNS性能、防撞系统、风的因素等自由飞行下航空器定位误差的影响因素,考虑到航空器定位误差在短时间内具有累积性,提出采用INS、GPS数据融合算法对定位误差进行周期性修正。给出修正后的航空器定位误差分布在时间上的变化规律,并将其运用到自由飞行下碰撞风险评估中。结果表明,碰撞风险随安全间距增加呈下降趋势,以1.5×10-8次/飞行小时的目标安全水平为例,对航空器定位误差修正的最小安全间距为8 600 m,不对航空器定位误差进行修正的最小安全间距为9 100 m。  相似文献

为缓解我国目前飞行流量日渐增加、空域紧张等情况,提出了一种系统评估航空器雷达间隔的新方法。首先,介绍了雷达间隔研究所使用的基准系统比较法,给出了分析方法和评估流程;其次,在综合考虑影响飞行安全各种因素的基础上,利用近距离危险接近概率(CAP)模型和基准系统比较法,建立了航空器间的雷达间隔评估模型,可对航空器飞行安全进行量化分析评估;最后,利用统计学知识和实测数据对该方法进行对比验证。结果表明:1)不同精度的雷达与雷达安全间隔密切相关,直接影响空中交通流量和航空器的运行效率;2)对于普通二次雷达,N-N模型更能反映雷达角度误差的分布情况;3)当雷达间隔为5 n mile时,危险进近概率为1.382 1×10-11,用精度更低(雷达角度误差为0.138 13)的雷达替换时,为保证航空器飞行安全,雷达间隔应增大到5.3 n mile;4)使用高精度雷达进行管制指挥和监控,可提高飞行流量,缓解航班延误,提升管制效率。  相似文献

基于MPEG视频压缩技术的基本原理,提出了一种地点车速测定的新方法。该方法克服了雷达测速对测速角度要求苛刻、干扰正常行车而导致测量误差大的问题。借助普通的VTR录像机拍摄行车录像,应用视频处理软件VirtualDub,人工判读获取车辆接触两固定检测线的时间间隔,即可近似计算获得地点车速。实际应用中可通过调整两检测线的间距,来满足测速精度的要求。笔者还通过现场行车实验采集车速数据,进行了视频测速法与雷达测速法测速精度对比分析。  相似文献

基于人的认知可靠性(HCR)模型的人因操作失误研究   总被引:7,自引:4,他引:7  
以人的认知可靠性(HCR)模型为指导,选择包含技能型、规则型和知识型3种认知类型,结合大连化工集团公司影响运行安全的17个异常事件,对54名操纵员的时间响应状况和允许操作时间进行录像、记录与分析;依据IAEA提供的指标[1],找出操纵员在生产过程中可能出现的操作失误类别及其可能造成的危害;基于3参数威布尔模型推导出操纵员操作响应失误概率模型,并从人机工程学角度提出了具体预防事故的安全对策措施。结果表明,基于HCR模型的大化集团公司操纵员的人因操作失误模型实用、有效,为实现操作者与机器系统相协调的目标、正确评估操作着实时操作的响应时间提供了重要参考依据。  相似文献

Over the past two decades the concept of driver distraction has been the focus of intense research attention. One aspect of distraction for which there has been limited systematic research, however, is its role in driver error causation. This article presents a review of the distraction literature with a view to elucidating what is currently known about the types of driving errors that distraction contributes to and the mechanisms by which distraction induces these errors. The review revealed a number of fundamental gaps in our knowledge, including the number and nature of errors made by drivers when distracted; the mechanisms by which distraction causes errors; whether and how distraction disrupts drivers’ ability to recover from errors; and how system-wide factors moderate the relationship between distraction and error. In closing, we attempt to identify the most appropriate theoretical and methodological approach to drive the integrated study of distraction and error forward. We conclude that it is only through the adoption of a systems approach that integrated countermeasures can be proposed and implemented to mitigate driver errors caused by distraction.  相似文献

Safety integrity level (SIL) verification of functional safety fieldbus communication is an essential part of SIL verification of safety instrumented system (SIS), and it requires quantifying residual error probability (RP) and residual error rate of function safety communication. The present quantification method of residual error rate uses RP of cyclic redundancy check (CRC) to approximately replace the total RP of functional safety communication. Since CRC only detects data integrity-related errors and CRC has intrinsically undetected error, some other residual errors are not being considered. This research found some residual errors of the present quantification method. Then, this research presents an extended new approach, which takes the found residual errors into account to determine more comprehensive and reasonable RP and residual error rate. From perspective of the composition of safety message, this research studies RPs of those controlling segments (sequence number, time expectation, etc.) to cover the found residual errors beyond CRC detection coverage, and the influences of insertion/masquerade errors and time window on RP are investigated. The results turn out these residual errors, especially insertion/masquerade errors, may have a great influence on quantification of residual error rate and SIL verification of functional safety communication, and they should be treated seriously.  相似文献

为了验证数字化监控室操作员在监视过程中存在目标定位失误,并得到相关的目标定位失误率及反应时间,进行了眼动试验。试验设置了箭头、数字、图形及颜色4种目标信息,验证了目标定位延迟及目标定位失败两类目标定位失误的存在,并获得了被试对目标信息的首次进入时间及注视持续时间。通过对4种目标信息的目标定位眼动数据分析,发现不同的目标信息类型对目标信息区的眼动首次进入时间及注视持续时间的影响是显著的,对目标定位的总失误率影响也是显著的。通过SPSS软件分析发现,目标定位总失误率与首次进入时间及注视持续时间都存在线性相关关系。  相似文献

Developing prototypes of pressure sensitive mats and testing their practical application were the aims of this study. Two contact plate mats were designed and constructed: rubber-rubber (R) and metal-metal (M). A recipe for rubber mixes and the production technology were prepared. Two laboratory test stands for measuring the actuating force, response time, static pressure resistance, and the durability of the mats were constructed. Computer software was written to control the operation of those test stands. Methods of testing pressure sensitive mats were based on PrDIN 31 006 (Deutsches Institut fur Normung [DIN], 1990) and EN 1760–1 (Comite Europeen de Normalisation [CEN], 1997). Both prototypes of contact plate mats were tested under laboratory and industrial conditions.

The test results proved that the design was correct, the setup requirements were fulfilled, and the mats were efficient and reliable in the industrial environment.  相似文献

Objectives. Evidence increases that cognitive failure may be used to screen for drivers at risk. Until now, most studies have relied on driving learners. This exploratory pilot study examines self-report of cognitive failure in driving beginners and error during real driving as observed by driving instructors. Methods. Forty-two driving learners of 14 driving instructors filled out a work-related cognitive failure questionnaire. Driving instructors observed driving errors during the next driving lesson. In multiple linear regression analysis, driving errors were regressed on cognitive failure with the number of driving lessons as an estimator of driving experience controlled. Results. Higher cognitive failure predicted more driving errors(p < .01) when age, gender and driving experience were controlled in analysis. Conclusions. Cognitive failure was significantly associated with observed driving errors. Systematic research on cognitive failure in driving beginners is recommended.  相似文献

为提高轮式装甲车防护地雷的能力,寻找能够实现最佳防护效果的装甲结构形式,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件平台,对不同的装甲结构在爆炸载荷作用下的响应进行仿真计算。首先探究多层圆管排列方式对冲击吸能的影响,得出密排圆管结构的抗冲击能力强于齐排和交叉排列的方式。然后在爆炸载荷下对由双层密排圆管组成的夹芯层防护结构进行数值计算,并对比试验结果,验证了所建立计算模型数值模拟结果的有效性。最后由数值计算结果确定了最佳的防护结构。数值模拟和试验结果表明,防护结构的面密度增大,防护效果明显改善;相同面密度的防护结构中圆管的直径越大,圆管的压缩行程越大,防护效果越好。  相似文献

人因差错是造成建筑工程施工事故的主要原因之一。目前国内建筑行业由于实际施工操作人员大多是农民工,对他们的技术培训常常是不够的,再加上部分施工企业管理水平较低,造成在施工中人因差错屡屡发生。要研究施工中人因差错发生的规律及其影响,首先必须对施工中的人因差错进行有效的调查。在重点介绍直接调查法和问卷调查法的含义、操作要点、优缺点与相应措施的基础上,笔者通过案例分析,探讨了在实际调查工作中如何有效地运用这些调查方法,获得人因差错真实准确的数据资料,为研究施工中人因差错发生的规律及其影响打好基础。最后以调查得到的混凝土施工中人因差错发生与影响的一些规律为依据,笔者提出了有关人因差错建模的建议。  相似文献

结构火灾安全可以避免建筑物在火灾中坍塌.火灾热环境影响建筑结构的响应,传统的标准火灾环境有一定的局限性,不能完全适用于若干真实火灾场景.因此有必要开展真实火灾环境下建筑结构的热-力响应特性研究,发展有效的工程工具来设计经济安全的结构.近来,性能化的结构火灾安全设计评估方法和相应技术发展迅速,该文给出一种综合考虑热-力耦合作用的结构火灾安全设计评估方法及相应流程.首先通过建筑和燃料特性来预测可能的火灾热环境特性,然后再分析构件和结构的热响应和力学响应特性来判定结构是否会失效,以及可以降低热和力影响的预防失效措施.该文通过案例分析将该方法应用于某中庭钢结构屋顶的防火保护,得到经济合理的防火涂层设计,满足有关防火规范的安全等价要求.  相似文献

介绍了因特摩实时智能监控及事故预报防范系统.该系统是基于因特网的实时集成分布式智能系统,能对生产过程和设备进行智能监控及对事故进行预报和防范.其超媒体显示空间分别用"公有知识显示窗口"、"私有知识显示窗口"和"实时反向推理启示窗口"为生产人员提供及时有效的操作指导.因特摩系统将人类智慧与机器智慧相集成,将私有知识和公有知识相集成,把知识集成系统(KIS)和信息处理自动化系统(如MIS和ERP系统)以及数据处理自动化系统(如DCS、PLC和SCADA系统)相集成,体现了诸多的新方法和新功能,在安全生产中发挥出了作用,实现了"信息化带动工业化,知识化推动信息化".  相似文献

应用差分自回归移动平均模型(ARIMA)和最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)的组合模型,对某航空公司的月度事故征候万时率进行了预测分析。对2008—2016年某航空公司的事故征候、飞行小时、航空器数量等历史数据建立ARIMA模型,应用SPSS软件进行模型拟合,获得事故征候万时率的线性部分;随后利用LS-SVM分析ARIMA模型的残差,获取非线性部分,最终通过二者之和获得ARIMA+LSSVM组合模型。对2017年1—3月的月度事故征候万时率进行了预测,并用实际数据验证。结果表明:ARIMA(1,1,1)(1,1,1)12模型较好地拟合了事故征候万时率的历史序列,LS-SVM模型对残差的拟合获得了较好的精度;组合模型的短期(3个月)预测值与航空公司事故征候万时率的趋势完全一致,且预测精确度可接受。  相似文献

对航空事故中人的不安全行为进行了系统分析,将失误划分为感知失误、记忆失误、决策失误、技能失误4个类别,将违章划分为习惯性违章和偶然性违章。将人的因素干预维度确定为组织管理、人/团队、技术、任务和环境。针对不安全行为制定相应的初步改进措施后,还需从措施的可行性、可接受性、经济性和有效性4个方面进行综合评估和取舍。实证研究表明,人的因素干预矩阵是制定安全建议的有效工具,该框架具备良好的适用性。  相似文献

为解决人因可靠性分析中的人为差错辨识问题,提出新的工作流程。在该流程中,由人为差错引导词引导,以自问自答方式开展差错辨识工作。针对动作和决策2种差错类型,分别设计差错基本分类框架。其中,动作差错基本分类框架包括5个差错大类,10个差错小类;决策差错基本分类框架包括2个差错大类,10个差错小类。这些差错小类可作为差错辨识过程中的引导词。通过2个实例,演示这2个框架在差错辨识过程中的作用。演示结果表明,在人为差错引导词引导下开展差错辨识工作,更容易保证差错辨识结果的全面性和一致性。  相似文献

机场安检的危险品数量具有动态、随机、非线性等特点,传统的GM(1,1)模型无法对其作出准确的预测。利用灰色GM(1,1)模型对2014年1—5月所查获的危险品数量进行计算、检验,并对6—8月的危险品数量进行预测。首先建立危险品数量的GM(1,1)模型,然后再对其预测值进行修正,结果表明,灰色马尔科夫模型的平均相对误差比灰色预测模型的平均相对误差减小了25.18%,表明灰色马尔科夫模型比单一的灰色预测模型的精度高,该模型是有效可行的,可为航空公司6—8月将要查获的危险品数量预测提供理论基础,以便引起相关部门的高度重视,并采取相应措施以保障旅客安全。  相似文献

In order to increase system safety and team performance, this study aimed to develop a real-time warning model (RTWM) by assessing team response time, error rates, and mental workload. Toward this goal, the group method of data handling (GMDH) algorithm was applied to physiological indices to predict team performance. Then fuzzy logic, fuzzy inference and linguistic variable sets representing the Team Performance and Safety Index were applied to construct the RTWM. To model the RTWM, experiments were conducted on computer-supported cooperative work (CSCW) in the personal computer transient analyzer (PCTRAN) simulator. The simulator and teamwork are designed to simulate the real tasks of the control room of the Fourth Nuclear Power Plant (FNPP) in Taiwan. In addition, important physiological parameters, the NASA-TLX questionnaire, team response time, and team error rates were collected from 39 participants. The results revealed that there was a significant positive correlation between the error rates of teamwork and the interval of event arrival time. This indicated that a pre-alarm device is necessary because vigilance decreased with time. Moreover, a predictive teamwork performance model applying the GMDH algorithm and the RTWM with a fuzzy inference system was developed in this study. The proposed model can efficiently predict teamwork performance to maintain appropriate mental workload as well as ensure system safety.  相似文献
