A methodology was developed for diagnosing industrial work, which includes questionnaire, observation, measurements, data collection and statistical analysis. A survey was conducted to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and factors that affect work design in 2 automotives manufacturing companies in Malaysia. A basic work design model was proposed. The aim of this model was to determine the factors that influence employees’ perception towards their work. A set of multiple-choice questionnaires was developed and data was collected by interviewing employees at a production plant. The survey focused on job and environmental factors. The results supported the proposed model and showed that job and environmental factors were significantly related to job satisfaction. They highlighted the significant influence of age, work experience and marital status on job satisfaction. Further, environmental factors, especially the surroundings, context dependence and the building’s function, also had a significant impact on job satisfaction.  相似文献

The association between safety climate, job satisfaction and turnover intention has not been thoroughly researched. This research is needed so that safety researchers and practitioners can begin to delineate the impact of safety on organizational and business outcomes. A path analysis was completed using data from a national sample of workers from the USA (n?=?1525). The overall fit of the model was excellent and analyses determined that both training and resource adequacy positively affected safety climate and job satisfaction. Safety climate also positively influenced job satisfaction. Both safety climate and job satisfaction were negatively associated with respondents’ turnover intention. In the study, the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention is reiterated in a sample of workers across many industries. This study is novel because it is one of the first studies to confirm that turnover intention is reduced with increased safety climate in a diverse sample of workers.  相似文献

为更系统地总结归纳安全领导力对员工安全行为的影响机制,运用元分析的方法,整合55项实证研究的62个独立样本,剖析安全领导力、安全氛围与员工安全行为之间的作用关系,探讨文化差异和企业规模的调节作用。结果表明:安全氛围在变革型安全领导力和员工安全行为各维度之间均起部分中介作用,在交易型安全领导力和安全遵守行为之间起部分中介作用,而在交易型安全领导力和安全参与行为之间起完全中介作用;相较于交易型领导力,变革型安全领导力对员工安全参与行为影响更大,而相较于变革型领导力,交易型安全领导力对员工安全遵守行为的影响更大;安全领导力在东方文化情景下或在大型企业中对员工安全行为的影响更为显著。  相似文献

A lot of attention has beenfocused on workers ‘ perceptions of workplace safety but relatively little or no research has been done on the impact of job satisfaction on safety climate. This study investigated this relationship. It also examined the relationships between job satisfaction and workers’ compliance with safety management policies and accident frequency. A positive association was found between job satisfaction and safety climate. Workers who expressed more satisfaction at their posts had positive perceptions of safety climate. Correspondingly, they were more committed to safety management policies and consequently registered a lower rate of accident involvement. The results were thus consistent with the notion that workers ‘ positive perceptions of organisational climate influence their perceptions of safety at the workplace. The findings, which have implications in the work environment, are discussed.  相似文献

由于安全问题备受关注,采用问卷研究法,通过构建调节—中介模型探讨工作不安全感影响员工安全绩效的机制。对某大型电力公司329位员工进行问卷调查后发现,员工的工作满意感中工作不安全感对员工安全绩效的消极影响,情绪智力通过调节工作不安全感与工作满意感的关系削弱了工作不安全感对安全绩效的消极作用,即当组织变革给员工带来工作不安全感时,高情绪智力的个体会通过有效的情绪管理减少工作不满意感,进而缓冲工作不安全感对安全绩效的影响,而低情绪智力的个体会过于情绪化,使得工作不安全感显著影响工作满意感,进而使员工的安全绩效受到影响。  相似文献

危险源识别和风险评价工作是风险管理的基础环节,常用的危险源识别和风险评价方法有安全检查表、危险可操作性研究、故障模式分析、事故树、事件树、故障树分析等等。危险源识别和评价工作的目的是研究系统的可靠性,包括对系统要素本身可靠性研究和要素问协调性的研究。过去我们通常用安全检查表的方法来分析要素协调性的问题,由于影响要素作用的变量因素多,难以查找并建立统一的安全检查标准,这种方法的适用性并不高。相比而言,工作安全分析方法是一种对系统要素协调性作用变量进行细致深入分析的科学方法。本文通过引入工作分析、评价单元方法,结合职业健康安全管理理论最新成果,对传统的三过程工作安全分析模式进行完善,提出规范的四过程工作安全分析模式。同时,在施工现场领域对工作安全分析进行实践研究。  相似文献

为掌握不同岗位建筑业从业人员危险认知的差异状况,以认知心理学为基础,从岗位差异角度,采用了行为调查法、心理测量范式及对比分析法,研究了建筑业从业人员危险认知的基本特性、结果差异及成因。结果表明:建筑业从业人员的危险认知具有过程变化性、结果模糊性、方式效仿性、个体差异性的特点;相同条件下,管理人员比作业人员具有更高的危险认知水平,能更主动地搜索施工危险场景,并对施工安全事故保持较高敏感性;职业背景、行为收益及危险刺激敏感性的不同是造成不同岗位建筑业从业人员危险认知差异的重要原因。  相似文献

运用问卷法,以43名国有煤矿安全从业人员为研究对象,探讨了在煤矿这一特定环境下的工作人员其工作满意感、应激水平和自我效能感的关系.结果发现:应激水平能负向预测工作满意感,自我效能感不仅能正向预测工作满意感,还能调节应激水平对工作满意感的影响,较高的自我效能感能使应激水平对工作满意感的负效应转为正效应.根据笔者研究结果,提出了减少工作应激刺激、提供培训提高员工自我效能感、制定合理的人员安置和促进员工发展的人事制度,以增强员工的工作满意感的建议.  相似文献

建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业,也是安全事故率较高的行业之一,其安全生产状况一直受到各方面的广泛重视。为了分析我国建筑业近年来安全生产形势,对我国近十年来的建筑业安全生产现状进行统计,结果表明建筑生产安全事故起数和死亡人数持续下降,建筑业安全生产整体形势逐年趋好。同时从政府管理职能、企业管理机构和职业卫生管理三个层面对建筑业安全生产中存在的问题进行剖析。从政府管理部门的职能、行业协会、劳动保护机构、企业内部的安全保证体系等几个方面剖析了德国的建筑安全管理体系的构成。通过与建筑业安全生产管理体系先进的德国进行对比分析,提出加强政府管理职能、从政府到企业真正做到以人为本以及增强安全文化建设三个解决措施。  相似文献

为促进煤矿智能化变革,提升安全生产水平,结合价值观匹配理论,建立安全价值观匹配、工作满意度和矿工变革支持行为的理论假设模型。基于567名智能化矿山矿工的有效数据,应用结构方程模型和Bootstrap方法进行路径检验及中介效应检验,并采用多群组分析方法检验代际差异的分类调节作用。研究结果表明:内部安全理念匹配和外部社会责任匹配均对矿工变革支持行为有显著正向影响;工作满意度对矿工变革支持行为具有显著正向影响,同时在安全价值观匹配与矿工变革支持行为的关系中起中介作用;内部安全理念匹配和外部社会责任匹配对新生代矿工变革支持行为的影响效用均大于老一代矿工。提高矿工与组织的安全价值观匹配程度和工作满意度,减少老一代矿工的变革阻力,有利智能化矿山建设。  相似文献

This study determines the factor structure of safety climate within a road construction organization using a modified version of the safety climate questionnaire (SCQ). It also investigates the relationship between safety climate and safety performance. The SCQ was administered to 192 employees from two districts and in two job categories — construction and maintenance. A behavioural observation measure of safety performance was also developed. Factor analysis derived six factors, which were similar to those obtained in an earlier study using the SCQ. Differences in the safety climate of job sub-groups were found on two of the factors. No differences between the two districts were found. No relationship was found between safety climate and the safety performance measure. While identical safety climate factors cannot apply to all organizations, some general safety climate factors may emerge. Discussion focuses upon the measurement of safety climate.  相似文献

为了研究组织氛围对建筑工人不安全行为的影响,从班组级安全氛围、班组级安全教育和项目级安全氛围三个层面测量组织氛围,基于组织氛围与安全态度、不安全动机及安全能力之间的关系,构建建筑工人不安全行为发生的机理。通过23个项目267份有效问卷收集数据,采用结构方程模型(SEM)进行验证,采用决策试验和评价实验室(DEMATEL)进一步计算和分析各潜变量之间的影响度和被影响度。研究结果表明:班组级安全氛围对安全态度、班组级安全教育对安全态度、安全能力对安全态度、安全态度对安全动机的影响显著;安全动机和安全能力对不安全行为的影响显著;班组级安全氛围、班组级安全教育和项目级安全氛围之间相互关系显著;班组级安全氛围、班组级安全教育和项目级安全教育是典型的原因影响因素,通过安全态度共同影响不安全行为。根据研究结果,提出应对措施,可为安全管理工作提供理论指导。  相似文献

In Morocco, the construction sector is very dynamic economically, but suffers from weak safety performance. The few available statistics about the rates of occupational injuries and fatalities point to an alarming situation. However, root causes are yet to be identified. To fill this gap in knowledge, we conducted this study using an exploratory approach. Literature review, onsite observations and a survey were conducted to gather information about safety and risk aspects on construction sites. We conducted a series of correlation tests and a regression analysis using IBM SPSS version 20. The results showed that: (a) there is a relatively strong risk perception bias among workers, with an underestimation of risk severity and occurrence probability; (b) risk perception was not found to predict safety behavior; (c) a positive safety climate seems to neutralize the negative impact that high risk tolerance had on safety behavior.  相似文献

以我国安全工程专业学科建设过程为背景,分析安全工程专业教育存在的学科建设速度快、涉及知识面广、注重通识性教育等现状,结合我国近两年特大安全事故所表现的行业特点,从解决当前我国生产安全问题、培养高层次安全专业人才、促进安全学科发展3个方面入手,阐明安全工程专业教育中突出行业特点,进一步加强该领域安全工程专业教育建设的重要性,针对突出行业特点的安全工程专业教育模式提出了几点建议,特别强调安全科学与安全技术联系与独立的重要性,学科建设结合每个学校自己的特色方向和以点带面的建设及发展模式.  相似文献

This research covers the current status of occupational health and safety (OHS)-related practices in the informal construction segment of Pakistan. Data were collected, through interviews, from 316 construction sites employing 3577 workers. The results of the study reveal that both employers and workers lack knowledge of OHS laws/standards and no practices of this nature are enacted at these construction sites. Alarmingly, work-related accidents, whenever they happen, are not given due attention and there is no formal injury-report system. The informal construction industry employs a huge portion of the informal workforce, and lack of OHS happens at tremendous human cost. These research findings may thus play their role in strengthening the case for reforms in the sector. This study, if properly utilized, may also enable employers of the sector by increasing their knowledge about OHS practices and, as a result, trying to offer safer environments for their workers.  相似文献

Building on the premises of the conservation of resources theory, the aim of this study was to investigate long‐term effects of job resources on vigor among native and immigrant employees in Israel. More specifically, we investigated the effects of baseline and change in job control and supervisor support on change in vigor levels, as well as the degree to which these effects differ among educated native and immigrant employees in Israel. We surveyed 235 white‐collar Eastern European and Russian immigrants and 235 white‐collar native Israelis matched on occupational and demographic characteristics at two points of measurement with a 30‐month time lag. Latent change score modeling revealed that among both immigrants and natives, change in job control was related to change in vigor. Multiple group analyses further revealed that among immigrant employees only, baseline levels of supervisor support were associated with change in vigor. In conclusion, these findings suggest that the utilization of resources as a means of acquiring new resources may be influenced by immigrant background. Managerial implications are discussed.
