为了研究生物硫铁应用于铜污染事故应急处理中保护鱼类免于死亡的可行性,以斑马鱼为受试对象,测定了铜对斑马鱼的各时间半致死浓度(LC_(50)),考察了投加量、投加时间、pH环境等条件对铜暴露中斑马鱼死亡率的影响。结果表明:投加量越大斑马鱼死亡率越低,最佳投加量(硫化物与铜离子摩尔比)为1∶1,此时斑马鱼96 h死亡率由对照组(不投加生物硫铁材料)的83%降低至0%;在(24 h-LC_(50))mg/L浓度下12 h内投加生物硫铁的斑马鱼死亡率都明显低于对照组,超过24 h则与对照基本一致;水体初始p H对生物硫铁的投加有影响,p H为8时生物硫铁对铜暴露斑马鱼的保护效果较好,在(48 h-LC_(50))mg/L浓度下pH5投加组和p H 8投加组的斑马鱼96 h死亡率分别由100%和77%降低至50%和0%。研究表明,生物硫铁复合材料能快速降低水中铜离子浓度,从而保护鱼类免受毒害,其在铜污染事故应急处理中具有较好的应用前景。  相似文献

The highly active absorbent with oxidization based on fly ash, lime and additive was prepared.Experiments of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification were carried out using fixture bed and duct injection.The influencial factors for the absorptive capacity of the absorbent were studied. The absorptive capacities of 120.7 mg for SO2 and 43.7 mg for NOx were achieved at a Ca/(S N) molar ratio 1.2, respectively, corresponding removal efficiencies of 87% and 76%, while spent absorbent appeared in the form of dry powder. The optimal temperature and humidity of flue gas treated with this process were shown to be approximately 50℃, and 5% respectively. The mechanism of removal for SO2 and NOx was investigated. In comparison with traditional dry FGD,this process appears to have lower cost, less complicated configuration and simpler disposal of used absorbent. The valuable references can be provided for industrial application by this process. The foreground of application will be vast in China and in the world.  相似文献

Air exchange rates for residences and office buildings under sheltering conditions only, that is, with doors and windows closed and fans off, are selected from the literature and correlated with wind speed and indoor-outdoor temperature difference. These exchange rates are found to be substantially less than those used previously in calculating the protection offered by sheltering.Graphed values of the ratio of interior:outside, time-integrated concentrations (the Dose Reduction Factor, DRF) are presented as a function of time. These apply to both gases and particulates. Especially for plumes of short duration, the resultant DRFs make sheltering a highly competitive protective action against the inhalation pathway. The inhalation DRFs are the most favorable for depositing materials. Example DRFs are calculated and graphed for 2 μm aerodynamic diameter particles, as representing respirable plutonium (Pu).  相似文献
