本文探讨了河流污染综合治理的概念,优化规划模型和程序,介绍了“节点开放试探法”的求解技术,并以四川省鉴溪河流综合治理为例,应用上述优化规划方法和求解技术。求出了综合治理最优解。结果表明优化规划方案比一般非劣解和未规划的方案可节省巨额污染控制费用。 相似文献

复杂交通情况下,列车调度不平衡,运行轨迹控制偏差较大,增加了制动和加速操作的频率,自动驾驶运行可靠性较低,由此,提出一种列车自动驾驶运行高可靠性控制优化方法。通过多智能体和图论相结合的方式,分析线路附加阻力和运输线路条件的关联度,设计多智能体列车群分布式信息交互过程,实时收集列车群运行状态控制参数,这些参数可以用来计算最短追踪间隔时间、最小运行能耗和最小运行轨迹控制偏差,用于构建目标函数。采用人群搜索算法对目标函数进行求解,通过分析追踪间隔时间有效性,优化全间隔标准调整以及运行参数,可以输出最优解,并在安全和乘客舒适度的约束条件下找到最佳的控制参数配置。实验测试结果证明,所提方法可以有效减少运行轨迹控制偏差,提高列车自动驾驶运行可靠性,获取满意的自动驾驶运行高可靠性优化结果。 相似文献

传统的炼油化工机械性能模型仿真能力差,得到的结果准确性低。为了解决这一问题,基于GA-Bp算法建立了一种新的炼油化工机械性能模型,GA-Bp算法是同时具备Bp算法与遗传算法的优点,利用Bp算法良好的泛化和非线性映射特点与遗传算法具有的全局搜索能力的特点,结合两种算法的泛化能力、非线性映射能力、全局搜索能力写出了一种训练神经网络的算法(GA-Bp算法)。GA-Bp算法通过优化权值的范围,从而缩小对最优解的搜索范围,以此增加了训练神经网络的学习次数。实验结果表明,基于GA-Bp算法的炼油化工机械性能模型准确性更高。 相似文献

当前,青海正处于"十三五"规划实施的中期,是产业结构战略性调整的关键时期,形成科学合理的产业结构对于保障经济增长、减少能源消耗和实现可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。本文通过建立以经济增长、产业结构调整和能源消费为目标的线性规划模型,采用LINGO11.0优化求解器中的目标规划方法对模型求解,以能源消费总量等为约束条件,得到最优产业结构方案,并提出相关的政策建议,以期能为全省产业结构优化方向提供参考。 相似文献

利用耦合协调理论构建城市化发展—土地资源效应的协调度模型,分析城市化与土地资源利用之间的耦合关系,并以辽宁沿海经济带为研究案例开展实证研究。研究结果表明,城市化与土地资源利用之间存在明显的耦合关系,且不同类型城市所体现的特点不同。通过改造协调度模型,求解出城市化与土地资源利用的最大协调度以及最优的土地资源效应。通过基本的条件假设,求解最大协调度和最优土地资源效应,提出适用于不同城市化与土地利用关系的优化配置模型,分别为高能模式、高效模式和提升模式,用以指导区域土地开发与利用。 相似文献

In this paper, conventional response surface methodology (RSM) based on low-order polynomials and an alternative Kriging-based method are used for the model-based single and multi-objective optimization of fatty-acid methyl ester (FAME) production catalyzed by a novel crude lipase from the yeast Cryptococcus diffluens (D44). The coefficient of determination for the two modeling approaches was calculated as 0.97 for the Kriging method, and 0.86 for RSM; showing a more reliable representation of experimental data by Kriging. Both models were used to perform single (maximizing FAME titer and temporal productivity separately) and multi-objective (maximizing FAME titer and temporal productivity simultaneously) optimizations of four important operating conditions (reaction time and temperature; amount of crude enzyme; and volume of methanol used). In all cases, the highest temperature considered (60°C) gave the best results. A reduction of reaction time in half was seen to be necessary to achieve optimum productivity compared to titer, when the two objectives were considered separately. The observed trade-off between the two objectives was quantified via multi-objective optimization using Pareto-front analysis. 相似文献

We developed a comprehensive coupling framework with a multi-objective optimization that bridges a water balance model (WBM) and a wetland service model (WSM) to supporting wetland management. The framework was tested for management in Tram Chim National Park (with four wetland zones) where hydro-economic optimization was needed. The framework used (1) a model coupling process bridging WBM and WSM to create a modular hydro-economic model (MHEM), (2) a multi-objective optimization, and (3) an anneal scheduling for scenario optimization. The framework demonstrated its competency in identifying cause–effect/interaction flows (bridges) between WBM and WSM to design MHEM to simulate optimized scenarios; for the case study, the multi-objective optimization was met for all wetland zones. Results suggested a flexible consideration of management scales for optimization, i.e. hydrologic optimization at a zone level and net benefit optimization at a Park level. Our framework is applicable to supporting complex wetland decisions considering multiple objectives. 相似文献

The conjunctive use of surface and groundwater resources is one alternative for optimal use of available water resources in
arid and semiarid regions. The optimization models proposed for conjunctive water allocation are often complicated, nonlinear,
and computationally intensive, especially when different stakeholders are involved that have conflicting interests. In this
article, a new conflict-resolution methodology developed for the conjunctive use of surface and groundwater resources using
Nondominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA-II) and Young Conflict-Resolution Theory (YCRT) is presented. The proposed
model is applied to the Tehran aquifer in the Tehran metropolitan area of Iran. Stakeholders in the study area have conflicting
interests related to water supply with acceptable quality, pumping costs, groundwater quality, and groundwater table fluctuations.
In the proposed methodology, MODFLOW and MT3D groundwater quantity and quality simulation models are linked with the NSGA-II
optimization model to develop Pareto fronts among the objectives. The best solutions on the Pareto fronts are then selected
using YCRT. The results of the proposed model show the significance of applying an integrated conflict-resolution approach

Mismanagement of urban runoff can result in inundation which causes serious problems in providing urban services. Best management practices (BMPs) are used for urban runoff management. In this study, a method is proposed to determine the robust optimal set of BMPs for runoff management in data-poor catchments in urban areas. This method includes five main steps: (1) Sensitivity analysis to determine effective parameters in rainfall-runoff simulation model, (2) Calibration of the rainfall-runoff model based on selected effective parameters, (3) Developing a multi-objective optimization model to obtain the optimal sets of BMPs, (4) Selecting the final solutions using the Nash approach for ranking, (5) Evaluation of the robustness of the selected solution using the Management Option Rank Equivalence method. The proposed method is examined in an urban basin located in the north of Tehran, Iran. The results show that the proposed approach provides reliable results for urban runoff management in data-poor areas. 相似文献
