用累托石吸附处理含铁(Ⅲ)废水   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
用累托石作吸附剂处理有色金属厂冶炼过程中产生的含Fe(Ⅲ)废水。在废水pH为7.5~8.5、反应时间为30min、累托石投加量为12g/L的条件下,Fe(Ⅲ)质量浓度可由5mg/t.降到0.08mg/L,Fe(Ⅲ)的去除率最高为98.4%,外排废水符合GB8978--1996一级标准。对Fe(Ⅲ)进行等温吸附实验,其等温吸附曲线符合Langmuir模型,其吸附机理主要是吸附作用和沉淀作用。  相似文献

Jute yarns were grafted with a single impregnating monomer 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA) in order to improve the physicomechanical properties. Jute yarns soaked for different soaking times (3, 5, 10, and 30 minutes) in HDDA+MeOH solutions at different proportions (1–10% HDDA in MeOH [v/v] along with photoinitiator Darocur-1664 [3%]) were cured under UV lamp at different UV radiation intensities (two, four, six, and eight passes). Concentration of monomer, soaking time, and intensity of UV radiation were optimized with extent of mechanical properties such as tensile strength, elongation at break, and modulus. Enhanced tensile strength (67%), modulus (108%), and polymer loading (11%) were achieved with 5% HDDA concentration, 5-minute soaking time, fourth pass of UV radiation. To further improve the mechanical properties, the jute yarns were pretreated with UV radiation (5, 10, 15, 30, and 50 passes) and treated with optimized monomer concentration (5%). UV-pretreated samples showed the enhanced properties. The tensile strength and modulus increase up to 84% and 132%, respectively, than that of virgin jute yarn. An experiment involving water absorption capacity shows that water uptake by treated samples was much lower than that of the untreated samples. During the weathering test, treated yarns exhibited less loss of mechanical properties than untreated yarns.  相似文献

通过浸渍法将Ce和Fe负载在ZSM-5载体上,制备了1.40%Fe/ZSM-5(数字为金属组分的质量分数,下同)、0.25%Ce/ZSM-5、0.25%Ce-1.40%Fe/ZSM-5和0.50%Ce-1.40%Fe/ZSM-5催化剂。对催化剂进行了表征并研究了其NH3选择性催化还原(NH3-SCR)NO的性能。实验结果表明,双金属改性的0.25%Ce-1.40%Fe/ZSM-5催化剂的活性温度窗口范围最广,在350~450 ℃范围内NO转化率超过98%。Ce和Fe以无定型氧化物的形态良好分散在ZSM-5载体表面,没有改变ZSM-5分子筛的微孔结构。0.25%Ce-1.40%Fe/ZSM-5催化剂的有效还原峰面积更大,孤立Fe3+和Ce4+物种含量更多,氧化还原性能显著,催化剂表面具有丰富的中等强度酸性位且酸量较大,有利于 NH3-SCR 反应的进行。  相似文献

采用GC-MS法分析好氧颗粒污泥降解黄连素的产物。实验结果表明,经过360min的反应黄连素被分解为6-甲氧苯并二氢呋喃-7-醇-3-酮、2,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛、4-烯丙基-5-氨基-藜芦醚、2,4-二羟基-6-甲基-1,3-间苯二甲醛、3,4-亚甲基二氧苯基丙酮酸、1,3-二噁唑并(4,5-g)异喹啉-5(6H)-酮,7,8-二氢。  相似文献

采用水泥固化的方法对铬渣进行处理。在水泥与铬渣、砂、水、硅酸钠的质量比为1:0.6:0.45:0.15:0.1时固化效果较好。固化体经28d的养护后,表面Cr^6 的浸出率为10^-5数量级,即使破碎至5mm以下的粒度,其Cr^6 的浸出质量浓度仍在国家标准以下。模拟酸溶试验和固化体抗压强度测试结果表明,固化体用于填埋是长期安全的。  相似文献

The corrosion from pyrolysis of PVC in plastic waste was reduced by copyrolysis of PVC with cattle manure. The optimization of pyrolysis conditions between PVC and cattle manure was studied via a statistical method, the Box-Behnken model. The pyrolysis reaction was operated in a tubular reactor. Heating rate, reaction temperature and the PVC:cattle manure ratio were optimized in the range of 1-5 degrees C/min, 250-450 degrees C and the ratio of 1:1-1:5, respectively. The suitable conditions which provided the highest HCl reduction efficiency were the lowest heating rate of 1 degrees C/min, the highest reaction temperature of 450 degrees C, and the PVC:cattle manure ratio of 1:5, with reliability of more than 90%. The copyrolysis of the mixture of PVC-containing plastic and cattle manure was operated at optimized conditions and the synergistic effect was studied on product yields. The presence of manure decreased the oil yield by about 17%. The distillation fractions of oil at various boiling points from both the presence and absence of manure were comparable. The BTX concentration decreased rapidly when manure was present and the chlorinated hydrocarbon was reduced by 45%. However, the octane number of the gasoline fraction was not affected by manure and was in the range of 99-100.  相似文献

在中试吹脱装置上,通过投加低浓度促脱剂协同传统吹脱法处理高氨氮工业废水(氨氮质量浓度2 369~3 600 mg/L)。结果表明:在相同处理条件下,阴离子促脱剂的氨氮去除效果优于阳离子促脱剂,且促脱剂的碳数越高越有利于氨氮的去除;废水处理的最佳工艺条件为废水pH 12.0、废水温度50℃、吹脱时间5 h、促脱剂投加量25 mg/L、气液比600∶1;该条件下,以木质素磺酸钠为促脱剂协同吹脱法处理高氨氮废水,氨氮去除率可达99%以上,高于传统吹脱法20个百分点以上。  相似文献

Studies have shown that including food waste as a co-digestion substrate in the anaerobic digestion of livestock manure can increase energy production. However, the type and inclusion rate of food waste used for co-digestion need to be carefully considered in order to prevent adverse conditions in the digestion environment. This study determined the effect of increasing the concentration (2%, 5%, 15% and 30%, by volume) of four food-processing wastes (meatball, chicken, cranberry and ice cream processing wastes) on methane production. Anaerobic toxicity assay (ATA) and specific methanogenic activity (SMA) tests were conducted to determine the concentration at which each food waste became toxic to the digestion environment. Decreases in methane production were observed at concentrations above 5% for all four food waste substrates, with up to 99% decreases in methane production at 30% food processing wastes (by volume).  相似文献

Consortia were developed for the treatment of corncobs for use as a feedstock in a biogas fermentor. The treatment of corncobs with xylanolytic consortia enhanced the production of methane and biogas. All five consortia developed produced the maximum biogas and methane at a 6% loading rate and 20 days hydraulic retention time (HRT). The maximum biogas yield of 0.59m3/kg volatile solids (VS) with a methane content of 62% was produced with the KK-10 consortium. This was apparently due to a maximum hemicellulose degradation of 88%.  相似文献

采用机械力化学法活化循环流化床燃煤固硫灰,用于固化焦化废水处理外排污泥(CWT污泥)。探讨了固硫灰活化条件,并通过XRD和FTIR分析了固硫灰固化CWT污泥中重金属的机理。实验结果表明:当m(Ca O)∶m(Ca O+固硫灰)为20%、球磨频率为40 Hz、球磨时间为2 h时,养护28 d固硫灰固化体的平均抗压强度达到72.2 MPa;当污泥掺加量为50%(w)时,养护28 d含污泥固化体的抗压强度达到8.5 MPa,固化体浸出液中Pb2+和As5+的质量浓度分别为0.177 mg/L和0.013 mg/L,均远低于GB 5085.3—2007《危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别》的规定限值。XRD和FTIR表征结果表明,在固硫灰活化过程中,混合体系水化生成了C—S—H凝胶、斜方钙沸石和钙矾石,可通过物理包裹、吸附及离子交换的形式实现CWT污泥中Pb2+和As5+的固化/稳定化。  相似文献

采用固体废物锍铁化合物(记为FexS)作为催化剂,耦合微纳米气泡催化氧化去除烟气中NO,考察了不同工艺条件下的去除效果,运用XRD、SEM和EDS技术对反应前后的FexS进行了表征,探究了反应机理。实验结果表明,在FexS粒径为0.038~0.053 mm、FexS投加量为5 g、NaCl质量浓度为0.3 g/L、溶液pH为5、进气NO质量浓度为6.7 mg/L的最佳工艺条件下,NO去除率高达95.3%。表征结果显示,反应后的FexS较反应前没有明显的物相变化,FexS表面的微量物质催化了NO的氧化去除。  相似文献

Thin films of gelatin were prepared by casting. Then the films were photocured and the mechanical properties were studied. The tensile strength of UV cured gelatin films showed about 10% enhancement than that of raw gelatin films. Minor amount of urea (1–5%) was used as additive in aqueous gelatin solution and films were prepared using same technique. Four formulations were prepared in methanol with 2-ethylhexyl acrylate in the presence of photoinitiator (darocur-1664). The films were soaked in the prepared formulations and then cured under UV radiation at different intensities (5–25 passes). Percentage of urea, monomer concentration, soaking time and radiation intensities were optimized with the extent of polymer loading, TS and elongation at break of the photocured film. The films containing 2% urea, cured with 3% EHA for 3 min at 15th UV pass showed the highest mechanical properties. A significant improvement of TS (31%) occurred when EHA (3%) was incorporated.  相似文献

The main goal of this work was to analyze the impact of biochar addition and changes in air-flow rates on the intensive phase of aerobic biostabilization of undersized fraction of municipal solid waste (UFMSW). The novelty of this paper stems from the use of biochar to shorten the process and generate “well-stabilized waste”. The following six different input mixtures were tested (without biochar and with the addition of biochar at: 1.5%, 3%, 5%, 10% and 20%), at three different air-flow rates: 0.1, 0.2 and 0.4 m3·d−1·(kg org DM)−1. It was found that the biochar addition of more than 3 wt% causes water accumulation in the treated waste, but does not allow for reducing organic matter (OM) content below 35% DM, nor OMloss values below 40% (the exception is the 5 wt% addition of biochar at the air-flow rate of 0.2 m3·d−1·(kg org DM)−1). Moreover, 10 wt% and 20 wt% biochar additions to UFMSW intensify the increase in microbial abundance, which may result in higher oxygen demand or development of anaerobic zones. The most favorable biochar doses in terms of final UFMSW sanitization are 3 wt% and 5 wt%.

Cellulose nanocrystals (CNC) were isolated from sisal fibres and were incorporated in the form of an aqueous suspension to a waterborne polyurethane (WBPU) synthesized from components derived from natural sources using an aliphatic diisocyanate. Transparent nanocomposite films with different CNC contents were prepared using a casting method. The morphology, thermal behaviour and mechanical properties of the nanocomposite films were characterized. Homogeneous distribution of CNC in the WBPU, even at high CNC contents was observed, resulting in an increase of 100% in modulus for systems with 5 and 10 wt% of CNC, with high elongations around 650%.  相似文献

通过混凝除氟、絮体氟吸附和释放等试验考察了铝盐混凝除氟的作用特,探讨了除氟随铝盐投加量、混凝pH等操作参数及铝盐混凝剂本身形态不同时的变化规律。结果表明,铝盐混凝除氟效果与混凝pH密切相关,在pHo 5.8-7.0条件下除氟效果最佳;在相同投加量和各自的最佳混凝条件下,单体铝盐的除氟效果好于聚合铝盐,但其絮体的持氟性能不及聚合铝盐。  相似文献

采用由预处理单元、水平潜流人工湿地单元、消毒单元和污泥干化单元组成的分散式污水处理系统对采油区生活点污水进行了处理和资源化利用。核心工艺单元水平潜流人工湿地单元的优化设计参数为:人工湿地宽20 m、长80 m,采用多段串联布置形式。分散式污水处理系统实际处理水量为92~136 m3/d,在5年的实际运行过程中,COD,BOD5,NH3-N,SS的平均去除率分别为75.9%,77.3%,96.0%,96.1%。处理后出水经消毒后的水质优于GB/T18920—2002《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》标准中绿化用水的水质,可作为绿化灌溉用水回用;干化后的栅渣和污泥可作为绿化肥料使用,能实现污水的资源化利用和处理系统的零排放。  相似文献

The feasibility of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification in a bioreactor landfill with limited aeration was assessed. Three column reactors, simulating bioreactor landfill operations under anaerobic condition (as reference), intermittent forced aeration and enhanced natural aeration were hence established, where aerated columns passed through two phases, i.e., fresh landfill and well-decomposed landfill. The experimental results show that limited aeration decreased nitrogen loadings of leachate distinctly in the fresh landfill. In the well-decomposed landfill, the NH(4)(+)-N of the input leachate could be nitrified completely in the aerated landfill columns. The nitrifying loadings of the column cross section reached 7.9 g N/m(2)d and 16.9 g N/m(2)d in the simulated landfill columns of intermittent forced aeration and enhanced natural aeration, respectively. The denitrification was influenced by oxygen distribution in the landfill column. Intermittent existence of oxygen in the landfill with the intermittent forced aeration was favorable to denitrify the NO(2)(-)-N and NO(3)(-)-N, indicated by the high denitrification efficiency (>99%) under the condition of BOD(5)/TN of more than 5.4 in leachate; locally persistent existence of oxygen in the landfill with enhanced natural aeration could limit the denitrification, indicated by relatively low denitrification efficiency of about 75% even when the BOD(5)/TN in leachate had an average of 7.1.  相似文献

采用阳膜电解法处理低浓度含镍废水。考察了电解质种类及其加入量、电解电流、电流密度、搅拌转速、电解温度和电解时间等对电解效果的影响。实验结果表明,在电解质NaCl加入量为2.5 g/L、电解电流为0.10A、电流密度为150 A/m~2、搅拌转速为800 r/min、电解温度为35℃、电解时间为8 h的最佳条件下,处理Ni2+质量浓度为2 g/L的含镍废水,镍析出率达到95.16%,电流效率为86.87%,单位质量能耗为5 254 k W·h/t。  相似文献
