以含铜废水为处理对象,将流化床和固定床两种诱导结晶反应器进行对比试验。结果表明:当进水含铜浓度为20 mg/L时,流化床反应器出水含铜量为0~2 mg/L,出水含铜量在0~11 mg/L;利用SEM-EDS可以发现,流化床形成的结晶产物生长致密、晶形明确、产物纯度高,固定床形成的结晶产物在载体表面分布不均、结构疏松,纯度较低。  相似文献

在流化床中,以含Cu2+废水为处理对象,考察了碳酸盐体系中pH的改变对Cu2+诱导结晶过程的影响. 结果表明:当进水ρ(Cu2+)为200 mg/L、沉淀剂pH为10.2时,经回流系统拦截,微晶产率可降低0.5%~1.0%,Cu2+的去除率可达99.0%以上. 经XRD(X射线衍射)分析表明,结晶产物以碱式碳酸铜为主,晶型呈短杆状,尺寸较为均一;当沉淀剂pH升至12.2时,Cu2+的去除率降至95.0%,系统出水结晶产物晶型特征不明显,尺寸不均,XRD结果显示为氢氧化铜、碱式碳酸铜、碳酸钙等混合结晶产物,晶体衍射峰多存在宽化现象,表明高pH下结晶产物晶化程度较低.   相似文献

碳酸钙诱导结晶速率受到水中多种因素的影响,采用pH-stat法对pH值、过饱和度、钙和镁离子活度和金属离子(铁、锰)等因素对碳酸钙诱导结晶速率的影响进行研究.结果表明,当pH值在8.0~10.0之间,过饱和度在1.4~4.03之间时,碳酸钙诱导结晶速率随着pH值的增大或者过饱和度的增大而增大,当钙离子和镁离子活度在0~1.18之间时,碳酸钙的结晶速率随着镁离子的增多而降低.碳酸钙结晶速率介于1.0×10-10m/s~5.0×10-10m/s.铁离子和锰离子的存在会促进碳酸钙的诱导结晶过程,且铁离子和锰离子同时存在时碳酸钙结晶速率高于其单独存在时碳酸钙的结晶速率.通过深入研究不同因素对碳酸钙诱导结晶动力学的影响,为碳酸钙结晶造粒工艺提供数据支持.  相似文献

Phosphorus recovery in the form of struvite has been aroused in recent decades for its dual advantages in eutrophication control and resource protection.The usage of the struvite products is normally determined by the size which is largely depended on the hydrodynamics.In this study,flow behavior of struvite pellets was simulated by means of Eulerian–Eulerian two-fluid model combining with kinetic theory of granular flow in a liquid–solid fluidized bed reactor(FBR).A parametric study including the mesh size,time step,discretization strategy,turbulent model and drag model was first developed,followed by the evaluations of crucial operational conditions,particle characteristics and reactor shapes.The results showed that a cold model with the mesh resolution of 16 × 240,default time step of 0.001 sec and first order discretization scheme was accurate enough to describe the fluidization.The struvite holdup profile using Syamlal–O'Brien drag model was best fitted to the experimental data as compared with other drag models and the empirical Richardson–Zaki equation.Regarding the model evaluation,it showed that liquid velocity and particle size played important roles on both solid holdups and velocities.The reactor diameter only influenced the solid velocity while the static bed height almost took no effect.These results are direct and can be applied to guide the operation and process control of the struvite fluidization.Moreover,the model parameters can also be used as the basic settings in further crystallization simulations.  相似文献

鉴于污水处理中对氮、磷去除率的要求和内循环三相生物流化床反应器存在的一些不足,为此,设计开发了一种好氧-缺氧一体化高效分离生物流化复合反应器。该反应器对好氧循环流化区采用了独特的分格结构,当反应器处理规模增大时,在不增加反应器总体高度的基础上,保证了循环流化区的高径比。循环流化反应器与高效气浮分离反应器的耦合,克服了循环流化床以沉淀原理为基础的固液分离效果不佳的状况,既可以保证出水水质,又可以实现反应器的一体化。通过气体提升方式实现了好氧出水回流,使该种反应器能够实现脱氮和部分除磷的目的。该反应器处理生活污水的初步试验结果表明它具有很好的抗冲击负荷和去除有机物的性能。  相似文献

对氯酚经Fenton体系预降解后的生物流化床处理   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用Fenton-生物流化床联用工艺处理对氯酚(4-CP)模拟废水,考察了不同Fenton处理程度时4-CP的降解产物和出水的可生化性,从而确定合适的Fenton体系预处理程度.同时,采用快速排泥法进行活性炭的挂膜以实现流化床的启动,并考察了流化床连续运行阶段停留时间(RT)、pH对降解效果的影响及反应器的抗冲击能力.最后研究了4-CP在Fenton-生物流化床联用工艺中的降解过程.结果表明,当4-CP初始浓度在1~2mmol·L-1时,通过Fenton体系可使83%左右的苯环破裂,转化成小分子有机酸;利用微生物作用可使剩余的苯环类物质和大部分的有机酸被降解,出水CODCr100mg·L-1.Fenton-生物流化床工艺具有高效处理难降解废水的优点,是一项具有应用前景的废水处理技术.  相似文献

Interest in renewable energy sources has increased in recent years due to environmental concerns about global warming and air pollution,reduced costs and improved efficiency of technologies.Under the European Union(EU)energy directive,biomass is a suitable renewable source.The aim of this study was to experimentally quantify and characterize the emission of particulate matter(PM_(2.5))resulting from the combustion of two biomass fuels(chipped residual biomass from pine and eucalypt),in a pilot-scale bubbling fluidized bed(BFB)combustor under distinct operating conditions.The variables evaluated were the stoichiometry and,in the case of eucalypt,the leaching of the fuel.The CO and PM_(2.5)emission factors were lower when the stoichiometry used in the experiments was higher(0.33±0.1 g CO/kg and 16.8±1.0 mg PM_(2.5)/kg,dry gases).The treatment of the fuel by leaching before its combustion has shown to promote higher PM_(2.5)emissions(55.2±2.5 mg/kg,as burned).Organic and elemental carbon represented 3.1 to 30 wt.% of the particle mass,while carbonate(CO_3~(2-))accounted for between 2.3 and 8.5 wt.%.The particulate mass was mainly composed of inorganic matter(71% to 86% of the PM_(2.5)mass).Compared to residential stoves,BFB combustion generated very high mass fractions of inorganic elements.Chloride was the water soluble ion in higher concentration in the PM_(2.5)emitted by the combustion of eucalypt,while calcium was the dominant water soluble ion in the case of pine.  相似文献

实验研究了白云石石灰流化床工艺除磷的可行性.石灰一方面可以提高水体的pH值并提供充足的Ca2+、Mg2+,另一方面可作为晶种加快结晶沉淀反应,提高磷去除效率,是一种廉价高效的药剂.设计了新型气体搅动式白云石石灰流化床结晶反应器,以模拟污水厂污泥厌氧消化上清液为处理对象,实验考察了药剂投加量、停留时间和曝气量对反应器运行的影响.结果表明:药剂投加量在600~650 mg·L-1、停留时间5.0 h及曝气量50 mL·min-1的条件下,可以获得较好的磷去除效果,去除率可达87.0%.采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射和傅里叶变换红外光谱对产物进行了表征,发现磷主要以磷酸铵镁(MAP)和羟基磷灰石(HAP)两种形式去除;由于反应体系碱度较高,产物中混杂大量CaCO3.  相似文献

在直径200mm、高2560mm自制循环流化床上进行了脱除氯化氢的研究。实验结果表明本实验采用的循环流化床尾气净化装置,在士湿两种状况下的净化效率都比周类型装置有较大提高。当喷水活化增湿以后,净化效率可达90%以上,并考察了停留时间、Ca/Cl 当量比、粒径和入口氯 化氢浓度等因素对氯化氢脱除效率的影响。证实延长停留时间、增大Ca/Cl当量比、减 小粒径和增加入口氯化浓度有利于提高氯化氢脱除效率。  相似文献

水产品加工行业庞大的耗水量和高浓度废水备受瞩目,同时随着废水排放标准日益严格,其处理势在必行,生物法是处理该类废水的最佳选择。诸如生物滤池(AF)、上流式厌氧污泥床反应器(UASB)和厌氧流化床(AFB)的厌氧工艺能达到80%~90%的有机物去除率并产生沼气;类似活性污泥、接触氧化、生物转盘、滴滤池以及氧化塘的好氧工艺也适合于有机物的去除,若将各种工艺相结合将提升工艺水平。  相似文献

采用PVC管材和含NaCl的水煤浆两种原料在流化床中进行焚烧来模拟研究城市生活垃圾流化床焚烧过程中HCl的排放特性,分别考察了床温、水份和过量空气对HCl排放的影响。研究表明:随床温升高,Cl→HCl的转化率增大;随水份增加,Cl→HCl的转化率增大;随过量空气系数的增加,Cl→HCl的转化率减小。  相似文献

As a support material, zeolite can be used to promote the granulation process due to its high settable property and the ability to retain biomass on its surface. The present paper reports on the influence of zeolite addition on the hydrodynamic behavior of an expanded granular sludge bed reactor (EGSB). Different models were applied to fit the flow pattern and to compare EGSB hydrodynamic performance with and without the addition of zeolite. The experimental data fit the tanks in a series model for zeolite bed height of 5 cm and upflow velocity of 6 m/hr. Higher axial dispersion degree (D/uL) was obtained at lower heights of zeolite. The real hydraulic retention time (HRTr) was increased with both increased zeolite bed height and increased upflow velocity. The short-circuit results for 5 cm of zeolite bed and 6, 8 and 10 m/hr upflow velocity were 0.3, 0.24 and 0.19 respectively, demonstrating the feasibility of using zeolite for a proper hydrodynamic environment to operate the EGSB reactor. The presence of zeolite resulted in the higher percentage values of dead zones, ranging from 12% to 24%. Zeolite addition exerted a positive effect on the hydrodynamics pattern for this technology being advantageous for the anaerobic process because of its possible contribution to better biofilm agglomeration, granule formation and substrate-microorganism contact.  相似文献

An interactive dual-circulating fluidized bed system has been proposed in which the pyrolysis of sewage sludge(SS) and incineration of biomass proceed simultaneously, and alumina is used as the bed material and heat carrier. The alumina coated with biomass ash would mix with sewage sludge in the pyrolysis reactor of this device. It is important to know the influence of composite alumina(CA) on the pyrolysis progress. Sewage sludge was pyrolyzed in a fixed bed reactor from 400 to 600°C using CA as catalyst. The effects of temperature and CA additive ratio on the products were investigated. The product yields and component distribution of non-condensable gas were more sensitive to the change of temperature, and the maximum liquid yield of 48.44 wt.% and maximum Useable Energy of Liquid of 3871 k J/kg sludge were observed at 500°C with 1/5 CA/SS(mass ratio). The gas chromatography–mass spectrometry results showed that the increase of temperature enhanced devolatilization of organic matter and promoted cyclization and aromatization of aliphatics. The presence of CA could strengthen secondary cracking and interaction among primary products from different organic compounds, such as acid–amine condensation,and reduce the content of oxygenated compounds. When the CA additive amount exceeded a certain proportion, the aromatization was clearly strengthened. The effects of CA on decomposition of fatty acids and formation of aromatics were similar to that of temperature. This means that the reaction temperature could be lowered by introducing CA, which has a positive effect on reducing energy consumption.  相似文献

采用内循环生物流化床反应器处理模拟高浓度氨氮废水,以确定其对处理高浓度氨氮废水的可行性,同时对试验条件进行了优化。结果研究表明:控制温度为(31±1)℃,利用反应器自身流化所携带溶解的空气,反应器内DO值可维持在1.5~2.5 mg/L,调节pH为8.0~8.5。经过42 d的污泥驯化适应时期,进水氨氮(NH4+-N)浓度由50 mg/L提高到300 mg/L。由于流化床采用填料载体微生物膜与活性污泥双重作用,同时载体呈流化状态,接触均匀,有巨大的比表面积,可以使床内保持高浓度的生物量,从而达到高效快速的传质效果。在HRT由开始的16 h缩短到8 h的条件下,氨氮(NH4+-N)的去除率达到90%以上,亚硝氮(NO2--N)的积累率达到75%。且在以后30 d的稳定运行阶段,氨氮(NH4+-N)去除率和亚硝氮(NO2--N)积累率均保持稳定。同时反应器最后出水水质澄清,无需二沉池及污泥处理。  相似文献

石榴石作为一种新型矿物滤料在净水处理方面具有强大的竞争力和广阔的应用前景.通过对石榴石滤料进行过滤及反冲洗试验,研究其截污除浊性能、水头损失变化规律及对有机物的去除效果,并与传统的石英砂滤料做对比,同时探讨了石榴石滤料的适宜反冲洗强度范围及气水反冲洗运行参数.结果表明:在滤速为8 m/h的条件下,与石英砂滤柱的过滤效果相比,石榴石滤柱滤后水的平均浊度下降0.3 NTU,有机物平均质量分数下降5%,但其平均水头损失增长率为1 cm/h;在截污除浊及去除有机物方面,石榴石滤柱在60 cm滤层厚度处与石英砂滤柱在85 cm滤层厚度的去除效果十分接近,因此其能有效减少滤料体积,从而节省滤料及节约设备投资.在不同滤速下,水头损失是限制石榴石滤柱过滤周期的主要因素;石榴石滤料适宜的气反冲洗强度范围为14~16 L/(s·m2),水反冲洗强度范围为5~7 L/(s·m2),其气水反冲洗的最佳运行参数为气洗强度16 L/(s·m2)、水洗强度7 L/(s·m2)、气水联合反冲洗4 min、单独水漂洗7 min.其中,气反冲洗强度对石榴石滤料的反冲洗效果影响最大.研究显示,相较于传统石英砂滤料,石榴石滤料具有高过滤性能、低滤料体积的特点,在水处理滤料的应用方面显示出一定的优势.   相似文献

A three-dimensional electrochemical oxidation(3D-EC) reactor with introduction of activated carbon(AC) as particle micro-electrodes was applied for the advanced treatment of secondary wastewater effluent of a wet-spun acrylic fiber manufacturing plant. Under the optimized conditions(current density of 500 A/m~2, circulation rate of 5 mL/min, AC dosage of 50 g, and chloride concentration of 1.0 g/L), the average removal efficiencies of chemical oxygen demand(COD_(cr)), NH3–N, total organic carbon(TOC), and ultraviolet absorption at 254 nm(UV_(254)) of the 3D-EC reactor were 64.5%, 60.8%, 46.4%, and 64.8%, respectively; while the corresponding effluent concentrations of COD_(cr), NH_3–N, TOC, and UV_(254) were 76.6, 20.1, and42.5 mg/L, and 0.08 Abs/cm, respectively. The effluent concentration of COD_(cr) was less than 100 mg/L, which showed that the treated wastewater satisfied the demand of the integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8978-1996). The 3D-EC process remarkably improved the treatment efficiencies with synergistic effects for COD_(cr), NH_3–N, TOC, and UV_(254) during the stable stage of 44.5%, 38.8%, 27.2%, and 10.9%, respectively, as compared with the sum of the efficiencies of a two-dimensional electrochemical oxidation(2D-EC) reactor and an AC adsorption process, which was ascribed to the numerous micro-electrodes of AC in the 3D-EC reactor. Gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC–MS) analysis revealed that electrochemical treatment did not generate more toxic organics, and it was proved that the increase in acute biotoxicity was caused primarily by the production of free chlorine.  相似文献

为优化循环流化床半干法脱硫脱硝反应器喷枪布置形式,以某火电厂的循环流化床同时脱硫脱硝反应塔为研究对象,对其高压水喷枪布置形式进行模拟研究。通过模拟和实际运行相结合的研究方式,得到了更合理的喷枪布置形式:喷枪数量选择4只且呈环形布置;喷枪头伸入距离为0.5~0.7 m,同时保证喷雾最大液滴粒径<150μm,以此保证液滴在反应器内的均匀分布及液滴的完全蒸发,实现循环流化床半干法反应器的平稳运行及高效脱硫脱硝。  相似文献

The ability of two active bioremediation systems, based on the activity of sulphate-reducing bacteria, for the production of irrigation water from acid mine drainage (AMD), was compared. System I consisted of a packed bed reactor containing calcite tailing followed by an anaerobic packed bed bioreactor. System II consisted of a settler, fed with AMD and treated water recycle, and a sulphidogenic anaerobic packed bed bioreactor, fed with clarified settler effluent. Although efficient in terms of pH neutralisation and metals removal, system I did not allow continuous production of suitable irrigation water, since the concentration of sulphate in the effluent frequently exceeds the maximum recommended value by local legislation. On the other hand, in system II very high sulphate reduction (>99.0%) was achieved during the whole experiment, being the values in the effluent much lower than legislated limits for irrigation water. System II, not requiring the addition of any neutralising agent, can also be advantageous from an economical perspective.  相似文献

对陶粒、石英砂和砾石这3种人工湿地基质材料进行了氨氮(NH4+-N)吸附特性研究.通过扫描电镜和BET比表面积分析仪对材料进行表征分析,发现陶粒表面相比石英砂和砾石更为粗糙,内部孔隙也较发达,陶粒(18.97 m2·g-1)比表面积高于石英砂和砾石.在纯氨氮溶液和模拟污水厂出水一级B标准的混合溶液中,3种基质对NH4+-N的吸附能力均表现为:陶粒>砾石>石英砂.陶粒对NH4+-N的饱和吸附容量在混合溶液中最大(63.55 mg·g-1).陶粒对NH4+-N的吸附过程符合伪二级动力学模型(在纯氨氮溶液中R2为0.99、在混合溶液中R2为0.98).在纯氨氮溶液中运用Freundlich和Langmuir模型对等温吸附试验结果进行拟合,发现Freundlich模型(R2=0.93)描述陶粒的吸附特性比Langmuir模型更为精确(R2为0.93),表明陶粒对NH4+-N的吸附为多层吸附.综上所述,陶粒的吸附容量较强,在混合溶液中吸附容量较纯氨氮溶液增大了31%,适用于作为人工湿地基质填料.  相似文献
