采用XG7A弱酸性离子交换树脂对老龄垃圾渗滤液进行吸附处理研究,分析了不同的吸附条件及等温吸附模型对吸附效果的影响。静态吸附试验表明:氨氮的吸附率非碱性条件下变化不大;在渗滤液pH为7条件下,恒温振荡时间20 min时,树脂对氨氮达到吸附平衡;树脂对氨氮的吸附符合Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温式,树脂的理论最大吸附量为31.79 mg/g。使用10%H2SO4对树脂进行再生,经4次再生树脂仍具有较好的吸附性能,解吸率仍保持在97.5%以上。 相似文献

含铜废水主要来源于工业生产过程,如不经过适当处理排入环境,将给环境带来极大危害。含铜废水的主要处理方法有化学沉淀法、离子交换法、电解法等。由于各生产过程不同,废水中铜的存在状态与价态都各有差异,对于不同类型含铜废水的处理应依据废水性质,选用不同工艺或工艺组合对废水进行处理,以满足排放标准的要求。同时在处理含铜废水时,应考虑处理后出水的回用和废水中铜的资源化问题。 相似文献

利用改性后的凹凸棒石颗粒吸附剂进行含油工业废水处理实验。取样处理实验结果表明,改性粘土颗粒吸附剂的吸附量远大于活性炭,且处理效果好。在废水含油浓度72mg/L时,吸附剂可处理废水1.18m3/kg,停留时间约8min。用加热法对吸附饱和后的凹凸棒石颗粒可进行5次再生使用,且对油的吸附效率没有明显下降。清水淋沥实验表明,制备的改性凹凸棒石颗粒有很好的持油性,油释放率仅为2.05%。 相似文献

文章介绍了新疆油田在稠油污水处理和回用方面的关键技术和成熟经验,采用强酸性树脂软化技术和化学清洗技术实现了稠油污水回用注汽锅炉。六九区污水处理站采用高效水质稳定技术,使处理后的污水达到了GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》的二级标准,稠油污水在处理后符合GB 1576—2008《工业锅炉水质》的要求,大幅度降低了注汽锅炉的运行成本;将60℃以上的稠油污水替代清水回注稀油油藏,热水驱油,改善了驱油效果,同时根据污水温度较高的特点,对注水井井口的保温工艺进行改进,实现了稠油污水热能的综合利用,为油田污水治理和回用提供了借鉴。 相似文献

The remediation of biodiesel wastewater was carried out using chemical and electrochemical techniques. Initially the fatty acid methyl esters (FAME or biodiesel) and free fatty acids (FFA) were chemically removed from the wastewater using three types of mineral acids, H(2)SO(4), HNO(3) and HCl, at different pH values within the range of 1.0-8.0. Optimally, approximately 24.3 ml/l of FAME/FFA were removed from the wastewater when using H(2)SO(4) to set a final pH of 2.5 for 7 min. All pollutant levels were markedly reduced during this step. That is, approximately 38.94%, 76.32% and 99.36% of COD, BOD5 and oil & grease were respectively removed. The acidic aqueous phase left after the removal of the FAME/FFA phase was then treated by chemical- and electro-coagulation processes. The results demonstrated that both investigated treatment processes were effective for treating wastewater from a biodiesel production plant. The chemical coagulation provided a lower operating cost (1.11 USD/m(3)) compared with the electro-coagulation process (1.78 USD/m(3)). Chemical oxidation using Fenton's reagent has proven to be a viable alternative to the oxidative destruction of organic pollutants in mixed waste chemicals, but the sulfate concentration in the treated liquor was still above the acceptable limits for effluent discharge. In this paper, the feasibility of sulfate removal from complex laboratory wastewaters using barium and calcium precipitation was investigated. The process was applied to different wastewater cases (two composite samples generated in different periods) in order to study the effect of the wastewater composition on the sulfate precipitation. The experiments were performed with raw and oxidized wastewater samples, and carried out according to the following steps: (1) evaluate the pH effect upon sulfate precipitation on raw wastewaters at pH range of 2-8; (2) conduct sulfate precipitation experiments on raw and oxidized wastewaters; and (3) characterize the precipitate yielded. At a concentration of 80 g L(-1), barium precipitation achieved a sulfate removal up to 61.4% while calcium precipitation provided over 99% sulfate removal in raw and oxidized wastewaters and for both samples. Calcium precipitation was chosen to be performed after Fenton's oxidation; hence this process configuration favors the production of higher quality precipitates. The results showed that, when dried at 105 degrees C, the precipitate is composed of hemidrate and anhydrous calcium sulfate ( approximately 99.8%) and trace metals ( approximately 0.2%: Fe, Cr, Mn, Co, Ag, Mg, K, Na), what makes it suitable for reuse in innumerous processes. 相似文献

为了使酿酒废水中总磷有效去除并达标排放,通过对酿酒废水总磷的排放情况调查,有针对性的选用高压电化学絮凝技术,对酿酒废水中总磷的去除效果进行实验研究。从实验结果看,调节进水pH值为2.3、停留时间45分钟时总磷去除率可达到99%以上,在该条件下COD的去除率也能达到50%左右,废水总磷排放浓度能够达到1.0mg/L的排放要求。 相似文献

在污水处理场,经过生化处理后的排放水中仍含有一定的悬浮物、氨、氮、油、菌类及大量的溶解盐类,其COD也较高,因而不能直接用于锅炉补水。用“斜板沉降-连续过滤-超滤-反渗透”这一组合工艺来处理炼油污水,并将处理后的污水回用于锅炉补水。对其可行性进行了科学的分析和论述,并进行了中试。试验证明,该工艺流程及设备无论在技术上还是在经济上都是可行的。 相似文献
