为探究不同菌剂对黑臭水体的修复效果,揭示研究过程中微生物群落变化规律,采用不同配方菌剂对黑臭水体进行修复,探讨不同菌剂对上覆水、底泥和微生物的影响。结果表明:投加菌剂组上覆水pH均略高于试验前;化学-复合微生物菌剂组上覆水DO浓度略低于空白组(6.95 mg/L),且上覆水NH4 +-N和TP去除率分别达到86.60%和66.07%,底泥酸可挥发性硫和有机质去除率分别达到79.20%和52.71%,去除效果均明显优于其他试验组;高通量测序表明,投加菌剂组底泥中硝化、反硝化细菌和有机质降解类细菌均具有较高相对丰度,且Vicinamibacterales下的某属在化学-复合微生物菌剂组中的相对丰度明显高于其他试验组(1.07%~2.18%)。研究显示化学-复合微生物菌剂对黑臭水体具有良好修复效果。

施用生物质炭对黑土黑碳含量和结构特征的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
生物质炭(Biochar,Bc)是黑碳(Black Carbon,BC)的一种,当前关于生物质炭在农业上的研究大都集中在其对土壤理化性质和作物生长的影响,而关于施用生物质炭对土壤黑碳结构和数量影响的研究很少.为了解施用生物质炭对土壤黑碳的影响,本试验采用盆栽试验的方法,设置4个处理,施加生物质炭量分别为0(CK)、6、12和24 t·hm-2,采用Wolbach-Anders法对土壤中的黑碳进行提取,运用元素分析、红外光谱和热重分析等方法研究了不同施入量的生物质炭对土壤黑碳产生的影响.实验结果表明:施用玉米秸秆生物质炭能明显增加土壤中黑碳的含量,随着生物质炭施用量的增加,不同处理相对于对照(CK)中土壤黑碳含量分别提升7.04%、22.96%和46.90%.施用玉米秸秆生物质炭降低了黑碳的脂族性、氧化性,提升了黑碳的缩合度、芳化度,提高了黑碳结构的稳定性,提高了土壤黑碳的热稳定性.施用玉米秸秆生物质炭能够提高p H,提高土壤的速效养分含量.  相似文献

Black carbon (BC) concentration and meteorological data are measured discontinuously from May 2009 to March 2011, at the Qilian Shan Station of Glaciology and Ecologic Environment (hereafter “QSSGEE”), located near the terminal of the Laohugou No.12 Glacier in northwestern Qilian Shan, China.We measured the daily, monthly and seasonal variations of BC concentration in the atmosphere and discussed the possible emission sources. Black carbon background concentration in this region varied in the range of 18-72 ng/m3 with the highest in summer and the lowest in autumn. The relations between BC concentration and surface wind direction indicated that BC concentration was higher when northwest wind prevails while lower when southeast wind prevails. Air masses backward trajectories showed the potential emission sources in the northwest. Significant positive correlations between daily mean BC concentration and relative humidity indicated that BC might be one of important cloud condensation nuclei. This hypothesis needs to be confirmed further through cloud microphysical features in this region.  相似文献

藻源性湖泛在春季和夏季均有发生,但湖泛发生的完整过程在野外很难被追踪到.本文利用专利装置进行了春季与夏季藻源性湖泛的室内发生模拟,研究了湖泛发生过程中水体视觉和嗅觉两方面特征指标的变化过程.结果表明:湖泛在春季比夏季需要更长的酝酿时间方可发生,且持续时间较短;春季湖泛发生时水体真色度与悬浮固体含量均要高于夏季,且波动更显著;夏季湖泛致臭物质的变化较春季更明显,具有迅速、持久的特点;春季与夏季藻源性湖泛过程均具有嗅觉特征先于视觉效果显现的现象,即呈现先臭后黑的特点.  相似文献

Shipborne samples collected from the Black Sea atmosphere were analysed by instrumental neutron activation analysis, atomic absorption spectrometry and ion chromatography for approximately 40 elements and ions. Concentrations of most of the elements are found to be a factor of two higher in the western part of the Black Sea than corresponding concentrations in the eastern part. Main source regions for anthropogenic elements were in Europe. The WNW, WSW and SSW sectors together account for 70% of observed concentrations of elements. Principal component analysis showed a crustal, a marine and three anthropogenic factors. Two of the anthropogenic factors were the result of long-range transport of particles and the third indicated a local iron and steel industry. Atmospheric fluxes of elements to the Black Sea were calculated using observed concentrations, scavenging ratios and precipitation data and results were compared with riverine fluxes of elements. For crustal elements, riverine fluxes were found to be dominant, but for pollution-derived elements, atmospheric fluxes were comparable to riverine fluxes to the Black Sea.  相似文献

This paper scrutinizes the concept of cleaner technology, drawing on both a review of the literature and case study analysis of new data. By analysing the intentions behind innovations as separate from outcomes, a complex relationship between intentions and outcomes, as well as between different motives, is revealed. The paper argues that cleaner technology is not in fact a type of technology, that the concept obscures the role of underlying environmental motives and ambitions and that cleaner technology innovations do not necessarily deliver the economic gains they are normally understood to do.  相似文献

无锡市大气PM2.5中黑碳的粒径分布与混合态特征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对长江三角洲地区PM2.5中的重要组分黑碳(BC)气溶胶,2010~2011年利用单颗粒黑碳光度计(SP2),对江苏省无锡市夏冬两季BC气溶胶的质量浓度、粒径分布及单颗粒混合态进行了连续在线观测.结果表明,无锡市冬季BC质量浓度(6.1μg/m3)是夏季(2.5μg/m3)的2.4倍,内混态BC比例(NIB)冬季(64.8%)也显著高于夏季(44.6%),说明冬季BC污染与来外来污染传输有关.反向轨迹分析表明,来自华北平原的污染气团输入是冬季高浓度BC污染的首要原因. NIB的日变化趋势与BC质量浓度的完全相反.午后BC质量浓度最低时NIB最高,反映了二次光化学产物包覆在BC颗粒外层的老化过程.此外,夏冬两季BC粒径分布保持稳定,其质量浓度峰值对应粒径在225nm左右,数浓度峰值对应粒径在120nm左右.  相似文献

采用截留分子量30000,20000,10000和6000的超滤膜,对草浆黑液进行了超滤过程中膜阻力分布的研究.通过测定不同条件下膜样品的通量,对聚乙二醇标准物的截留率,指出在超滤黑液过程中各部分阻力的比例和超滤膜的分离特性的变化.各种膜样品的热重分析结果表明,膜污染是由微量有机物引起的污染.  相似文献

This study was derived from field investigations to assess bisphenol A (BPA) concentrations in the sea and river sediments of the Gulf of Gdansk. Black carbon (BC) and total organic carbon (TOC) were identified as influencing factors on the accumulation. As a result of the transportation of BC with organic matter via rivers into the Gulf of Gdansk, the highest mean concentrations (11.26 ng BPA/(g dry weight (dw))), were determined in the sediments of river estuaries. Sediments in coastal stations were characterized by the lowest mean concentrations (5.73 ng BPA/(g dw)). TOC content below 0.1% determined the sorption of BPA on BC particles in sediments, and statistically significant correlation between the concentration of BPA and the BC/TOC ratio was found in these cases. In addition, dependency between the concentration of BPA and the content of BC was discovered in sediments where the BC/TOC ratio was > 0.33.  相似文献
