低硒带土壤中硒的挥发过程研究   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
本文探讨了低硒带土壤中(黑龙江富裕县,河北丰宁县)硒的挥发程度及影响因素。经过干燥-再湿润的土壤样品,利用超微量硒的分析技术能够直接测出挥发性硒。土壤中硒的挥发程度与土壤湿度、温度及培养时间有关。当对土壤添加营养物质时,观察到添加含硒置较高的牛肉膏-蛋白胨营养液时硒的挥发程度显著提高。添加不同形态的硒,发现硒代蛋氨酸,硒代胱氮酸及含硒植物蛋白的土壤中硒的挥发程度显著高于对照组。而添加无机硒酸盐对土壤中硒的挥发程度影响不大。研究结果表明土壤中硒的挥发过程主要由微生物活动和硒的生物可利用度所决定。  相似文献

本文综述了目前与低硒带硒生物地球化学循环有关的研究结果。从这些研究中可以看出,低硒带的形成主要由表层土壤对低硒母质层的继承性,演化趋势主要决定于降水输入和淋溶流失二个自然过程的相对通量及土壤对硒的保留程度,后者在很大程度上依赖于土壤铁锰氧化物含量,土壤中硒的挥发损失可能并不重要。土壤-植物系统中硒的小循环中,环境腐植酸物质对土壤硒的环境行为和生物有效性产生了显著影响。  相似文献

用土柱模拟4种加硒处理的土壤还原淋溶过程,研究了硒在土壤中的迁移和积累。结果表明,未加硒处理(土壤背景硒)的溶液中硒的迁移以有机硒占优势,Se(Ⅵ)及Se(Ⅳ)占的比例很小;土壤富野酸硒由上层向下层迁移。外源蛋白硒的处理的溶液中硒迁移为有机硒,部分外源硒以富里酸硒积累在下层土壤。外源Se(Ⅵ)和Se(Ⅳ)处理的溶液中硒迁移量只占加入量的0.2%和0.4%,硒迁移的主要形态前者为有机硒,后者为Se(Ⅳ)和有机硒;外源Se(Ⅵ)和Se(Ⅳ)的绝大部分以富里酸硒的形态积累于土壤,其积累量Se(Ⅵ)处理高于Se(Ⅳ)处理,上层土壤高于下层土壤。  相似文献

以天津市蓟州富硒区土壤为研究对象,对土壤中硒含量、有效硒含量及硒的形态特征进行分析,并对土壤有效硒的影响因素进行研究.结果表明,蓟州富硒区土壤总硒的含量范围0.14—0.65 mg·kg~(-1),均值为0.37 mg·kg~(-1),高于蓟州区环境背景值0.23 mg·kg~(-1)和全国土壤硒元素的平均值0.29 mg·kg~(-1).土壤有效硒的均值为0.021 mg·kg~(-1),有效度为5.63%.研究区土壤硒元素以强有机结合态和残渣态为主,两种形态的平均含量分别为0.14 mg·kg~(-1)和0.11 mg·kg~(-1),占总硒的比例分别为44%和35%,水溶态、离子交换态和碳酸盐结合态的硒含量较少,仅占总硒含量的4.6%,1.7%和0.9%.土壤中有效硒的含量近似等于水溶态、离子交换态和碳酸盐结合态硒的含量之和,且两者的差异性检验结果显示并无显著性差异.土壤中有效硒与硒全量、pH和有机质均呈显著的正相关关系,偏分析结果表明有效硒主要受土壤硒含量和pH的影响.  相似文献

皖南茶区土壤硒含量及其与茶叶中硒的关系   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采集皖南泾县茶区7个主要茶园和安徽茶树良种场土壤和茶叶样品,分析土壤-茶叶间硒分配与分布的特点以及茶叶中硒含量与土壤和茶树品种的关系。结果表明,皖南泾县茶区土壤硒平均含量为( 0. 413±0. 146 )mg·kg-1,高于我国土壤表层硒平均含量背景值,在我国自然茶园中属正常偏高水平。硒在土壤剖面的分布受生物富集性、土壤pH值、土壤有机质含量等因素的影响。春茶含硒量高于秋茶,春茶含硒量为0. 096 ~0. 216mg·kg-1,多数属中等含硒水平。茶叶含硒量是土壤含硒量、茶叶采摘季节、茶树品种等因素共同影响的结果。因此通过选育硒富集力强的良种茶树、合理配施硒肥、调节土壤pH值及养分状况以及适时采摘茶叶等措施,可以实现富硒绿茶生产。  相似文献

陕南土壤中水溶态硒、氟的含量及其在生态环境的表征   总被引:12,自引:1,他引:11  
以陕南早古生代地层上发育的土壤为材料,研究土壤中水溶态硒、氟的含量及其与总量、土壤pH值之间的关系,探讨土壤水溶态硒、氟含量在生态环境中的表征作用.结果表明,陕南土壤中水溶态硒、氟的平均含量分别为0.012μg·g-1和0.87μg·g-1,土壤中水溶态硒、氟的含量同其总量之间都存在着显著的正相关关系;在供试土壤pH范围内(5.10—7.52),水溶态硒的含量随pH值的增加先降后升,水溶态氟随pH值的增减而同步增减,其相互间的关系均可用函数方程式定量表达.水溶态硒含量能较好地表征陕南的高硒生态环境,水溶态氟可作为生态系氟质量状况的一个指标,但其指示作用又囿于地域空间的限制.  相似文献

分析了阿坝地区的岩石、饮用水、农作物及其根系土中硒的不同存在形态的分布,并结合生物有效性深入研究了硒元素分布与大骨节病病因的联系和调控机理.阿坝地区的环境(岩石、土壤、水)中全硒浓度、农作物中硒的富集系数和水溶性硒占总硒的含量均远低于非病区;硒在氧化还原条件(Eh平均值143.27 mV)和酸碱度(pH 6.51—8.48)的控制下主要以亚硒酸态的稳定形式存在.元素铝、铁等的富集可能会促进硒的沉淀和络合,制约硒的生物有效利用率,进而导致人体硒摄入不足,最终激发人类微小病毒B19(HPV B19)的毒性,引发大骨节病.通过采取土壤增施硒肥、改善水质、改变膳食结构等方法可以有效地提高环境中硒的水平及其生物有效性,以缓解大骨节病的病情及发病率.  相似文献

丹东市、聊城市、晋城市土壤含硒量分别是0.106±0.09、0.113±0.08、0.09±0.007mg/kg,属于缺硒生态景观;温州市土壤,面粉含量分别是0.188±0.01、20.026±0.014mg/kg属于中等硒含量生态景观。各城镇孕妇血硒含量依次为112.2±48.5(54例)、113.7±63.4(32例)、96.0±48.1(44例)、130.6±60.6(59例)μg/L。生态景观硒含量最高的温州市孕妇血硒含量高于缺硒生态景观的城镇。  相似文献

以山东省淄博市博山区作为富硒产业基地的代表,在该区域网格化均匀布点采集表土样品,测定总硒含量,利用GIS技术分析土壤硒的空间分布特征并对其含量水平进行评价,提出富硒产业发展建议,以期为富硒农业发展提供支持.结果表明,博山区土壤全硒含量的范围为0.105—1.460 mg·kg~(-1),几何均值为0.305 mg·kg~(-1),与全国土壤硒元素平均水平(0.29 mg·kg~(-1))相当.土壤硒元素与地质构造密切相关,与土壤总有机碳、总氮呈极显著相关关系,且表土全硒浓度基本呈现出随海拔升高而降低的趋势.缺硒土壤(含缺硒7%和少硒13%)所占比例为20%,足硒土壤约占55%,富硒土壤所占比例为25%,博山南部农业规划区土壤主要是缺硒和足硒土壤,需添加外源硒肥才能实现发展富硒产业的目标.  相似文献

通过氮肥减量小区试验,研究了太湖地区稻田氮素径流损失、渗漏损失、氨挥发损失以及氨挥发通量的动态变化特征,阐述了氮素损失量、水稻产量与施氮量之间的关系。结果表明:稻季氮素径流损失和氨挥发损失均随施氮量的增加不断增加,而渗漏损失与施氮量没有显著相关性。综合整个稻季,氨挥发损失以分蘖肥期最高,基肥期次之,穗肥期最低。稻季氮素总损失为13.7~59.8 kg·hm-2,占总施氮量的16.5%~22.2%,且随施氮量的增加而不断增加,其中氨挥发损失占42.2%~72.0%,径流损失占22.2%~38.4%,渗漏损失占5.8%~22.7%。稻季181 kg·hm-2的氮肥用量,较常规施氮量减少了33%的氮肥,增加了10.3%的产量,降低了48.5%的氮素损失,较好地兼顾了粮食产量和环境效应;而对于重要环境区域或高污染区域,还可以尝试更低的氮肥投入,以达到更好的环境效益。  相似文献

The solution culture, paddy soil culture and the simulation experiments in the laboratory were conducted to clarify the interactions between selenium and phosphorus, and its effects on the growth and selenium accumulation in rice. Results revealed that a suitable supply of selenium could promote rice growth and excessive selenium could injure rice plant, causing lower biomass, especially in the roots. The supply of selenite could enhance the selenium contents of rice shoots and roots in solution culture and in soil culture. The selenium concentrations in roots were much higher than those in shoots supplied with the same rates of selenium and phosphorus. The interaction between selenium and phosphorus was evident. When the phosphorus supply increased to meet the needs of plant growth, phosphorus could promote absorption and accumulation of selenium in the shoots. If the phosphorus supply was excessive, phosphorus could inhibit the accumulation of selenium in the shoots at the lower selenite level (2 mol l–1), but could not at the higher selenite level (10 mol l–1). With the supply of phosphate increased, the selenium concentrations in the roots decreased significantly at both selenite levels. The presence of phosphate could decrease Se sorption on the soil surface and increase the selenium concentration in the soil solution. The concentrations of selenium in shoots and roots supplied with 0.08 g kg–1 phosphorus were lower than those with no phosphorus supplied. With the increase of phosphorus added to 0.4 g kg–1, the selenium concentration in shoots and roots increased. The effect of phosphorus on the concentration was statistically significant at all three selenium levels.  相似文献

为了明确不同施肥种类对水稻土土壤肥力与酶活性的影响,以30年(1981年至今)长期定位试验地为基础,研究不同施肥处理(CK,N,P,K,NPK,2倍NPK,NPK+猪粪)水稻田耕层(0-20cm)土壤酶活性与养分的变化趋势及其相关性。结果表明:1)施P(配施或单施)增加土壤全P、速效P含量,平衡施肥配施有机肥(NPK+猪粪处理)土壤的有机质、全P、速效P、全N、速效N均显著增加,所有施肥处理间pH值差异均不显著;2)除了NPK处理土壤脲酶活性最高外,平衡施肥配施有机肥土壤转化酶、酸性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶活性均较其他处理显著增加;3)酸性磷酸酶活性与土壤全P量呈负相关,过氧化氢酶、脲酶、转化酶与全N、有机质、速效N、速效P呈显著或极显著正相关;因此,水田土壤长期平衡施肥配施有机肥,能显著提高土壤肥力,增加土壤酶活性,有益于土壤生产力的持续提高。  相似文献

本文建立了土壤和沉积物中硒的形态分析方法,应用连续化学浸提技术将土壤和沉积物进行连续五次抽提,根据不同形态硒的溶解度,将土壤和沉积中的硒分为可溶态(水溶态)、可交换态及碳酸盐结合态、铁-锰氧化物结合态、有机物-硫化物结合态及元素态、残渣态五种结合形态。种形态硒分级浸提的相对标准偏差均小于4.0%,总回收率(即:五种形态和与总硒的比值)为93.2-94.4%。  相似文献

A survey was done recently in Jiaxing city of Zhejiang Province in the Yangtze River Delta to compare the differences of soil microbiological properties among paddy soils with different land use including continuous open-field vegetable cultivation (OFVC), plastic-greenhouse vegetable cultivation (PGVC) and traditional rice-wheat rotation (RWR). The soil types included are percolating, permeable and waterlogged paddy soils. The results indicate that the microbial flora was markedly changed as the land use changed for all the three soil types. In continuous vegetable cultivation soils, especially in PGVC soils, the bacteria amounts decreased dramatically, but the fungal and actinomyce amounts increased as compared with RWR soils. The dehydrogenase activities decreased significantly in vegetable soils, especially in PGVC soils as compared with RWR soils. The microbial biomass C and the total phospholipid contents (TPL) in vegetable cultivation soil greatly decreased as compared with RWR soils. Biolog analysis indicated that the kinds of carbon sources that could be metabolized by native microbes in PGVC soils greatly decreased as compared with OFVC soils and RWR soils, revealing that microbial diversity had decreased since land use change. The activities of some soil enzymes including urease, invertase and phosphase were all lower in OFVC soils than those in RWR soils, and those in PGVC soils were the lowest. The degradation of microbiological activities in continuous vegetable cultivation soils, especially in PGVC soils, as compared with RWR soils might have been caused by soil acidification and accumulation of salts due to overuse of both organic and inorganic fertilizers in vegetable cultivation.  相似文献

采用过量施用化肥获得高产已成为近年来太湖地区的普遍现象,而由此引发的农业面源污染对水体生态环境恶化的贡献值也越来越大。通过对苕溪流域地区的田间试验,研究了8种不同减量施肥处理条件下,稻田田面水中氮素的动态变化特征和径流损失量,研究结果表明,(1)各处理铵氮浓度在施肥后迅速上升,1~3d达到最大值,而总氮在施肥后第1天便达到峰值,之后随时间变化逐渐下降,铵氮、总氮浓度在一周之后均降至较低水平。(2)田面水中铵氮/总氮比在施肥后3~7d达到峰值,之后逐渐下降。(3)田间任何1次的径流排水均会造成田面水氮素的流失,径流排水发生的时间与施肥时间间隔越小氮素的流失负荷就越大。(4)各减量化施肥处理年度累计流失负荷较常规施肥处理下降6%~53%,当季稻田氮素流失率在1.4%~2.6%之间。为减少农田氮肥使用量,降低氮素流失量,减缓农业面源污染提供理论依据。  相似文献

The effect of selenium (Na2SeO3) on the methylation of mercury (HgCl2) in facultative sediment was studied. The results showed that small amount of selenium (0.25 μg/g) added to the sediment could significantly reduce the net methylation rate of mercury. The more the selenium was added, the higher the inhibition effect was. These results made the addition of selenium to the aquatic systems more practical and safe as a way to alleviate mercury accumulation in fish. Additionally, higher temperature was favorable to the net methylation of mercury, and high concentration of methylmercury emerged earlier.  相似文献
