天津市区域土壤Cd污染及其对农产品影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了天津市土壤Cd元素区域分布特征,依据本次土壤调查背景参数特征和国家环境质量标准对农田土壤Cd污染进行了分级评价,天津市农田土壤存在不同级别的Cd污染。其中中-重度污染区面积约116km2,占调查面积的1.07%,主要集中在东丽区大毕庄、荒草坨,津南区双港,西青区邓店、楼家院等。在不同污染程度区农产品的调查结果表明,Cd在中-重度污染地区蔬菜中有富集和超标现象,应加强污染区土壤监测和治理工作。  相似文献

从1997年开始,对荔枝叶片和土壤常量有效养分质量分数、pH值的年周期变化进行了研究。通过统计学分析,初步探明叶片各元素质量分数季节性变化的模式及其特点,以及土壤有效养分质量分数、pH值年周期变化的趋势;分析了年周期变化中叶片与土壤分析值之间的相关性。  相似文献

Organotin compounds, widely used as antifouling agents, are known to bioaccumulate in the food chain. Among organotin compounds, tributyltin (TBT), a toxic and widespread contaminant, has become a serious factor in environmental pollution and is suspected of being immunotoxic in animals. The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of 80 µg of TBT per kilogram of body weight (kg bw), provided in food, on the immune and neurological systems of C57Bl/6 mice. Data showed that TBT increased the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes in both adult and juvenile female and juvenile male mice, but that it decreased the proliferation of both T and B lymphocytes in adult male mice. The macrophages activity in female and male juvenile mice was higher than in adults of both sexes. The natural killer cytotoxic activity was also increased in juvenile and adult males and females compared to the control groups. In the brain, we observed the presence of TBT in the hippocampus, the striatum, the cortex, and the cerebellum in both the male and female groups. The highest levels were observed in the cortex of females and males, while the lowest levels were found in the cerebellum. TBT also induced an increase in the levels of the antioxidant glutathione (GSH) in the striatum, the hippocampus and in cortical structures but not in the cerebellum where the levels of TBT are lower. Our findings indicate that TBT modulated the immune and nervous systems causing endocrine and nervous perturbations.  相似文献

通过野外调查和采样分析,研究了石家庄栾城县不同污水灌溉时间(0-52a)和不同层位(0-100cm)耕地土壤肥力及酶活性的分布特征。研究结果表明:与清灌对照点相比,污水灌溉区表层(0-20cm)土壤有机质含量、全氮含量、全磷含量、蔗糖酶活性、脲酶活性和磷酸酶活性、亚表层(20-40cm)蔗糖酶活性、磷酸酶活性和下层(40-60cm)蔗糖酶活性均相对较高,而下层有机质含量、全氮含量和底层(60-100cm)全氮含量均相对较低。4层土壤阳离子交换量和过氧化氢酶活性较对照点均无明显的变化规律。表层土壤全氮含量、蔗糖酶活性和磷酸酶活性、亚表层有机质含量、蔗糖酶活性和磷酸酶活性、下层蔗糖酶活性与污灌时间之间均存在显著相关性沪〈0.05)。上述特征反映了土壤肥力及酶活性对污灌的响应具有明显的层位效应和非同步性,而这些响应是由于污水中的营养物质输入土壤后引发微生物活性提高的“激发效应”所致。  相似文献

根据ASSOD人为诱导下土壤退化的概念,结合中国的实际情况,分析了中国土壤侵蚀、荒漠化、盐碱化、贫瘠化、潜育化、土壤污染和土壤生产力丧失等主要土壤退化类型的动态变化,概括了中国人为诱导下土壤退化的特点及研究前景。到目前为止,中国土壤侵蚀的总面积约占全国土地面积的六分之一,主要分布在黄河流域、南方红色土壤丘陵地区和东北地区;土壤荒漠化主要分布在北部和西北部,特别是农牧交错地带,其原因主要包括不当的土地利用方式和沙丘移动占据农地或牧场而使之丧失生产功能;土壤盐碱化主要分布在黄淮海平原、东北平原西部、黄河河套地区、西北内陆地区,其原因主要是由于人为灌溉造成的土壤次生盐碱化所致;由于过度垦殖,土壤因有机质匮乏而导致养分失衡;土壤养分长期的低投入、高支出造成全国范围土壤肥力的下降;土壤潜育化主要分布在东北和四川阿坝地区,冻融造成土壤表层滞水是其主要成因;随着化学农业和城市化对农田的影响,土壤中的有毒物质不断积累,土壤大量被用于非农业,土壤性状、环境发生了显著变化,也对人类健康构成了严重的威胁。  相似文献

Summary Changes in the density of beech scale infestation (Cryptococcus fagisuga) of a mature beech stand (Fagus sylvatica) were investigated after gap-cutting in limed and unlimed areas bordering on the gaps and in untreated areas over a 5-year period. Parallelly the concentrations of sucrose, protein amino acids, and procyanidins were examined in the inner and outer bark of non-infested beech trees and beeches infested by beech scale.Irrespective of liming in the areas bordering on the gaps the proportion of beech trees with increasing beech scale infestation was significantly higher, the proportion of beeches with diminishing infestation was significantly lower than in the untreated control areas. Trees with the same infestation tendency occurred in clusters.Physiological defence reactions in the inner and outer bark of the infested beech trees were registrated as an increase in the procyanidin content and a decrease in the protein amino acid content. A change in the outer bark—inner bark—ratio of the infested beech trees showed a transfer of compounds between the inner and outer bark. During the period of observation long-lasting shifts occurred in the pattern of compounds of the bark irrespective of actual infestation intensity.  相似文献

为从方位及冠层的角度探讨光照对厚朴(Magnolia officinalis)果实和种子形态变异的影响,分别从植株的不同方位和冠层采集果实、种子,并测定其形态指标。结果表明,方位对厚朴果实和种子的形态变异影响显著,不同方位厚朴果实和种子的表型性状表现为南方位和东方位优于西方位,南、东和西3个方位均优于北方位;冠层对厚朴果实和种子的形态变异影响显著,不同冠层果实和种子性状表现为中冠层优于上冠层,上冠层优于下冠层;方位和冠层对厚朴果实和种子多项形态指标的协同作用不显著。与果实相比,种子的表型性状更稳定。  相似文献

利用华南地区46个地面气象站1960-2012年逐日降水数据,分析该地区各季节持续干期日数的时空分布特征。结果表明:1)近53年来,华南地区春季和夏季的持续干期日数呈波动下降趋势,下降速率分别为0.042和0.108 d·(10 a)-1;秋季和冬季的持续干期日数呈波动上升趋势,上升速率分别为1.911和0.118 d·(10 a)-1。广东省春季和夏季持续干期日数呈下降趋势,下降速率分别为0.171和0.243 d·(10 a)-1;秋季和冬季持续干期日数呈增加趋势,增加速率分别为1.737和0.32 d·(10 a)-1。广西省春、夏和秋季持续干期日数呈增加趋势,增加速率分别为0.109、0.046和2.117 d·(10 a)-1;冬季为减小趋势,减少速率为0.106 d·(10 a)-1。2)华南地区持续干期日数在春季呈从北向南逐渐增多的趋势,夏季呈自西南向东北逐渐增加的趋势,秋季呈自西向东逐渐增加的趋势,冬季呈从北向南逐渐增多的趋势。冬季的持续干期日数是4个季节中最长的,大致在20~44 d。3)华南地区春季持续干期日数变化倾向率在-1.20~1.00 d·(10 a)-1之间,增加趋势最明显的区域是广西省的南部地区,减少趋势最明显的区域是广东省的沿海地区;夏季在-1.00~0.60 d·(10 a)-1之间,呈增加趋势的区域主要位于广西省的中部和南部,呈减少趋势的区域位于广东省大部分地区和广西省的东部;秋季在0~3.50 d·(10 a)-1之间,整体呈现增加趋势,变化倾向率较大的区域主要位于广西省的中部和广东省的东北部沿海地区;冬季在-1.50~2.00 d·(10 a)-1之间,呈增加趋势的区域主要集中在广东省的中南部和东部地区,以及广西的东部边缘,呈减少趋势的区域主要集中在广东省的北部以及广西的中部和西北部地区。持续干期日数增加趋势最明显的季节是秋季。4)持续干期日数与降水量表现出负相关性,与气温和无降水日数表现为正相关性。降水量和无降水日数的变化对持续干期日数的变化起着重要的作用,而温度对持续干期日数的影响比较小。  相似文献

Summary. The quality of tree leaves as food for herbivores changes rapidly especially during the spring and early summer. However, whether the quality of an individual tree in relation to other trees in the population changes during the growing season and between years is less clear. We studied the seasonal and annual stability of chemical and physical traits affecting leaf quality for herbivores. Rankings of trees in terms of the contents of two major groups of phenolics in their leaves, hydrolyzable tannins and proanthocyanidins (condensed tannins), were very stable from the early spring to the end of the growing season. There were also strong positive within-season correlations in the levels of some other groups of phenolics in the leaves (kaempferol glycosides, myricetin glycosides and p-coumaroylquinic acid derivatives). The contents of individual sugars and the sum content of protein-bound amino acids showed patterns of seasonal consistency in mature leaves, but not in young developing leaves. The seasonal correlations in leaf water content and toughness were also strongest in mature leaves. The correlations between two years at corresponding times of the growing season were strongly positive for the major groups of phenolics throughout the season, but were more variable for the contents of proteins and some sugars. Leaf toughness and water content showed strong positive correlations in mature leaves. Despite the consistency of tree ranking in terms of leaf phenolics, the relative resistance status of trees may, however, change during a growing season because there was a negative correlation between the content of hydrolyzable tannins (early-season resistance compounds) in leaves early in the season and the content of proanthocyanidins (late-season resistance compounds) late in the season, and vice versa. Thus, assuming that phenolics affect herbivore preference and performance, different plants may suffer damage at different times of the growing season, and the overall variation between trees in the fitness consequences may be low. In addition, the adaptation of herbivorous insects to mountain birch foliage in general, as well as to specific tree individuals, may be constrained by variation in the relative resistance status of the trees.  相似文献

In the period following liming and before the introduction of brown trout to Loch Fleet, there was a reduction in the numbers of invertebrates, including the Chironomidae, Oligochaeta and Hydracarina in the loch, but an overall increase in invertebrates in the inlet and outlet streams. This was followed in the loch by a recovery in the numbers of certain groups (particularly the Trichoptera and Ephemeroptera) to pre-liming levels in spite of the introduction of the trout.

The diets of the trout comprised a wide variety of aquatic and terrestrial organisms ranging in size from Fprotozoans to newts and are dominated by chironomids. Opportunistic type of feeding as found in the present study appears to be typical of the brown trout and is reported for many water bodies by other workers.

Significant differences (P < 0.05 and P < 0.001) were found in the numbers and weights of certain food organisms in the stomachs of brown trout caught by different fishing methods in the summers of 1992 and 1993. Fish caught by gill net contained fewer planktonic crustaceans and chironomids, but greater numbers of trichopterans and terrestrial organisms, than in those caught by fly and spinner. the differences are probably related to differences in the depth at which the fish, caught by the various methods, were feeding.  相似文献

小麦秸秆生物质炭对水稻产量及晚稻氮素利用率的影响   总被引:32,自引:0,他引:32  
选择湖南长沙红黄泥水稻土和江西进贤红壤性水稻土为供试土壤,研究小麦秸秆制生物质炭在20、40t.hm-2施入量水平下与氮肥配施对早、晚稻产量及晚稻氮素利用率的影响。结果表明,生物质炭与氮肥配施情况下,2个试验点不同生物质炭施用量处理间早稻产量均无显著差异,但进贤试验点生物质炭施用量为20和40t.hm-2处理晚稻产量分别比未施生物质炭对照提高5.18%和7.95%,而长沙试验点3个处理间晚稻产量无显著差异。在相同氮素水平下,当生物质炭施用量为40 t.hm-2时,2个试验点土壤有机碳含量与未施生物质炭对照相比最高增幅均在55%以上;施用生物质炭可提高酸性或弱酸性土壤pH值,降低土壤容重;施用生物质炭也可显著提高水稻氮肥利用率,在40 t.hm-2施用水平下,长沙和进贤试验点水稻氮肥吸收利用率分别提高20.33和17.58百分点,进贤试验点氮肥农学效率提高39.81%。在酸性土壤中施用生物质炭可提高氮肥利用率,保持水稻产量稳定或有一定的增产效果。  相似文献

Atatürk Dam Lake is one of the important freshwater ecosystems in the world in terms of the size of the surface area and the biodiversity. The objective of this study was to determine the effects of metal pollution in the Atatürk Dam Lake on some biochemical markers in the gills and digestive glands of mussels (Unio mancus). Mussel samples were collected in July-2018 from four stations. The metal residues (Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn, and Ni) in the tissues were determined by ICP-MS. The MT, reduced GSH, and MDA levels were analysed using the proposed spectrophotometric methods. According to the results, toxic metals such as Cd and Pb in both tissues were determined mostly in mussels collected from St1. The highest MT and MDA levels in the gills were determined in St3 and St2 respectively, while the highest MT and MDA levels in the digestive glands were determined in St1. Although there was no significant difference in the reduced GSH level in the gills among the stations, the highest reduced GSH level in the digestive glands was determined in St4. These results indicated that mussels are appropriate sentinel organisms for metal contamination with effects on oxidative stress and metal exposure biomarkers.  相似文献

报道了利用植草修复受DDT,BHC和Dicofol污染的研究,讨论了化学农药污染土壤植物修复中,农药在植物中富集与在土壤中降解以及结合残留等环境化学问题。研究表明,在植物修复的过程中,通过草对农药吸收的途径而去除土壤中污染物的作用所作的贡献很小,植草的作用可能是通过草的根部向土壤释放酶和某些分泌物,从而激发土壤中微生物的活性,并加速农药生物降解作用的结果。草在不同土壤中修复能力的差异,可能与不同土壤中所存土著微生物的差异以及其活性受酶和某些分泌物所激发差异的结果。选择能使根际区产生强烈的生物降解作用的草品种,是利用草作为化学农药污染土壤修复的关键。土壤与植株中农药结合残留的形成可能是土壤中污染物消除的又一个重要因素。  相似文献

用XRD和EXAFS方法研究了CuO-ZnO(50:50)CO_2加氢合成甲醇催化剂的结构.XRD研究发现,在催化剂还原前后,分别存在CuO,ZnO和Cu-ZnO晶相.EXAFS研究发现,在CuO-ZnO中,Cu—O,Cu—Cu键长及Cu的氧配位数、Cu的Cu配位数与纯CuO的十分接近,在Cu-ZnO中,Cu—Wu键长、Cu的Cu配位数与纯Cu的十分接近,说明催化剂在还原前后,CU的近邻结构分别与CuO与Cu的十分接近.纯Cu的活性、选择性很低,而Cu-ZnO的活性、选择性较纯Cu的有很大提高,说明催化剂的性能与催化剂中Cu的近邻结构无关.  相似文献

为评价三唑酮可湿性粉剂在土壤-油菜生态系统中使用后的残留行为和环境安全性,进行了2 a大田试验,并比较了指数模型、GM(1,1)灰色模型、阻滞动力学模型对三唑酮降解规律的描述。结果表明:3种模型的拟合结果均达到统计学意义上显著相关;对三唑酮在土壤和油菜中降解行为模拟结果最好的分别为GM(1,1)模型和阻滞动力学模型;三唑酮在土壤中2 a的半衰期分别为3.48和4.38 d,油菜植株中分别为1.98和3.78 d,其降解受温度影响较大。  相似文献

Land utilization of sewage sludge has become one of the major issues in environmental mitigation in China. This is particularly important in the Loess Plateau of Northwest China. Sludge enriched with organic matter and nutrients might effectively help to resolve the problems of silty loess soils as evidenced by porosity defect, structural alterations and absence of fertility. After sludge flows into the loess, irrigation water contains heavy metals that leach and migrate into sludge and consequently related human health risks may occur that raise concerns; and this situation needs to be rectified. The characteristics of the vertical migration and composition form change of Cu, Zn, and Cd from composted sludge to loess, and corresponding influencing factors, were investigated by performing a soil column simulation test under the leaching treatment of a one-year irrigation water capacity. Results demonstrated that: (1) composted sludge significantly improved loess fertility, and irrigation leaching transported only a small quantity of organic matter in sludge in the plough layer; (2) although some of the Cu, Zn, and Cd in composted sludge migrated to and concentrated in the middle and upper layers of the soil column during leaching, these metals were mostly retained in the plough layer; and (3) after the leaching treatment of the one-year irrigation water capacity, the compositions of Cu, Zn, and Cd (particularly Cu and Zn) in both plough layer and loess began to stabilize with low concentrations in the exudate. These findings confirmed the applicability of composted sludge in loess regions. This study provided a new insight into the sludge reuse in alkaline soils in arid and semi-arid region.  相似文献

Occurrence and problems of high fluoride waters in Turkey: an overview   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Endemic dental fluorosis was first observed in Turkey in Isparta Province, located in the SW of Anatolia, with mottled enamel related to the high levels of fluoride (1.5–4.0 ppm) in drinking waters, about 55 years ago. The origin of fluoride was attributed to the contents of minerals in volcanic rocks, consisting of pyroxene, hornblende, biotite, fluorapatite and glassy groundmass minerals. It was also reported about 35 years ago that severe dental and skeletal fluorosis has been observed in human beings and livestock in Dogubeyaz?t and Caldiran areas, located around Tendurek Volcano in eastern Turkey, where natural waters contained fluoride levels between 2.5 and 12.5 ppm. It was hypothesised that fluoride, which might be transported by fumaroles or escaped from devitrified lavas, could be held on the surface of some minerals and then exchanged with OH- in ground waters with high pH at the foothills of the young Tendurek Volcano. Endemic dental and skeletal fluorosis was also observed in the inhabitants in Kizilcaoren Village of Beylikova Town in Eski?ehir Province situated in the midwest of Turkey, where the fluoride content of the drinking waters ranged from 3.9 to 4.8 ppm. The origin of high fluoride in the natural waters was related to the fluorspar deposits, occurring in the catchment area near the village. During the survey in the Güllü Village of Esme-Usak, located in south-midwest of Turkey, it was observed that most of the inhabitants born and raised in the village and aged between 10 and 30 years, showed mild to moderate levels of mottled enamel. The fluoride contents of the deep well waters used for drinking in the village, varied from 0.7 to 2.0 ppm. Amorphous microscopic fluorite existing in the Pliocene lake limestones was considered as a possible origin of fluoride in the waters.  相似文献

Thailand underwent a major shift in forest policy in the second half of the 1980s to promote sustainable management and control of deforestation. This paper puts this in the context of earlier changes in forest policy and analyses the underlying causes of the shift by analysing changes in the relative strength of different interest groups within the framework of a policy pressures model. Internal pressures had a stronger impact on Thai forest policy than external pressures. Protectionist groups became more numerous and more powerful in Thailand in the 1980s in relation to exploitative groups, and their rise in influence was facilitated by continuing progress in democratization and pluralization, linked to the consequences of economic development. Such political change could help to explain the apparent link between better environmental management and economic development shown in the Environmental Kuznets Curve.  相似文献

上海市蔬菜地土壤硝态氮状况研究   总被引:9,自引:2,他引:9  
以上海市郊不同管理方式下菜地表层土壤采样测定土壤硝态氮含量为基础,并以水稻土等土壤作为对照,以期了解上海蔬菜地土壤硝态氮的现状,为菜地的合理施肥提出科学依据。结果表明,由于管理方式不同,土壤的硝态氮的NO3--N质量分数差异明显。大棚蔬菜地土壤中NO3--N明显高于其它其他用地管理方式下的土壤,依次为:w(大棚蔬菜地)>w(露天蔬菜地)>w(传统自留地),而且土壤硝态氮的积累是全剖面性的,而非仅在表层,如在80~100cm土层,大棚土壤硝态氮也为农田的好几倍。而且,大棚蔬菜地土壤盐渍化明显,主要特点之一是硝态氮积累,盐分高的土壤一般硝态氮也高。此外,长期大量的N肥投入引起了土壤酸化。土壤pH与土壤NO3--N质量分数呈线性负相关,经统计检验相关性达极显著水平。  相似文献

以巢湖典型低丘山区坡地的6种主要土地利用类型(弃耕地、尾矿裸地、灌木林地、荒草地、马尾松林地和人工恢复林地)为研究对象,通过定位观测与收集坡面壤中流,探讨该地区壤中流养分流失动态变化特征。结果表明,巢湖低丘山区典型土地利用类型壤中流发生概率为灌木林地和荒草地较高,尾矿裸地最低(仅在0~20cm土层产生);表层壤中流氮含量为尾矿裸地最高,人工恢复林地最低,壤中流磷含量为弃耕地最高,尾矿裸地最低;壤中流氮素流失以溶解态NO3-N为主,并随雨季的到来而呈下降趋势,随土层加深呈先下降后升高趋势;磷主要以有机溶解态形式流失,随土层加深而呈下降趋势。相关分析表明,地表总盖度、地表植被均匀度、土壤养分含量与壤中流氮、磷含量间存在显著相关性,而降雨特征(降雨量、降雨强度)与壤中流氮、磷含量问相关性不显著。由于人为开采严重,在分析该地区壤中流氮素含量时,应注意干湿沉降的影响。  相似文献
