南岳自然保护区野生兽类动物资源丰富,共有33种,包括7目16科,属东洋界的25种,占75.8 %,属古北界的7种,占24.2 %.区内珍稀动物种类多,有大灵猫、小灵猫、野猪、穿山甲、林麝、獐等6种国家二级保护动物,12种湖南省重点保护动物.区内兽类动物由于偷猎乱捕,有些种类如华南虎、云豹已灭绝,有些动物种类已濒临灭绝,采取措施保护已刻不容缓.  相似文献

以2009年1月至2012年12月的中国120个重点城市的API监测数据为基础,通过选取最优的空间插值方法获得各月及各季节的API空间分布图,并运用剖面线分析等空间数据分析方法研究其空间分布规律。结果表明,API在不同时段的变化较大;存在着明显的季节变化趋势,总体上冬季最高、春季次之、夏季最低,且夏秋季基本均分布在100以内;中国空气质量状况总体良好,API主要分布在51~100之间,但有较多地区分布在80~100间,空气环境质量仍不容乐观;API分布着以兰州和西宁为中心、陕西省西安市为中心及乌鲁木齐市和吐鲁番市为中心的几个空气质量较差的高值集聚的"热点"区域及海南省、广东省及福建省的沿海区域、西藏自治区等几个空气质量较好的低值集聚的"冷点"区域;在N-S、WE、NW-SE、NE-SW四个剖面线方向上相同季节的分布趋势基本一致,且同一方向上春夏秋冬四季的分布也大致相同,基本呈现"低-高-低"的分布趋势且北方地区明显高于南方地区。  相似文献

气候变化对我国白枕鹤繁殖地分布的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
基于白枕鹤(Grus vipio)在我国东北地区繁殖地分布数据,以温度、降水等数据作为预测的环境因子,利用最大熵模型(Maxent)预测白枕鹤在我国东北地区的繁殖地潜在分布。在此基础上耦合3种大气环流模型,同时结合2种气候情景,预测气候变化对我国东北白枕鹤繁殖地分布的影响。结果表明,在未来气候变化情景下,白枕鹤的繁殖地分布范围有减少趋势,且分布地区向北及向西移动。其中,A2情景变化程度大于B2情景,向北及向西移动的趋势更加明显,显示气候变化对白枕鹤繁殖地分布有显著影响。  相似文献

应用典范对应分析(Canonical correspondence analysis,CCA)研究了乳山湾外海21个样点中的32种大型底栖动物与包括化学耗氧量、溶解氧等在内的11个沉积物和底层水体环境因子间的相关关系.作出种类分布与环境因子关系的二维排序图,排序图直观地反映了主要大型底栖动物种类分布与环境因子间的关系.排序图中环境因子与前两个排序轴的相关系数大小表明,总氮、溶解氧、盐度、pH、水深和总磷是影响乳山湾外海大型底栖动物群落分布的主导因素.排序图还揭示了大型底栖动物物种对生态环境的需求以及它们在不同资源维上的生态分化现象,不同生境中大型底栖动物分布的种类不同.根据对环境因子的生态需求不同,32种大型底栖动物可分为6组:组Ⅰ,8种,分布在高总氮生境;组Ⅱ,4种,分布在高溶解氧、高盐度、低总氮生境;组Ⅲ,10种,分布在水浅、高pH生境;组Ⅳ,4种,分布在水深、低pH生境;组Ⅴ,仅1种,分布在高总磷生境;组Ⅵ,5种,分布在水深、低总磷生境.图2表5参29  相似文献

云南地区种子植物东亚分布成分的地理分布格局   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
植物区系分析是理解植被起源、性质和分布的基础.本研究利用大尺度的区系分布信息,结合地理信息系统平台和统计分析方法,探讨了云南地区种子植物东亚分布成分的地理分布格局以及"田中线"的生物地理意义.结果表明,东亚分布成分及其亚型所占比重均随着纬度的升高呈递增趋势.在经度梯度上,中国-日本植物分布亚型所占的比重从东到西呈递减趋势,而中国-喜马拉雅分布亚型所占比重的经度格局则与此相反.东亚分布成分在云南地区的扩散方向以由北到南为主,其次为经度梯度上的双向迁移.与过去的研究不同,本研究结果表明,东亚分布成分在云南地区的起源中心更可能为滇西北.我们未能证实"田中线"对中国-喜马拉雅分布亚型的分布具有限制意义,但对东亚分布成分(总体)和中国-日本分布亚型在云南地区的分布具有严格的限制意义.  相似文献

基于采样后的加拿大一枝黄花(Solidago canadensis)在北半球的分布数据,以温度和降水作为预测的环境因子,以MaxEnt模型作为物种适生性预测模型,预测加拿大一枝黄花在我国的潜在分布。结果表明:加拿大一枝黄花在我国有广泛的潜在分布区,目前的实际分布远未达其最大潜在分布范围,仍有可能继续扩散。加拿大一枝黄花主要适生区包括上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、山东、河南、湖北、湖南、江西、福建、重庆、贵州、四川省东部、广东和广西2省北部、云南省东北部、山西和陕西2省南部地区。必须采取有效措施阻止加拿大一枝黄花扩散蔓延。  相似文献

滨海盐沼是广泛存在于世界中、高纬度地区的一种湿地生态系统,具有抵御风暴潮灾害、净化污染物和为珍稀濒危生物提供适宜生境等重要的生态和经济价值。滨海盐沼因随高程变化而急剧变化的环境梯度和植物带状分布现象而为生态学者阐释自然界物种的分布机制提供了理想系统。主要概述了滨海盐沼的定义、特点、类型、全球分布以及潮汐作用、土壤盐度等环境因子特征;阐述了不同尺度下滨海盐沼的植物群落分布和多样性特征。在滨海盐沼植物群落的分布特征上,重点阐述了中尺度下的植物带状分布,即植物群落往往在白海向陆渐高的不同高程梯度上表现出显著的分带分布,不同植物各自占据该梯度上的一定区域。通常认为,带状分布是植物竞争和物理性胁迫共同调控的结果,但其在不同地理区域的普适性仍存争议。滨海植物群落多样性往往较低,在中、小尺度上盐沼植物多样性受控于盐度、潮汐等物理性胁迫、植物间相互作用等因子的作用;在大尺度上盐沼植物多样性可能随纬度增大而增加。系统深入地认识滨海盐沼植物群落生态格局和过程,将为气候变化、生物入侵等人类影响下的滨海盐沼生态系统的管理和恢复提供有益经验。  相似文献

在温室培养条件下,用叶片喷雾的方式对盐生植物榄仁(Terminalia catappa)的幼苗进行NaCl胁迫处理,研究了盐雾胁迫对其生长、5种矿质元素(Ca2+、Mg2+、Na+、K+、Cl-)和灰分在幼苗不同叶龄叶片和叶片各部分分布的影响,以探讨盐雾胁迫下的盐害机理,以此指导实际工作中盐害诊断与预防措施,为筛选耐盐树种建设沿海防护林提供依据。结果表明:盐雾胁迫下榄仁幼苗的叶、茎、根生长比对照组缓慢,K+在各叶片分区的分布差别较小,Ca2+、Mg2+、灰分在叶片中心区分布较多,Na+和Cl-均向叶缘集中,且Na+和Cl-质量分数显著增加(P〈0-05),可见盐雾胁迫下榄仁幼苗叶片盐分较易集中在叶尖、叶缘,这与叶片病斑多分布于叶尖、叶缘的症状相符。盐雾胁迫下榄仁幼苗叶片的灰分质量分数在叶片中心区分布最多,并呈现老叶〉成叶〉新叶,而且随胁迫时间增加呈升高趋势,叶片不同部位和不同叶龄的灰分质量分数都显著高于对照组(P〈0-05),故盐雾胁迫促进植物体灰分积累。盐雾胁迫下榄仁幼苗的 K+、Na+、Cl-在新叶分布最多,Ca2+在老叶分布最多,Mg2-在成熟叶分布最多,可见新叶对盐雾胁迫最敏感。不论是在叶片不同部分、不同叶龄的分布,还是在盐雾胁迫下5种矿质元素质量分数的变化上,榄仁幼苗体内的Na+-Cl-存在极显著强正相关(P〈0.01)。  相似文献

Abstract:  New wind-energy facilities and their associated power transmission lines and roads are being constructed at a rapid pace in the Great Plains of North America. Nevertheless, little is known about the possible negative effects these anthropogenic features might have on prairie birds, one of the most threatened groups in North America. We examined radiotelemetry tracking locations of Lesser Prairie-Chickens ( Tympanuchus pallidicinctus ) and Greater Prairie-Chickens ( T. cupido ) in two locations in Oklahoma to determine whether these birds avoided or changed movement behavior near power lines and paved highways. We tracked 463 Lesser Prairie-Chickens (15,071 tracking locations) and 216 Greater Prairie-Chickens (5,750 locations) for 7 and 3 years, respectively. Individuals of both species avoided power lines by at least 100 m and Lesser Prairie-Chickens avoided one of the two highways by 100 m. Prairie-chickens crossed power lines less often than expected if birds moved randomly ( p < 0.05) but did not appear to perceive highways as a movement barrier ( p > 0.05). In addition, home ranges of Lesser Prairie-Chickens overlapped the power line less often than would be expected by chance placement of home ranges; this result was supported by kernel-density estimation of home ranges. It is likely that new power lines (and other tall structures such as wind turbines) will lead to avoidance of previously suitable habitat and will serve as barriers to movement. These two factors will likely increase fragmentation in an already fragmented landscape if wind energy development continues in prairie habitats .  相似文献

Feathers from carcasses of the Lesser Flamingo (Phoeniconaias minor), which had died after ingesting cyanobacterial toxins (cyanotoxins) contained between 0.02 and 30.0?µg microcystin-LR equivalents per gram of feather according to HPLC and ELISA analysis of feather extracts. Anatoxin-a was detected less frequently in the Lesser Flamingo feathers, up to 0.8?µg anatoxin-a per gram of feather being recorded. When feathers from different body regions were analysed and compared for microcystins and anatoxin-a, wing feathers were found to contain the highest concentrations of these cyanotoxins, the order of concentration and frequency of analytical detection being wing?>?breast?>?head. Consistent with the presence of the microcystins and anatoxin-a in gut contents and the livers of the dead birds and negligible in vitro adsorption to feathers, the cyanotoxins associated with the feathers of the dead wild flamingos are inferred to be primarily of dietary origin.  相似文献

SUMMARY

The Lesser Himalaya, as the most densely populated part of the tectonically active and ecologically sensitive Himalayan mountain ranges, deserves specific attention to the conservation of the environment and the sustainable development of natural resources. Rapid growth of the human population during recent years, and the absence of any viable means of livelihood other than uneconomic crop farming have led to the uncontrolled exploitation of land areas and the consequent degradation and depletion of critical biophysical resources in the region. The need for sustainable development in Himalaya, therefore, makes it imperative to adopt a comprehensive land-use policy based on land capacity analysis that is scientific and practical. The main objective of this paper is to evolve an optimal land-use framework for the Gomti Watershed, situated in Kumaon, Lesser Himalaya. A detailed study of the traditional land use, regional agricultural system and the areas prone to environmental hazards was made throughout the watershed, through the preparation of large scale topographical forest and land record maps, field surveys and mapping. The average slope was considered as the principal parameter of land capacity, the potential for landslides and the intensity of erosion. Recognising the drastic changes that have taken place in the traditional land use, the watershed area has been proposed to be defined as protected forests (33.41%), community forests (32.86%), cultivation (23.33%) and horticulture (8.30%).  相似文献

Abstract: Recent natural and anthropogenic disturbances have endangered two of the three oriole species endemic to single islands in the Lesser Antilles. The ongoing eruption of the Soufriere Hills volcano may have doomed the Montserrat Oriole (   Icterus oberi ), whereas high levels of nest parasitism by a cowbird threaten the Martinique Oriole (   I. bonana ). These orioles and related Antillean and Central American forms have been considered part of the Icterus dominicensis superspecies complex, but the taxonomic status of the different Antillean island populations has been long debated. To investigate levels of evolutionary differentiation among threatened Lesser Antillean orioles, we analyzed 2507 nucleotides of protein-coding mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) sequence from orioles on Martinique, Montserrat, St. Lucia (   I. laudabilis ), Puerto Rico (   I. dominicensis dominicensis ), Mexico (   I. d. prosthemelas ), and three Icterus outgroup species. Phylogenetic analyses of the mtDNA data supported the monophyly of Antillean members of the I. dominicensis complex and identified a star-like pattern of relationship among them. Mitochondrial distances between the Antillean populations were large (4.5–5.8% nucleotide divergence) and suggested that the Lesser Antillean orioles have been isolated evolutionarily from one another since the late Pliocene. The oriole taxa on Montserrat, Martinique, and St. Lucia meet species criteria under the phylogenetic species concept and represent evolutionarily significant units. The impending extinction of the phylogenetically unique Montserrat oriole highlights the vulnerability of island endemics to habitat degradation followed by rare and unpredictable natural catastrophes.  相似文献

Habitat rehabilitation or intervention to prevent species declines are rarely employed in Africa. I argue that despite protection in national parks, active intervention is necessary to halt declines in southern Africa's Greater ( Phoenicopterus ruber ) and Lesser ( Phoeniconaias minor ) Flamingo populations. Flamingos are long-lived species that breed sporadically at only two localities in southern Africa: the Makgadikgadi Pans in Botswana and Etosha National Park in Namibia. Despite well-publicized breeding on Etosha Pan, flamingos have experienced only three major breeding events in 40 years. Breeding failure occurs when high evaporation rates rapidly dry the pan, and up to 100,000 flightless chicks may starve. Consequently, pairs breeding in Etosha exhibit extraordinarily low recruitment (0.040 young pair/year) and extrapolations indicate that adults can replace themselves only if they breed for 38 to 50 years and all offspring survive. Because survival of offspring from fledging to adulthood (5 years) is about 46%, this breeding lifespan rises to an unrealistic 83 years, making Etosha a nonviable breeding site. Alternative, suitable flamingo habitats in Africa are being mined for soda-ash, are damaged by pollution, or are unprotected. Accordingly, continent-wide estimates and those from southern Africa alone suggest a population decline of about 40% in both species over the last 15 years. Because Namibia regularly supports 84% of the Greater and 93% of the Lesser Flamingos in southern Africa, conservation strategies are best focused there. Simple but effective management methods, based on those employed in western Europe, could reverse these downward trends. In Etosha a small island surrounded by a water-filled depression would allow up to 4000 pairs to breed annually. The benefits of enhancing the breeding of flamingos in Etosha include research opportunities, tourism revenue, and a safe haven for two Red Data species.  相似文献
