在研究分析我国作业场所职业卫生监管现状,学习和借鉴国外成功经验的基础上,针对我国当前作业场所职业卫生监管工作机制存在的主要不足,提出从4个方面进一步完善我国作业场所职业卫生监管工作机制的建议,即"建立涵盖职业安全卫生内容的三方协商机制;完善职业卫生法律法规与标准体系;确立'国家监察、企业负责、中介服务、群众监督、劳动者遵章守纪'的职业卫生监管工作机制;完善作业场所职业卫生监管相关的若干保障体系"。笔者有针对性地提出4方面建议,以期为政府主管部门学习和借鉴国际通常做法提供参考,进一步提高我国作业场所职业卫生监管的水平,从而实现我国作业场所职业卫生监管工作的有序与高效的发展。  相似文献

The stages preceding and following the intention to withdraw from an organization have not been adequately examined. Data were collected at two time periods from a sample of 146 nurses working in a general hospital located in a large metropolitan area in Israel. Essentially, intention to withdraw from three levels — ward, hospital and profession — were examined. LISREL was used to test alternative longitudinal models for the best fitting set of linkages among variables. The findings supported a progression model of withdrawal intention. According to this conceptualization, a nurse first decides to leave the ward, then the hospital, and, finally, the profession. Theoretical and practical implications of the results were presented.  相似文献

PROBLEM: There is limited information about how parents view teen driving risks and intend to handle these risks during the licensing process, and how they will respond to graduated licensing provisions. METHODS: Parents in Connecticut were interviewed when their teens got their learner's permit. The survey was undertaken when the state did not have a midnight restriction or a passenger restriction. RESULTS: Generally, parents were well aware of teen driving risks, thought parents should be thoroughly involved in the licensing process, and plan to be active participants themselves. DISCUSSION: Parents were concerned about the risk of driving after midnight and already restrict that behavior. However, parents do not seem to see or understand the risks of having even one teen passenger in the vehicle. IMPACT ON INDUSTRY: The views and existing practices of parents need to be taken into account in deciding on the provisions of graduated licensing legislation and how to best ensure acceptance and compliance.  相似文献

Pendulum impacts on the back were conducted to determine human head, neck and torso biomechanics. Eight unembalmed cadavers were subjected to 23.4 kg pendulum impacts at 4.4 m/s and 6.6 m/s at T1 and T6. Twenty-four tests were conducted with accelerometers on the pendulum, spine, torso, and head in the WSU 3-2-2-2 array. High-speed photography was taken. Impact displaces the torso forward, deflects the chest, displaces and rotates the head, and extends the neck. Average responses and corridors were determined for head kinematics and chest force-deflection. The head-neck response occurs in two phases. First, the head displaces upwards and rearwards 30—40 mm with respect to the torso along a 45° trajectory. Head rotation is 1O°-15° with essentially no neck moment, but high neck compression forces. Second, the head rotates from 10°-15° to 40°-55° starting with a rapid rise in neck moment and displaces 80–100 mm rearward. Anterior cervical fractures correlate with neck tension. Rib fractures correlate with impact force and chest deflection. This study provides chest bio-mechanical responses for rear impacts resulting in head displacement and rotation, neck extension and cervical-thoracic injury.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the applicability of the Schmidt–Hunter global estimation method of assessing utility across a broad range of jobs. Ninety-five industrial/organizational psychologists estimated the utility of performance in 24 carefully selected jobs. The utility estimates were compared to the Data, People, and Things worker function parameters from the Dictionary of Occupational Titles. The majority of jobs (62.5 per cent) produced significantly positively skewed distributions of dollar-valued job performance. The Data, People, and Things parameters accounted for 46 per cent of the variance in the non-symmetry of the utility distributions and 33 per cent of the variance in the inter-rater reliability of the utility estimates. The implications of the results were discussed for utility assessment, and explained from a decision theoretic perspective. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The present longitudinal study explored the association between emotion regulation, defined as the conscious manipulation of one's public displays of emotion, and job satisfaction and intentions to quit. We predicted, based on an emotional dissonance model, that the suppression of unpleasant emotions decreases job satisfaction and increases intentions to quit. We propose a social interaction model that predicts that the amplification of pleasant emotions increases job satisfaction and decreases intentions to quit by improving the quality of interpersonal encounters at work. Data from 111 workers were gathered at two time points separated by four weeks. Advantages of the design included the use of longitudinal data and the statistical control for several personality, job, and demographic factors. Longitudinal regression analyses and tests of mediation revealed that, as predicted, (a) the suppression of unpleasant emotions decreases job satisfaction, which in turn increases intentions to quit, and (b) the amplification of pleasant emotions increases job satisfaction.
