The structure of the benthic microbial loop was studied in order to understand heterotrophic pathways in the suboxic sediments of the Rapallo Harbour in autumn, 1996. Sediments were characterized by the large accumulation of organic detritus (17.2 - 21.4 μg chloroplastic pigment equivalents (CPE)g-1; carbohydrates and proteins: 7.8-16.7 and 6.7-7.5 mg g-1). Due to the high organic load, benthic bacteria and protozoa displayed extremely high densities (1.4 × 109 cells g-1 and 26.9 × 105 cells g-1). Meiofauna, protozoa and bacteria showed an approximate biomass ratio of 1:2:20. the presence of large amounts of organic matter appeared to determine a shift of the benthic size structure toward the increasing dominance of the smaller components of the benthic food webs. These data indicate that the sediments of the Rapallo Harbour were dominated by microbial biomasses to a larger extent than in non-food limited environments, characterized by a lower organic contamination. On the results presented in this study, the microbial dominance in highly organic enriched sediments can be explained with: (1) a reduction of the top-down control and grazing pressure of meio- and macrofauna on the microbial components; (2) the opportunistic composition and high metabolic activity of the microbial components.  相似文献

指示生物监测及水生态预警是利用水环境中指示物种的数量、群落结构指标和个体生理指标等描述水生态系统的健康状态,其相比于常规理化监测和预警更直接地反映水体的生态质量。本研究在松花江干流2012—2015年大型底栖无脊椎动物监测结果的基础上,结合各监测点生态质量管理目标,通过分析物种的种类、出现的频次、物种污染敏感性(耐污值),尝试提出了松花江干流监控断面以底栖动物为指示生物的水生态预警模式,研究思路和结果对流域水环境风险管理指标的拓展有积极作用。  相似文献

Zooplankton samples, collected in autumn 1996 from two stations in the Gulf of Rapallo, Ligurian Sea (Rapallo Harbour and Prelo Bay, which is a more open site with lower human impacts) were analysed. at both stations, the community was dominated by copepods (mainly juveniles and adults of different species of Acartia and Oithona) and meroplankton (mainly polychaete larvae). Total zooplankton abundance in the harbour waters was significantly higher than in the nearby bay. the occurrence of Acartia grani in Rapallo Harbour and Pteriacartia josephinae in Prelo Bay is noteworthy, as they are reported for the first time in the Ligurian Sea, and A. grani has not previously been recorded to the Italian coastline. A three-day benthic chamber experiment aimed to quantify nutrient fluxes between the sediment and water column was performed in the Rapallo Harbour: the profound effects of confinement on the composition and abundance of zooplankton within the incubation chamber are discussed.  相似文献

以淡水底栖动物花翅羽摇蚊幼虫和淡水单孔蚓为研究对象,研究了沉积物中五氯酚对底栖生物的急慢性毒性效应。五氯酚对花翅羽摇蚊幼虫96 h及10 d的半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为20.6 mg·kg-1和12.5 mg·kg-1,28 d羽化半数抑制浓度(EC50)为0.79 mg·kg-1。沉积物中五氯酚对花翅羽摇蚊幼虫的羽化具有延滞作用,而且对雌性摇蚊羽化的延滞作用大于雄性,最终导致羽化摇蚊的性别失衡。淡水单孔蚓对五氯酚的耐受力较摇蚊幼虫强。五氯酚对淡水单孔蚓的96 h及14 d的LC50分别为37.6 mg·kg-1和20.2 mg·kg-1,对淡水单孔蚓21 d生长抑制的EC50为1.39 mg·kg-1。研究结果对推导五氯酚沉积物质量基准和进行沉积物生态风险评价提供依据。  相似文献

沉积物作为污染物迁移转化过程中重要的"源"和"汇",与整个生态系统及人类健康有着密切联系。间隙水很大程度上反映了水体沉积物的污染状况,同时可以真实反映生物的实际暴露情况,间隙水中关键致毒物质的鉴别是科学准确地评价间隙水及沉积物毒性与风险的重要基础。毒性鉴别评估(Toxicity Identification Evaluation,TIE)和效应引导的污染物识别(Effect Directed Analysis,EDA)技术作为致毒物质识别的主要方法,已在沉积物和间隙水的致毒物筛选中得到了初步的应用。本文介绍并比较了常用的间隙水提取方法,总结了TIE和EDA在间隙水致毒物质异位及原位鉴别方面的应用与发展,及鉴别过程中使用到的基本毒性量化方法与其适用条件。在当前间隙水关键致毒物质识别研究的基础上,指出了异位分析难以避免毒性损失和有机污染物鉴别方面的局限等问题,并提出应推广原位毒性试验技术且进一步发展有机物的精细分离技术和质谱识别技术等发展方向。  相似文献

紫外吸收剂大量用于工业材料和个人护理品中,近年来在水体中不断被检出,同时由于其高度亲脂性,易在底泥和水生生物体内富集,产生潜在的毒性效应,已成为一类新型污染物。本文综述了紫外吸收剂在湖泊环境中的分布和生物富集效应,重点分析了二苯甲酮类等典型紫外吸收剂对底栖动物的药物代谢系统、抗氧化系统及其生长发育的影响及其毒性作用机制,并对未来该领域的研究进行了展望。  相似文献

2003年8月采用半定量采样法调查了常州地区太湖流域上游南河、运南、运北和洮滆水系29个样点的大型底栖无脊椎动物群落多样性,共获得113种大型底栖无脊椎动物,其中,腹足纲18种,瓣鳃纲10种,寡毛纲8种,蛭纲4种,甲壳纲6种,昆虫纲67种.优势种为霍甫水丝蚓(Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri)和梨形环棱螺(Bellamya purificata).该群落平均密度为658 m-2,其中,霍甫水丝蚓密度最高,达400 m-2.观山桥样点大型底栖无脊椎动物群落多样性最高,群落物种数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、均匀度和生态优势度分别为54,4.36,0.76和0.08.综合分析结果表明,群落多样性从高到低排序依次为南河水系、洮滆水系、运南水系、运北水系.出现频率在15%以上的24个物种与6种环境因子之间的典范对应分析(CCA)结果显示,总氮、总磷和溶解氧对该地区大型底栖无脊椎动物群落多样性的影响较大.  相似文献

The area between the island of Capri and Punta Campanella was investigated from June to November 2003. Punta Campanella separates the Gulf of Naples from the Gulf of Salerno and has been declared a marine protected area in 1997. The study area has a particular interesting topography, due to the presence of a sill situated at a depth of 80 m. Samples were collected by instruments carried on a mooring array (sediment trap, current meters, and temperature sensors) and by CTD cast (along transects perpendicular to the coast). We observed most important fluctuations in the temperature spectra (corresponding to the inertial oscillations period), in August. The total mass flux was 585.67 mg m-2 d-1 in the summer, while in early autumn the flux exhibited values one order of magnitude higher than in summer (1539.97 mg m-2 d-1). The main focus of this study was to understand the influence of the internal waves on the particle flux. During the autumn, in the particle flux collected, there is a strong resuspension component, and the observation that the enhanced inertial oscillations and increased sedimentation occur at the same time allows us to presume that the inertial oscillations could be one of the reasons for the resuspension process during the sampling period.  相似文献

温室盆栽试验表明,冬作季节土壤持续淹水处理(淹水)稻田平均CH4 排放通量显著高于干燥处理(干燥),前者是后者的5.58 倍(1996 年)和4.16 倍(1997 年)。冬作季节土壤水分状况明显影响土壤Eh 和CH4 排放的季节变化。淹水处理土壤Eh 在整个水稻生长期皆处于适宜CH4 产生的水平,所以整个水稻生长期皆有CH4 排放(经历烤田后例外),而干燥处理水稻移栽42 d 后土壤Eh 才降为负值,在此期间几乎没有CH4 排放。  相似文献

以入太湖莲花荡水系为研究对象,结合2015年4个季度9个采样点的水质学、生物学共7个指标生态调查数据,采用多指标综合评价法,从生物完整性、化学完整性2个方面评价了莲花荡水系整治工程前后的生态健康状况。结果表明,2015年第1、2季度健康状况较差,健康的样点个数分别为3和1,在2015年6月开展清淤工程及集约化畜禽产业整改后,3、4季度健康状况明显改善,健康样点个数分别达到9和7。影响莲花荡水系化学完整性的主要水质指标是TN、TP,3、4季度TN仍超出地表水Ⅴ类标准,处于严重病态,TP为地表IV类标准,处于病态。影响莲花荡水系生物完整性的主要因子是底栖动物,仅监测到20种耐污能力较高的底栖动物物种,而未发现清洁物种。为了进一步改善莲花荡水系生态健康状况,建议开展沿岸农村生活污水的截污治理、农业面源的生态拦阻等污染源控工程,辅以生态岸带建设及湖滨带生态修复等工程。  相似文献

Runoff from intensive dairy farming systems can impair the quality of catchment waters, with potential ecological and human health implications. A water quality study was carried out in three streams in a predominantly dairy farming region, with the aim of assessing the effects of diffused- and point-sourced inputs on a number of water quality parameters and benthic macroinvertebrates. the results showed significant increases in streamwater biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), ammonium-nitrogen (NH4-N) and molybdate reactive phosphorus (MRP) concentrations between the farm reaches. These changes in water quality appeared to be due largely to the point-sourced inputs from farmyards, and had a significant effect on the ability of the water to support a healthy and diverse community of invertebrates. the results also showed that concentrations of dissolved oxygen (DO) and ammonium in streamwater were the two most important parameters studied that were inversely related to the invertebrate scores.  相似文献

根据2012年11月至2013年9月的9次监测数据,分析了淮南潘集开放型和封闭型沉陷区地表水与浅层地下水中氮、磷时间分布特征;通过相关性分析揭示了各类水体内氮、磷之间的响应关系和运移特征;通过各形态氮、磷比对研究区水体营养状态进行了限制性分析.结果表明,两类沉陷积水区内氮、磷时间分布存在一定差异,主要影响因素有降雨、周围农业面源输入、外部河流的互相补给等;各类水体内氮、磷之间均存在不同程度的响应,封闭型沉陷区地表水与浅层地下水中氮、磷响应关系更强;两类沉陷积水区均属磷限制性水体.  相似文献

Experiments were conducted in order to characterize the distributions of concentrations of suspended particulate matter (SPM) in water columns of lakes and reservoirs. The experiments, in a reduced model of the water column, used a set of oscillating grids. Runs were done with particles denser than water as well as with light particles. The results were in good agreement with analytical solutions for steady-state, and non-steady-state conditions. An approximate analytical solution was derived and found to be in agreement with the full solution. The threshold for resuspension was measured, and characterized in terms of a modified Shields parameter, which is appropriate to a zero-shear environment. All experiments showed that the distribution of SPM exhibited a layer near the bottom that is thought to be analogous to the benthic nepheloid layer (BNL) observed in larger lakes. The thickness of the nepheloid layer increases with the turbulence intensity.  相似文献

Chemical properties and pollution of water resources were studied in the Hunchun basin, which is located in northeast China and borders directly North Korea and Russia along the Tumen river. Water quality was characterised according to its major constituents and geological features. Ground waters could generally be grouped into (Ca+Mg)-HCO3 type and (Ca+Mg)-(SO3+Cl) type in first and the second terrace areas, respectively. The mixing of these two types depends on the local conditions, such as pumping or permeability variations.Hunchun city is a pollution source for local water resources due to its uncontrolled sewage and urban discharge. In a previous study of the southwestern part of the Hunchun basin, groundwater contamination by Fe, Mn and NO3-N was reported. In addition, this study identified Cd and F as prevailing contaminants in the water resources. Pollution of water resources by these contaminants appeared to be affected by the application of fertilisers, irrigation practice, variation of aquifer characteristics, solubility of mineral phases, and discharge of domestic sewage. Wide distribution and high levels of Cd and F in surface- and ground waters could pose significant problems if they are utilised as major water supply sources.  相似文献

本文聚焦我国水生态保护与修复工作,结合长期实践,分析当前的形势和任务,指出了当前要着力解决的水生态问题主要是:在大坝上游,河流变湖库,生境变化导致生物物种变化;水库水流流速变缓,水体自净能力降低,导致富营养化及藻类水华。在大坝下游,清水下泄,冲刷下游河道导致局部河道河势变化较大;水库蓄水使坝下游春季水温下降、秋季水温升高,水温变化过程滞后;水库蓄水导致大坝下游的水文过程改变,水的流量、流速、流态发生变化。在河道(航道)整治工程中,裁弯取直,缩短水流在河道中的停留时间,河岸衬砌和硬化,减少水向沿河堤岸的渗透,在大降水和洪水时易造成涝灾和洪灾。在涉湖工程中,阻隔河湖,填湖造地。在明确存在问题和迫切需求的基础上,提出了切实可行的对策建议。当前水生态保护与修复要围绕一条主线,即"人要发展,鱼要生存"的"人鱼线",要采取"调、控、退、通、改、拆"的综合措施,即生态调度,控制水污染,退建还水、退田还湖,河湖连通,对已建涉水工程进行生态化改造,对在保护区、重点风景名胜区、特有鱼类栖息地修建的小型工程要采取坚决措施拆除,恢复原貌。  相似文献
